Great location and very clean

The room was clean. The indoor pool as well. Breakfast was great. The staff was so attentive to detail. We left a couple of items at the pool and they reached out the next day to return them. Even after check out, I received a phone call that I had left one of my grandson's toys in the room. I have not experienced this with any hotel in the past. Great job guys! Appreciate your courtesy and attention to detail.

Hotel room was clean and AC was great!! Quite place to stay
- 4/5
Room seemed fine, bed/pillows seemed a little smaller.... Claimed to be a queen bed, but seemed a little small compared to my queen at home, the pillows though, WERE like half the size of a "normal" pillow. Had to put two together to be the size of one pillow for my head. Had shampoo and conditioner in the shower... no soap... odd. Towels were pretty small, but we just asked for more (double) anyways, especially considering there were 3 of us ladies in a double queen room and were provided 3 towels only. Elevators were quick, ice machine on the floor worked (which was great) and behind key so that's probably why it still works. lol Didn't use the breakfast as we went out to a nice local breakfast. I would say that every time we walked by, there was nobody at the front counter, usually had to stand there a few minutes until someone came out to help... and seemed like we were interrupting them.. not very personable.. I get it if you don't like people or introverted, then don't work in a customer facing job.

We stayed here for just one night at the last minute. The hotel was very nice, nothing fancy, room and property well maintained. The indoor pool was very cute with nice outdoor/couches. The buffet breakfast was amazing! There was a very good selection for any type of diet. The property is conveniently located for day trips to breweries and restaurants.
- 5/5
We had a great room!!!! Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Check in was a breeze and the lady at the desk was very welcoming!
- 5/5
A wonderful quiet stay with nice staff, easy parking, clean room and a good breakfast.
- 5/5
Property was clean and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very accommodating with a few extra requests. The property was very nice. The breakfast was delicious out with lots of options.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and the property was very clean.
- 5/5
We arrived pretty late and were checked in by Owen, who made us feel so welcomed and was friendly and full of good humor, which was a great first impression and unexpected at that hour. Room and property were clean and well maintained and breakfast had more options than expected. Thanks for a great stay!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast great!
- 5/5
Not friendly staff at front desk.
- 5/5
It does have a typical free breakfast offering but a little better quality than many similar hotels. Our room was lovely and quite comfortable! It was a very nice place to stay, especially for the price. It was perfect.
- 5/5
This was an excellent hotel to stay in while in Dripping Springs! The rooms were so clean & the staff was so accommodating! The morning breakfast was excellent too!!!
- 4/5
The hotel was acceptable for our needs. While it required driving to anyplace in the area other than the restaurant next door, it was in a good spot between Austin and Dripping Springs.
- 4/5
Nice and clean room, friendly staff and adequate breakfast options.
- 5/5
Good location fir our needs. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn in Dripping Springs. We would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
They need to get everyone's license plate number. An alarm on a truck went off 6 times from midnight to 3:00am. If they had the license plate number, they could have waken up the owner instead of me.
- 4/5
Clean room, breakfast , could hear too much traffic from our room.
- 5/5
A great quite place to stay that is well maintained, conveniently located and the beds are comfy!!!
- 5/5
clean and quite room, staff is very nice, easy and safety parking, good breakfast.
- 4/5
Good property.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and comfotable. The handle on the toilet needs to be replaced. You had to flush the toilet at least twice just to get the paper to go down. It was wasteful. Other wise it was a great stay.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff
- 5/5
This was the best of our trip. Would love to return. Nothing bad to say at all.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast very nice
- 5/5
The staff is great. The location is great. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is always good. It’s my go-to place to stay when in Dripping Springs.
- 2/5
We were told bfast was free but we needed to pay gratuity. Bfast ended up being 12.99 per person. Information we received said cooked to order and it was continental bfast.
- 2/5
Bedsheets were dirty in our room when we arrived. Other than that it was okay.
- 4/5
Yes, all was well. Motel area was safe, clean and appeared to be well kept. There was a problem with the bed mattress which I referred to the front desk, but it was nothing that I would consider a disaster.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, no vineyard views
- 5/5
Very clean, great breakfast, kids loved the indoor swimming pool, staff was so helpful and nice, in a great area and always felt very safe.
- 4/5
We never got breakfast because there was no water. This was probably not the hotels' fault. But we couldn't even flush the toilet, forget about taking a shower or making coffee in the room. The next day there was a letter under the door saying this might happen, so we didn't know if there was water or not. We had to go buy bottled water to flush the toilet and brush our teeth. I don't think this was the hotel's fault except that we didn't get warned until after the fact and there was no discount to cover our water purchases. Other than that, it was a nice hotel in a good location and I would consider staying again.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and fresh, parking is easy, and the staff was wonderful. The hot tub and pool area was clean, and everything worked! (Also, thank you for the help on the computer!) My compliments to the breakfast staff, the biscuits and gravy were excellent! If we were back in that area, would be sure to stay there again. It's a great value!
- 2/5
No water in the morning, so no shower or teeth brushing before our international flight. No juice or coffee at breakfast. Wrote a complaint, and the reply basically said we were lying, that there was no water outage and someone was always at the desk, which also was not true. There was only a note that said they knew the water was out and they were hoping it would come back on soon. Apparently, whole area was out, because nearby convenience store had no coffee, either. Having no water was frustrating, but being told my complaint was lying means I will never use the company again.
- 5/5
Location and pet friendly.

