Hampton Inn & Suites Duncanville Dallas

Our hotel experience was absolutely wonderful. Clean, friendly, welcoming staff. Coffee was great. Best of all, entire hotel temperature was cold. It was an amazing feeling to have that cold air hit as you were entering from 108 degree weather! We will stay there again!

The Early Check-in allowed me to take a proper rest after my flight in and taking pain meds. I told the Front Desk Agent, Adrian of the pain from my knee surgery and he provided immediate attention to get me settled into a comfortable clean room. I also asked for a room facing the highway and that’s exactly what I got. This property is the ONLY choice I ask for when visiting my family. The staff here is ALWAYS at their BEST to go above and beyond guests expectations. N/A

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had a variety each morning and was well stocked as was the coffee. The staff was really attentive to keeping everything ready to go.

The property was built in 2025! And has it all well kept! Very clean, delicious breakfast, welcoming staff, clean gym, and pleasant and comfortable stay! I would definitely stay there again!

The only complaint I have is the down pillows. Those pillows are too flat. I usually travel with my own pillow. It was a big mistake this time.

The room and property were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They did give us a room that didn’t have ac and due to us checking in after maintenance left it could not be fixed till in the morning. Staff gave us fans to help get through the night.

Wendy was very professional, pleasant, and kind every time we saw her. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. She is clearly a dedicated worker and a wonderful person. Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone like Wendy representing them. The bed and shower.

I want to recognize Wendy at the front counter of the Hampton Inn for the wonderful service she provided during our stay. She was there every day of our six-day visit, and on two of those days, she even helped set up the continental breakfast. Wendy was very professional, pleasant, and kind every time we saw her. This property is extremely clean! The friendly staff made our stay nice.

The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. The pool was nice and warm and the property was generally quiet, even with a number of families staying. One concern to note, that the hotel can't control much, is that it is right off the highway and I heard the street noise while trying to sleep.

The only thing was one of the elevators was out .

The air conditioner did not work properly. They were supposed to fix it, but did not.

There is a full breakfast daily and fresh coffee available all day. A fitness center that opens early morning and is available until late night. The hospitality is great. I would definitely stay again.

This was simply an over night stay to be close to the Airport. The room was clean and my purpose for staying was met.

Free breakfast was a little short of low carb alternatives if you are on a low carb diet, otherwise convenient, comfortable, clean, very friendly helpful staff.

The breakfast was great with a variety of offerings. The only concern is on the Hotels.com side, the website stated the pet fee was $50 and in reality it was $75 per pet. I reached out to the Hotels.com customer support and it is "being escalated". All of the language was general and vague, if there is a resolution, they may reach out to you, by either text, email or phone call after 24 to 72 hours. I am waiting to see what will happen as it is a weekend and still under the time frame

This is the place to stay!! Everything and I do mean everything was amazing!! From the staff to the breakfast the next morning!! The pool area was clean and the bed felt amazing!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Great stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was okay. We found it to be missing grits and biscuits. They forgot to leave the waffle iron spray out to avoid the batter from sticking to the skillet. Nice big rooms. Quite. Convenient location.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were big and loved the shower in our room. King size bed was huge and comfy. We would stay here again as it was right next to highway and easy to drive anywhere.

Workers were not at the desk when help was needed. One time there was someone at the desk that didn’t speak English and she had to go to the back and get someone to come and help me…

The room and breakfast were great. The property was noisy though. Guest were coming in at all times of the night screaming and hollering. It was a weekend

The standard room with the king size bed was more than I expected. It was very spacious and what I like the most was the kitchen like sink in the room. Hampton Inn & Suites Duncanville will be my #1 pick whenever I'm in Texas.

The guest in the room next to ours blasted their music from 2am-11am. I informed the desk at 8am but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.

The room was okay. The carpet smelled. The hotel did not say they would not clean our room or provide fresh towels during our stay (2 nights). Which was inconvenient. The front desk did tell me to basically ignore the text messages I got from the hotel because it wasn’t a live person.

This hotel has extremely low water pressure for showers. Makes it difficult to wash hair & get clean. It was the same last holiday season when I stayed there. Be nice if you would address this issue.

The staff is amazing, from check in to check out and in between. When I needed assistance, they were there to take care of me. Thank you to the two young men at the desk, they were very kind and helpful.

All was well until Sunday morning when I found my pickup truck damaged and burglarized on the hotel parking lot. 300 miles from home and I was sent hustling to find transportation to get back home. My truck is still there waiting for an investigation and to be shipped home. I won't be staying there again. There is no security, only signs saying that I assume all risk. I didn't see the signs before. Oh well😞
