The location was great right where I wanted to be, the room was very large comfortable and quiet, having a sitting area in my room was awesome. The breakfast was weak, the coffee machine was down so I had to go elsewhere for that. The smal l gym included was nice and clean, the pool was nice and clean. My overall experience with the stay was good, I will come back to this hotel when I return. Well the breakfast was weak, they didnt really have any variety. A bagel, make a waffle or cereal. The coffee machine was down so decaf is all they had. If the breakfast bar was stepped up just a little more my stay would have been 5 star.

Cleanliness is a huge deal to me when staying somewhere and they did not meet my expectations. The mattresses were disgusting and covered with stains, there was hair in the bath tub, and the countertops still had residue/crumbs from previous occupants. We didn’t have any towels or extra blankets in the room and when I called the front desk I had to go downstairs to get them. I wrongfully assumed that advertisement of an airport shuttle also meant overnight parking options. Fair warning, you can’t park your car there overnight unless you have a room booked. We will never be staying here again.

Room was nice not very clean is ok, but no towels in room I check in around 12:30am going to take a shower after I check in try to call for room service for towels but room phone was not working. Call from my cellular phone to get service no one responded at front desk walking lobby to get towels get good 15 to 20 min to get delivered towel in room

Location Hair all over bathroom floor and bathtub was not clean and drain had a lot of hair clogged in it, furniture was damaged and television is outdated.

Very conveniently located between the airport and Buffalo gate. Property is not well maintained, cracked tile and grubby caulk. Bathroom was not well cleaned.

Stayed one night with wife and pet dog. Staff was awesome. Room is clean.

The reception lady was so nice and helpful with everything. Cleaniness 100% room reception.

Its ok for the price, but not very clean. Pool was also small and they would let outside people, not staying at the hotel, in.

I recommend this place for travelers who have a long drive and come in late to the hotel. I appreciate the 2am check in. The parking lot feels safe. I also like this hotel because the breakfast is decent, clean free ice, and it allows pets with a seemless check in. Quiet side door entrance is nice for the doggy and close to potty spots. Would come here again.

Hot water never really got hot. Toilet didn’t work properly. Housekeeping didn’t replenish anything….towels, coffee

The outside of the hotel was dirty, with food, including macaroni, left on the ground near the entrance. Inside, the lobby and hallways were also unclean, and the floors clearly needed to be mopped. There was a strong musty odor throughout the lobby that carried into our room. When we got to our room, the door was already open, which was concerning. We had to inspect the room ourselves to make sure nothing had been disturbed before settling in. Unfortunately, the room itself had several maintenance issues. The shower would not produce hot water, and the bathtub was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly while showering. The elevator was also dirty and did not operate smoothly, adding to the impression that the property is not being properly cared for. Overall, the hotel felt neglected, and the cleanliness and maintenance issues made for an unpleasant experience. I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suite El Paso. It was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend to anyone; and will stay again if we are ever in El Paso. My only suggestion for the hotel is to keep breakfast supply (specifically eggs) stocked. There was not enough eggs for our family even though we had come an hour prior to closing of the dining. Other than that..loved our stay!!

Many of the lights on my room did not work - particularly the desk lamp and the bedside lights (ones I would have especially liked). The shower was extremely moldy - truly the worst I’ve seen at any hotel. The caulk along the tub was black and spotty, the grout was either black or red from mold and mildew. The bathroom smelled musty. The tub had no way of stopping the water, so it is simply a shower. The fixtures were rusty. The bed was well used with significant dents on the sides where many people had slept over the years. The room felt poorly cleaned and not maintained.

Pero estaba un poco sucio con cabellos, azucar en burós y moho en ceramica. Habitaciones requieren mantenimiento en llaves de agua que no cierran bien, extractores de baño muy ruidosos y puertas que no cierran fácil. El desayuno fue poco, lo que surtian se agotaba casi inmediatamente y no alcanzamos huevo ni yogurt. No tenian agua a la venta en la noche tampoco. Depende de las prioridades de tu viaje.

Out of the four days when I first came in the room there were two loose tiles on the floor. There was no conditioner at all. I had to ask for it after two days even tho they cleaned my room two days straight. There was some sort of fruit seeds. They change the bedsheets but I don’t think they vacuum the floor. If you ask for it they will give it to you. I shouldn’t have to ask for it. It should be ready to go when I check into the room. The shower head had a lot of build up. Only one lamp worked. Breakfast potatoes were not cooked right they were almost raw every morning. The coffee, eggs, and waffles were really good.

On arrival, the front desk person was rude. No “hi” or “hello”. I felt like it was an inconvenience that we had arrived. They didn’t say anything and just made a face like “Hurry up and tell me what you want.” Getting into the room, everything looked decent. The bed and pillows were actually quite comfortable and the sheets were soft. The restroom left much to be desired. The toilet area was ok, but the shower looked kinda gross and extremely outdated. In the morning, all we heard was doors slamming outside of our room and someone walking heavily in the room above us. The breakfast area looked nice, however, very small. I am currently recovering from a surgery so I’m using a knee scooter.. this area was definitely not equipped with enough room to accommodate to anyone with accessibility needs. Needless to say, we skipped out on breakfast. The only nice thing about this stay was the bed.

