I wasn't happy with the state of the hotel but you get what you pay for. The sheets were clean and the bed was bug free. If you are looking for more disappointment awaits.

There were roaches . Blood on the windows. Stained dirty carpets. The shower faucet was broke. Their wahers and dryers were broke. The hallway to the room was filthy. Trash everywhere.

Place is not for the weak. I had to change rooms 3 times due to the room being dirty and air conditioning not working. Did not feel safe in this area at all. The back door was broke and anyone could come in and out.

That hotel is a trash, do not go there please!!! Everything is dirty, lot of weirds people!!! Don’t go there please …..

The average $50 hotel experience

Air Conditioning is broken. We have to tell the receptionists 3 times that its boiling hot in the room. We have to open our door room so the AC coming from the hallway will help the room cool down. Staff was not friendly at all. The room they moved us has no towels, no essentials and the washroom was not clean. The toilet was used and didnt flushes. The shower makes really loud noise, feels like you're in a horror movie. Staff really need to retrain on how to interact to a customers. Everyone is just minding there own business while customers are waiting in line to check-in. Horrible service negative 0.

So the property actually has a dress code, and if youre unaware of this dress code it can result in a ban. I was at work and the lady that I was with had a friend come visit her, well that friend was in violation of the dress code and it resulted in a dilemma I had to deal with while at work. They also gave a key to my room to the friend of my.lady friend later that day and allowed them access to the room I rented. Thinking the issue had been resolved this created a issue where I was told not to return and I'd done nothing wrong at all. When this company tried to request a refund they didnt answer. They knew it was me cause everyone else who come through there pay in cash. They dont know I got a few connections on their staff. This place is a dump. Nice size room but under the bed its like house.keeping sweeps the trash under the bed insead of picking it up.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The lobby was also clean, well-maintained, and created a pleasant first impression. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

The room. Was extremely musty. They only offered me air freshener which did not help. Next morning my fresh clothes smelt like must. Had to attend an event smelling really bad

They checked us out, even though staying there 9 days on first day. Getting room serviced was constant battle. They have a curfew. Low cursing guests at 4am in hallway and outside

The only good thing was the price for the area The room was not clean. It stunk. No remote for the TV. And people running up and down the halls yelling and people hanging around outside your windows. Didn’t feel safe at all.

My toilet leaked loudly all night and morning until pipe buss and hit right in my face and groin area

Do not be fooled by the pictures on hotels.com. The actual rooms look nothing like them. In the picture there is wooden floors, when we checked in there was nothing but old smelly mildew carpet. The beds were nasty looking and smaller than described. The hallways to the rooms were smelly and dank. We checked in, stayed in the room for about 5 mins and then left. Couldn’t stay there it was very bad. Would NOT recommend

Me and my spouse stayed there this past weekend. Not enough pillows(2 small pillows) for a king size bed, one room smelled so bad (mold and meadow) the first night, then they put us in another room, u can still smell the mold and meadow but not as bad as the first room we was in, and I was very confuse on why would u only put one set of towels in the bathroom and no towel for the floor to come out the shower. I asked the housekeeper can I get more towels, which we both had to use the same towel, because she took her sweet time getting some more towels for us. We had something to do. They were there when we got back tho. Honestly they just need to do a very big renovation on that motel! That was our first time staying there and it will be our last.

The room was filthy, it had not be cleaned in a while it seems, food in the chair cushion, trash everywhere, underneath the bed, the chair, behind the nightstand. Bedding had burns. There was a dildo underneath the bed, we checked out early without saying a word. The room was disgusting. The air conditioner worked well was the one positive about the room.

Before I even walked in the building, what I saw outside was people getting high? And would look to be a prostitute and a pimp making deal outside, people are walking back-and-forth. When I went inside the place , I knew that I did not want to be there. The manager knew the clientele that she had , and I wouldn't be surprised if the people out the women were not cutting her in on some of the money would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was total opposite from the images. I literally checked into the room, saw how disgusting it was and immediately left the place without askingg for my refundd backk.. That's how badd it looked andd smelled inside the rooms. My 2day mental health break turned into 15mins 💀

The lady at the front desk was great, I feel bad I don't remember her name. Sketchy clientele, no fridge or microwave in the rooms but the shower and tv worked, so a fine enough place to rest my head for the price.

After an hour here, I caught a couple of GROWN MEN peaking through a hole in the bottom of our wall. Staff did nothing to help. I was actually ignored at first then told I needed to leave my 5 and 6 year old CHILDREN in the room upstairs alone while I got another key. They didn’t even kick those guys out! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. I WISH THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE DONUTS ARE SNACKS FOR THE GUESTS.

There was no heater despite extremely cold weather. The entire place looked and smelled trashy. Overall, it was just horrible.

If you just need a place to lay your head down this is it. The rooms are pretty run down. The ac unit was torn apart but worked. The restroom made a loud noise all day. The wifi does not work at all. I called to see if the passcode was wrong and was told that the wifi is hit or miss, but probably wouldn’t work due to the internet provider. The phone didn’t work inside. It was bad. But like I said if you just need a cheap place to sleep at, go ahead. The area is kind of sketch though.

It's the most terrible place to stay I would wish that on my worst enemy, for the amount of money their asking to false advertise the place is insane. None of the rooms looks like the pictures.stains on sheets and pillow cases. Tvs don't work you watch the cowboys game in the lobby. The only overall good thing it has was Hot water.

This hotel is misrepresenting the quality and the excellent reviews are incorrect. Our room had ripped up curtains that were falling off the railing. The bed was stained. There were not outlet covers on any of the outlets. The lights did not work and the toilet was broken. We were in the room for a couple minutes and immediately returned our room keys and left and had to book at a different hotel. I currently have priority refund request submitted through expedia. The desk staff were kind and that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

I check in and went to my room. As I walked to my room there was cooking being done in the rooms and my room was filthy. I asked for different room and when I went to that room there was one light right in side the door and that was the only operational light. At them time I went to the front desk and asked for refund, which is when the problems really started.

Unfortunately I had nowhere else to go and no funds. It looks nothing like it’s pictured here. Oh and they have a lady in a security jacket who has the worst attitude and bangs on the door so hard it shook the tv mounted to the wall yelling “you gotta pay or check out” then heads to the next room before you get a chance to open the door all the way. I’d rather sleep in my car than here ever again.

This has to have been the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in I was supposed to be in a smoke-free room but the whole hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke I did not know that it was a motel or an Extended Stay it was nothing like what was advertised online I really would like my money back

Quick overnight for work—room had a desk and reliable Wi-Fi, which was much needed. Parking was hassle-free and I had no trouble leaving early.

Didn’t Stay!! due to the smell and the uncleanliness from the door through the hallway and the room itself. The ac/heater was missing the cover and exposed all of the inside. This is a safety risk. The walls were dirty you could see black smudges on here dirty hands have been grabbing the walls and have never been cleaned
