Yes parking was easy, very safe location

The room was clean. Except for inside the sofa bed. The staff was awesome, great customer service. Especially Letty, Jose, Priscilla and the gentleman that helped us check in early morning on 8/7 at 1245am. Breakfast was good.

Not ideal for pets. Rocks only, no grass. Room smelled. No parking in the back. Breakfast not special.

Small side note: this is a motel so the door to your room will be on the outside. If you are on the backside like we were, you will park and have to walk to your room. There is a small paved alley that you can pull in and drop off your things and then go park in the front. Parking lot is small but we had no problem finding a spot to park our 15 passenger van. If you are towing a trailer, you may have to park across the street.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was large and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Super soft pillows!

Loved my trip here as usual, the staff are so friendly and nice and very accommodating to anything you need. The breakfast buffet plus the waffle makers is a big plus for my kiddos in the morning. The room is always clean and I don't find any dust anywhere.

Parking is limited and condensing or carpooling would be a good idea, especially if you get a back room, that area has no parking slots, they´re all fire lanes. Rooms are clean but floor was a little dusty. Rooms have hard floor, no carpet (thank goodness). Pictures did make it appear bigger and more spacious than IRL. Breakfast lobby is a little small and gets packed quick. Area nearby is surrounded by restaurants and more food options that come in handy. Easy access to the I10, which made getting on the freeway very convenient.

The staff was always helpful with questions and very courteous.

Everything was good. But one thing, I had two rooms and one of the rooms smelled so bad. It's smelled like poopy water every.

I only gave a 4 star bc there isn’t a gym or laundry facility on property. Apart from those amenities I was VERY pleased. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in El Paso, as a family and for the price.

And I like the very tasty breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. There was Not a Bible in the room. And after I showered I walked barefoot. And my feet where dirty I had to washed them again. The floor was not clean.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the fact that they gave earplugs because their location has traffic noise. Nice idea.

This is located right next to the road so you will have to deal with the noise. Outdated room/lobby. Avg clean room but with very poor breakfast selection. Staffs are friendly. Wouldn't stay here again. Recommend other BW locations.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was close to a lot of food places which was convenient. It does get a little noisy since it’s close to the road though. Overall the environment was safe and I enjoyed my stay.

Parking was sparse. Was given the ADA accessible room so the shower and bath were a wet room. Staff was cordial.

My husband and I stayed here when we went to the BTS concert. So many other hotels cancelled on their customers, in order to rebook at higher prices, but this location did not. They honored our reservation. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the room was nice and clean. I appreciate the non-carpeted floors. There are plenty of food/stores within walking distance. Overall it was a great experience.

Nice place to stay really close to the highway with lots of places nearby to eat at.

Smooth check-in. Gus at FD was very nice to deal with, he explained all amenities and where breakfast would be which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back again!

Decent location. Beds were comfortable. Gus, the attendant at the front desk was very nice. There was serious water damage to the ceiling with black mold in the front right corner of our room. There were two flies in the room and the bathroom sink did not drain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The food wasn't great, but what do you expect for free.

One of the bed’s had stains and the couch had some too. Our room was right across the street from the road which was a little too noisy. Hotel did provide ear plugs. Breakfast was delicious and the shower pressure was good. Front desk was friendly.

There was something spilled on the beds, behind the bathroom door and shower curtain, my room smelled like smoke ( although it’s a non-smoking room) notified the front and was told that they could bring a air freshener. I had the room for 2 nights after the 1st night we were locked out of our room.

Room was nice, perfect location for everything that you need.

Our room was on the ground level on the front of the motel and the traffic noise was horribly loud all night long. Our room and a friend’s room next door both had an unpleasant odor as well. I would not use this motel again.

I canceled the room after one night and went across the street to the Holiday Inn villas far superior to where I was. I now need to figure the money difference of between all of this change. What do I do and where do I go?

However, the tables to eat your breakfast were within 3 feet of the self-serve food area. And only 3 or 4 tables. Speaking with the manager at checkout, I was told that the tables were placed so close because the lobby's bathroom needed much space to open the door, etc---some kind of city code. Maybe re-position the bathroom somewhere else, I reckon. One more thing...the small parking lot was full every night so the overflow lot placed your vehicle in a back lot which didn't look safe. Overall, pretty good price and nice stay at this MOTEL. The staff was friendly, also.

Staff’s attitude looks nonchalant. At breakfast, the bacon tray was empty until I notified the front desk. Later on, I found a hair in my scrambled egg. Also, the coffee was like and watery.

Location is near I-10 and decent neighborhood. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean

The toliet in my room did not flush well at all and by the following morning just before my check out the toliet was almost not flushing at all. Also noticed some type of small bugs flying in the room, either fruit flies or mosquitoes. Also the hotel is very close to railroad tracks, the train passed in the middle of the night and was honking extremely loud which i could hear in my room and woke me up.

Room was decorated in a very modern and functional way. Liked it based on initial impression. However, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and on further investigation it came from the bathroom area. That was a big minus for us. Running the fan the whole time helped a bit with that. Floors were a bit dusty so I would keep my shoes on.The AC was leaking some condensation water. Beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

This stay was terrible the cleanliness of the room was disgusting there were stains on the sheets and the floor was full of dirt as if not cleaned before hand. The worst part was checking out early because there was a bug that was crawling on the room that then fell on our bed.

It was quiet, didn’t hear anyone or anything. Clean and staff was friendly. The waffles at breakfast was delicious and they had a cute Texas shaped waffle maker.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, mirrors at the batroom need attention they were dirty. My only problem at this location is the parking for rooms on the side of the building.

We stayed here while on a road trip to Mexico. The staff was friendly and gave us extra blankets for the pullout couch. The property was very clean and near a lot of food options. We would stop here again on our next road trip.

I did NOT like this property at all. Claimed on line it slept 6 - in fact the couch bed could only hold 1. The couch bed was TERRIBLE and the room smelled awful. No return or stars on this property!

There were some problems with a blocked bathroom drain and some pests in the room but the hotel staff fixed these issues promptly. Overall a great property with friendly staff. I’d stay there again

We stayed there for 2 nights and as we arrived we started to second guess it only because parking was not the best however the rooms were GREAT! rooms could be colder (I like it freezing) but it was a good stay!
