TV was worthless. We are seniors and could not hear it. Closed captions were to small to read. Breakfast was not up to par. Room was good.

The meditation room is my favorite part of my stay every time! I usually drive about 13 hours before I arrive, and it’s a perfect way to help relax my body. The office staff has always been amazing and kind. The breakfast was great, too.

We had a problem with the sink and the clerk in the lobbly told us we had to wait until the next morning because there was nobody for maintenance who could fix the problem, I requested to be moved to another room and 😕 the clero said no

I had a great stay. There are food places and shopping close by. Just a heads up, it's at the airport and there is another hotel next door so parking is difficult. Other than that, it's perfect.

We stay in this hotel whenever we pass through El Paso. Great location, love the soda fountain in the lobby.

Rooms are nice, I love the Zen/spa room... The have free drinks (sodas, coffee, etc) in the lobby and being right by the airport it's perfect when traveling.

On the plus side I accidentally left my car windows open all night and nobody messed with it. That would not have happened downtown

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds, and the staff was extremely polite. They accommodated our two pets: 1 dog and 1 cat. There's a large grassy area where you can walk your leashed pet. They offer complimentary soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. And there is also a free relaxation room with the use of 2 massage chairs (at no cost). The rooms were just very small (I didn't pay attention to that when booking and was surprised). But overall, a great stay!

Elevator not working. And the fire alarm went off about 8 times all night.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was immaculately clean The shower had adequate hot water and water pressure. The location in relation to the airport is unbeatable. There is free coffee available in the lobby 24/7 (at least there was when I checked in at about 8 PM and checked out at about 3:45 AM) My total bill was under $100 for the night, which is why I decided to stay there. Very reasonable in my opinion. The walls may be a little thin because I heard everything going on out in the hallway.(talking, doors closing, music and TV in the next room).

Best Western was good except for the fact that they have a meditation room with Buddha. No Christian Cross just Buddha. That's a problem. I won't be back.

Within eyesight and walking distance of the terminal, although hotel parking can be a challenge.

This was a wonderful place to stay overnight while we were passing through. The interior is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and vibrant touches that make the hotel feel warm and inviting. As EV drivers, we especially appreciated the two charging stations in the parking lot, which allowed us to charge overnight. One unexpected highlight was the quiet room with two massage chairs—a relaxing treat after a day of driving. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good and was a great way to start the next morning.

Walls and floors are to thin that you can hear foot steps and voices

This cute little hotel was perfect! Conveniently located, clean, and friendly. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The hotel is fine and within walking distance to the airport which is a good thing. I left my vehicle in their lot for 10 dollars a day. Upon my return, I waited nearly 30 minutes for their shuttle. They told me it would be right over. I walked to my car and noticed the shuttle parked and empty, no driver in sight. Don't leave your car there and by the way, don't trust them when they tell you that you can grab a snack if you leave the hotel before 6 am. They had nothing in my case. But the room was clean, check in was easy, and it's really convenient to the airport.

I needed a room for an unplanned stay. The hotel was running a special so I had $30 off normal pricing. The location is perfect for central El Paso. The desk agent was incredibly helpful and made sure a room was available for check-in. Quiet, clean, ample parking -- stress-free and safe, thank you!

After so many hours driving from San Diego, we arrived at the hotel to find out, our room was assigned to someone else by a different name and the room number was 114. We drove over 17 hours and just wanted a room to sleep. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We have contacted Expedia and they escalated this with your property and we have yet to hear back.

Reception was nice and warm, but the overnight experience was truly haunting. From 3AM to 6AM, I was kept awake by a mysterious voice — a middle-aged male mumbling in Spanish, punctuated by occasional "hahaha", with zero pauses, zero replies, as if no one was on the other end. No conversation, just endless one-sided rambling into the void. I checked — no TV, no phone call could explain this. I can only assume this hotel was once a tomb complex for the locals. Would not recommend if you value your sleep — or your sanity.

very nice hotel with a great staff-very friendly and helpful. was not the best area to go walking but the sidewalks were well marked and the stop light worked well. I will stay here again if I come this way. Lots of nice drawings and pictures on the wall. The biscuits and gravy were VERY good.

This property had something I have never seen before which was a meditation room. It has two massage chairs for our use for free! I very much enjoyed that! The property also has a beautiful outdoor patio and is centrally located especially to the airport but also to many restaurants. Very clean, staff was great, breakfast was also great. Would stay again!

In the room one could tell that the hotel is aging. The black-out blinds are fraying, the window screen was rattling and the bathroom, although clean, showed signs of aging. Overall, it's a good hotel to use if you have an early flight or come in late.

The thing I like most about Best Western Entrada is that you can easily walk there from the El Paso Airport. The hotel is well-maintained, safe and has a very good breakfast. I'll return for sure!

Lots of road noise from the nearby street made it a bit difficult to sleep. Otherwise excellent.

Ideal for early flights

Location was great and staff was awesome! The ice from the machine in lobby consistently had something dirty in in! The breakfast was limited, horrible quality and put away early!

I got charged, when I arrived i was told there were no rooms available.

We were at the end of the breakfast time (30 minutes before closure) and there was almost nothing left of the cooked meals.

The location to the airport was excellent! We loved the massage chairs!! Being picky, but the towels could have been a little softer/fluffier

The meditation room was amazing. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast far exceeded regular hotel breakfast. Everyone was friendly and super easy access to the airport. The air fresheners in the room are really strong. I've noticed this with other hotels as well, and I would just like to mention that some of us are super sensitive to smells.

Both the staff at check in and check out were friendly and so nice. The hotel was very clean. The location is perfect if you want to be near the airport, it's walking distance which is awesome for a 6am flight. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
