Our rooms were clean. We had some minor issues with a damaged cabinet drawer where the mini fridge was kept. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and met our expectations

Very good stay overall, except for the African American lady at the front, when I arrived, there was an employee helping a customer, however upon my arrival, the employee next to him didn’t acknowledge me, greet me but kept doing whatever she was doing. This definitely set the tone for me, she should perhaps work somewhere else because customer service is not her thing

The hotel was clean, ascetically pleasing and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. A new washer and dryer is most certainly needed, other than that I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and took very good care of us. The breakfast was a bit different than I’m used to with Hilton Garden Inn, but it was AMAZING none the less! The server was very kind and accommodating.

I was not told at check-in our room would not be cleaned! Paid over $200 to stay in dirty room for 2days with no towels. Horrible!

The best part was the friendly staff, the clean spacious room, and the ample parking. The issues I had were that there was enough cabinet space in the bathroom to place all of my items used in the bathroom. My main disappointment was the breakfast. I need to make sure to pay attention to the wording. If the description says “breakfast available” and not “free breakfast” then breakfast is not included with your stay nor is water. The hotel was close to everything I needed to get to so that was a plus.

The staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant staff was amazing and accommodating- Room was nice and a perfect stay for and ice storm - if we ever need to stay in the area again we will choose this location for sure - I highly recommend

The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant was nice to have especially in the middle of the snow storm. The room was decent, spacious and clean. My only small and minor grievance was that the TV’s did not have streaming capabilities- so we watched the weather channel all weekend until we finally found a decent movie to watch on Cable TV. All in all if we ever needed to stay in the area again - we would choose this location. It was a great place to be during a snow storm.

The rooms looks tasteless. Bed looks worn out and broken at the exposed bottom edge. The rooms looks like a rundown motel.

On our second day the rear lights were stolen from my truck. I couldn't use my truck after that. A family member had to give us a ride to where we had to go. We made a police report but we were told that you all do not have cameras facing the cars. We were in the very front entrance. First and last time we stay there. Our vacation turned into a nightmare.

The hotel was ok but needs updating. Too many bugs in the rooms. They sell water in the rooms if you are not at least a silver rewards member and the breakfast is underwhelming and not free.

The property was older, and while the room was clean, it had a stale smell upon arrival. It wasn’t a suite, as advertised, even though it had an extra room with a cheap TV on a small table. The restroom was tiny, and the smoke alarm was falling off the wall. The blankets were cheap, and the overall ambiance was not upscale. Front staff for breakfast seemed confused when I asked about breakfast as if he was CERTAIN we didn't have the $23 voucher I paid for breakfast.

Our vehicle was broken in to in pain daylight, when we went to ask the receptionist if we could see the footage she told us they didn't have cameras outside. She also told my husband that theres been other occasions of break-ins.

Overall the hotel was fine. We found a few crickets in our room the night we checked in. Keep in mind it was the fifth floor but besides that it’s not too bad. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

We did not attend breakfast. We were given complimentary tickets for breakfast because we had to wait 1.5 hours after check in for our room.

Slow maintenance service

One thing that was lacking was the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the room. I noticed a lot of mold growth in and arround the shower. Not a fan of that, but it was only just unsightly, the rest of our stay was amazing.

Carport wasn't the cleanest, shower curtain had a mold spot, breakfast cost instead normally free. This hotel just needs a remodel in my opinion. Not like the other Hiltons I have stayed in.

I stayed in this hotel while attending a funeral. I left at 8:30AM and when I came back late afternoon, my room door was open. Not ajar, but propped open with the security bar at the top of the door. When I entered the room, I saw that the room had NOT been cleaned. Naturally, I panicked, wondering if someone had taken my computer or other valuables. I reported the situation to the front desk. Housekeeping claimed that they never cleaned the room, which was correct. However, the hotel staff could not give me an answer about who entered my room and left it open. I spoke with a staff member named, Patrick who said he would immediately investigate and call me to report who entered room 404. I got no answer and no call. Mistakes happen, but when security is involved, they cannot happen. I was away for over 8 hours. Anyone could have entered my room including other hotel guests. This is entirely unacceptable.

So I had to wait the hour while they cleaned the room. Once it was cleaned and I got into the room it was fine. i travel A LOT for work, kids sports, and with my sorority chapter. This is the ABSOLUTE 1ST I experienced service like this, starting the check in! The front desk worker needs a class on customer service and greeting!

When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and they were always checking on us when they saw us in the common areas. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working great. I had to raise it up to 73 degrees because it got very cold.

My stay was good. The check in was a little different due to staff not knowing the policy of how the breakfast discount works. She could not find the breakfast discount on my reservation. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Considering the hotel's pricing, it would be desirable for the rooms to reflect a more contemporary design. It seems an upgrade would be beneficial. Furthermore, the inclusion of breakfast would be a welcome addition. The current price point appears to be disproportionate to the services offered.

The elevator was out so everyone had to take the stairs all weekend. Pack all luggage up and down 4 stories. Shower had so much rust in them. TV would not turn on and when I called maintenance they showed up 3 hours later and we were sleep already

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Duncanville while visiting family in the Dallas area. The hotel is very nice, room comfortable and clean. We noticed several issues at this Hilton location that made us feel unvalued as a customer. The hostess at the dining area was rude to us when we arrived for our prepaid breakfast. Bottled water in the room was not complimentary and the attached sign stated a $3 per bottle charge. The elevator was very slow and only one appeared to be operational making for long waits to use elevator with a rolling cart.
