My first time staying at a Candlewood Suites and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property including my room were very clean and accommodating. I took advantage of the fitness room and complimentary coffee maker and both met my needs and I found them to be useful amenities. I would recommend Candlewood Suites for their attention to detail. The little things like the coffee to having nice body wash in the shower to having an available and functioning iron in my room. Great experience. No complaints!

We usually travel with kids, the amenities are always well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. They even had a list of recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Love it!

The hotel is located 15 mins away from the airport. Good location for heading to Alamogordo or Albuquerque. It was clean and fairly modern. Staff were helpful. I was there 2 nights. New policy these days with rooms not being cleaned every day. It was not a problem. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants.

Everything except checking out, i used pay at property and that wasn't the case. Person on shift at checkout, 1:30am said couldn't change to cash, so my card got charged. Wasn't the plan i wanted!

We always stay here, but this time ran out of coffee. My brother went to the front desk at 5am rang the bell and no one responded. First morning hardly any sugar to replenish room. Otherwise no issues.

The room is big with a kitchenette, including a stovetop, microwave and full size fridge. Plenty of room to spread out. If it had an oven I could live here. Nice laundry facilities and a nice gym. I was able to use the grill outside which is a nice touch.

Bedrooms were clean and I really enjoyed the Dove amenities. Staff were pleasant and offered extra items upon request. Our sink hose became unattached and they had someone come up to fix it within 30 minutes on our last night. Great location to highway and shopping centers as well.

Really liked this hotel, staff was friendly, liked the kitchenette, clean, had everything I needed. Randomly, I took my air quality monitor with me on this trip and my room in this hotel had the best air quality of the 6 I stayed at. Also liked the 24h coffee on demand machine in the lobby.

We stay here at least once or twice a year and this time we were upgraded to a suite. The remodel was completed and greatly improved the quality. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. We'll be back again next year!

The property is convenient and very comfortable. However, it was very inconvenient during our stay. There is construction going on inside and it is a mess; we would not have stayed there at this time if we had known.

Place was being remodeled so it was an adjustment, but the coffee pot and stove in my room not working sort of made my stay that much more lackluster. Need directions for using the stove and seeking info. Drawers would not stay shut…

Our electricity went out and the house was 90 degrees. Stayed here because it was close to home. Room was amazing!! We are a retired Army family and this is exactly the room needed when making a PCS move!!! Some remodeling going on, so it will be even better. Front desk employee was very nice and helpful. The room was as cold as I wanted it to be which was heaven!!! Great sleep

I have stayed here a couple of times and this was the least that I liked staying here. The hotel is being remodeled and noise was a factor, also you have to walk further to get access to your room. However since they do not have any security, this was the first time encountering pan handlers in the parking lot asking for money. The weirdest part was this was in the morning after checking out of the hotel you get approached as you go to your car. This has never happened before. This was also the first time I felt that unsafe as you leave the hotel.