The hotel is falling apart, looks and smells gross. Stains on the carpet, sticky carpet in areas, and very run down/not taken care of. Please don’t stay here.

I wanted to speak to the manager before I wrote this review but no one was available for 2 hours on the day I. Hacked out. There was a sign that they would be right back. There was mildew in the edge of the bathtub, the air conditioner was not working properly. I would set it at 68 F when I went to bed and by morning my room was as at 78F. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned even though I requested it several times. I was visiting a family member that was hospitalized & left early & came back late that is the only reason I did not change hotels. I did my best to communicate my displeasure with the front desk & they would pass my messages to the manager but I never her from anyone during my stay.

It was clean and the employees friendly!

What I am not to happy about is that they charged me 2 deposits. They credited one back, but they are still holding the second one. I tried talking to them, but they are giving me the runaround.

The suite on the 1st floor did not have hot water after the front desk was notified. The A/C barely cooled the room. Granted that the room was bigger than your usual rooms. Those would be my only complaints about the room there, otherwise everything lined up nicely given the price.

The woman at the front desk was very serious and came across as unfriendly. As the first person guests interact with upon arrival, I believe the front desk representative should provide welcoming, professional, and friendly customer service. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the greeting we received did not make us feel valued or welcomed as guests. A warmer and more approachable attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Enjoyed the proximity to Ft Bliss, would definitely stay here again.

The motel, in general, was very clean. It was nice place to stay at an affordable price.

The property has however, not been maintained great. The lobby is very nice, but even starting in the elevator there’s lots of things in disrepair from the floor to the lights, and even the elevator call buttons are held on with tape. In the room, the bedding was very clean. The sofa was very clean, which is great, but the tile in the bathroom was pretty much worn away the bathtub the sink and floor all need replaced.

Rude staff at desk. They 'lost' my reservation even though the other 3 rooms on the reservation checked in with no problem. My coworkers informed the staff my flights were delayed, AND I called and spoke to the staff explaining the flight delays, and was assured there would be no problems on checkin. Desk worker refused to make it right, refused to let me speak with management, and then refused to rent me another room just so I could get some rest before a long work day. Definitely look elsewhere.

Good rate for the room. Staff was never up front. Texas waffles for breakfast and the comfortable bed were the winners in my stay.

The bath has a leak and was kind of pain

I finally had to call an Uber to get from the airport to Comfort suites airport. When I arrived at the front desk, the person offered me an apology for the unanswered calls I had placed. Clogged sink. Reported, but nothing was done. Not enough towels. Old torn washcloths with a hole in the middle. The cold water faucet offered hot or very lukewarm water only. The latter was highly chlorinated too and undrinkable. When I reported this, I was told that it’s was safe to drink, or use their lemon flavored cold water in the lobby. Tge bed and room were left unkept during my two-night stay. One room key worked, the other did not. On the positive side, breakfast was good, its ingredients fresh, the place sanitary and well kept.

Quick overnight stay to catch an early morning call flight. It was quiet, clean however thr tv didnt work

This is my go-to place to stay if I need to catch an early flight in El Paso. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable and the 24 hour shuttle is a great amenity. The only problem is the showers - sometimes the hot water takes a long time to cut on.

We called the desk on these issues because we didn't want to be charged for the missing items.

Airport shuttle was great.

Super easy to find and well lit parking lot which I was looking for as I was coming in late. I really like how check in is anytime after 3pm and there is no cut off time. It helps for those of us driving long distances. I also am glad that pets are welcomed here. Well worth the stay and breakfast was tasty. The area felt safe, which is a must.

We enjoyed the free shuttle. They picked us up to check in and drove us back 2 hours later when our rental car was ready. The receptionist was so friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Amenities in the room were satisfactory. Coffee was good. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast.

el problema es que realice el pago de la reservacion atravez de una cargo a una tarjeta Nu master card, y llegando al hotel me hicieron el cargo a otro tarjeta osea que pague la reservacion 2 veces por lo cual solicito la devolucion de uno de los cargos

Breakfast was okay. Waffle machine was not working properly so we were left with sausage and potatoes. Not too much flavor. The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Overall, it was very clean. Only downside was the cleaning staff two out of the four nights that we stayed. We got woken up early in the morning by the Cleaning staff talking on her phone yelling through her phone as if she was the only person in that hallway on the third floor. I called and complaint to the front desk. They handled it somewhat because the cleaning staff lady got off of her phone, but then proceeded to slam door. She was very upset. My husband had to go and talk to her at some point but the front desk staff was very understanding. Other than that. It was a great stay nice hotel. The pool water was cold, but that’s understandable.