Good stay

Great dog friendly property. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was great

Clean room, pet-friendly, good location
- 1/5
Awful. No clerk at check-in hadt to call the hotel to get someone to come for the line of people waiting. The clerk appeared to be the only staff member in the hotel on a Friday evening. Hotel not updated, carpet disgusting. Unadvertised pet fee made the room over $300/night. Went to roon, toilet running, pulled off the back and water sprayed everywhere but managed to get it to stop running. No TV remote. Called fornt desk, cleark brought 2 that did not work. Went back to desk he had to print out a paper to find what room was empty he could get a remote from. Hotel smelled of vomit. Never saw a clerk at the front desk except when they were actively checking people in. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked everytime you moved. Sink plunger didn't work, had to remove it complete to let the sink drain. No water pressure in the shower, couldn't adjust flow on showerhead. Definitely not worth $300/night. What I would expect for a $70 motel in the deset somewhere.
- 4/5
Flapping (roof) vent in the bathroom. Shower could not be adjusted to a hot shower. Handle on the toilet was worn out. Pillow options did not include a flatter option. Mattresses too firm. "Pay at property" by Expedia was deceptive. Not true at all. Son was charged for his room after I had reserved the room with my credit card. Third and fourth parties involved are AWFUL AND DECEPTIVE. NEVER AGAIN.
- 5/5
Clean and tidy. Staff were fine.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Had a great stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The breakfast
- 5/5
It was our first time visiting Dripping Springs and were really happy we stayed at Sleep Inn.
- 5/5
Yes it was great
- 5/5
Super staff, everyone was ultra-friendly. Property and room was spotless. We asked for additional room service one day, they refurbished our room gladly and in a first class manner. Free breakfast was very good, items were refreshed regularly without fail.
- 5/5
Location location location! Nice staff.
- 5/5
We were very thankful for the effort of the staff on Christmas Eve and Christmas.
- 3/5
The elevator is a year past its inspection date. The room a/c worked well enough and the room was nice and cool like we wanted. The shower did not have good water pressure. The breakfast was good. I put the ages of my party in the reservation, as we had a 2 year old and a 4 month old. They stuck us on the 3rd floor above a couple sleeping below us. Our two year old got a little rowdy as we tried to calm her down and the couple below us got upset.
- 4/5
Clean and very nice staff. Only wished they had better water pressure in the shower and a handheld shower.
- 3/5
The room was nice, I wasnt able to eat breakfast because of circumstances out of my control, but due to the hotel. I was stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes. The manager finally called me back after 4 days, (becasue I had called them). This manager was very rude to me. He kept laughing when I would talk, He told me at one point I was yelling at him, I tried to explaib that I had to put on my head set and maybe it was loudI even turn the volune way down he finally told me that I was very unpleasant and that they have refunded our money, and he had done all that he can do and he hung up on me. This is the kind of service that you can expect from Sleeo Inn in Dripping Springs. As a business woman I am at a loss as to how this man is the General manager of anything. I have never had treatment of this type from a business. If this is what I can expect from Choice, Iwill never stay at another Choice hotels.
- 4/5
Great staff, clean rooms, shower was clean and had plenty of hot water, great location for a variety of activities in nearby parks, Austin, Wimberley and Dripping Springs.
- 4/5
The only real complaint and it is valid. The breakfast is pretty decent for a limited service hotel. But the coffee machine they have and the only coffee provided is pure crap. It is horrible, and such an easy fix. Making your morning coffee a priority will be appreciated by all of your hotel guests and start their day off correctly. Do better please.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were very nice. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait for a little bit for breakfast to get restocked but it was a very busy morning and food was excellent.
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Had two employees tell me that it’s the managers policy to charge the $100 pet fee for a service animal.
- 5/5
It was a great room and hotel, but was way over priced @ $307 for a Friday night stay at a limited service suburb Hotel. Had I been given more time, I would have booked in Bee Caves at a similar or newer, and a bit nicer hotel with a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt flag for much less money and would have had the same drive into Dripping Springs. Check the pricing.
- 3/5
In the bathroom, there was a continuous ticking noise coming from the fan area when the fan was turned off.
- 1/5
Elevator Broken. Jacuzzi broken
- 5/5
Nice room. Bkfast was good with lots of options. Pool was warm..(cold outside). Good service. And orice was right for the stay. I will use them again
- 2/5
elevator was not working on day of arrival . front desk was never manned
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our room was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash but when we got there the body wash was empty. But the were able to get us enough bottles (for family of 4) to last us while we stayed there.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 3/5
The walls and floors are noisy. I tried to check in around 1:00 pm and nobody was at the front, and even the evening nobody was at the front. The remote and TV we’re terrible.
- 5/5
Parking was fantastic
- 1/5
The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and the night staff had to come to our room and help clean it. We were told that a manager would reach out to us about it but never heard anything from anyone. The hotel is old and dirty. There are better places to stay.
- 5/5
Everything was absolutely Beautiful only thing was the Elevators didn't work they were out of order the whole entire stay
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and Owen was both hilarious and super informative with great local recommendations. We work in the area often, and from now on, this will be our go-to place to stay.
- 5/5
excellent hotel, great location wedding guests for our daughters event
- 3/5
The elevator was not working and carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs and back down again was very hard on me and my husband as we are seniors. There was no help available from the staff. I feel the hotel should have offered discounts for the $329/night charge. Very doubtful we will ever book here again.
- 5/5
Very clean property with wonderful breakfast options. The breakfast dining area is so cute. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Staff very helpful.
- 2.5/5
The smell in the hallway and in the room itself was off putting. The mattress was curled up on bottom left and right. There was a loud dripping noise in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The ozone smell in our room was so strong it gave us both bad headaches!!!!

- 4.5/5
Outdoor seating
- 4/5
Showers were clean and okay but needed an update to more modern or more luxurious.
- 5/5
Noisy room next to the ice machine. Bring ear plugs, just in case.
- 5/5
The breakfast was EXELLENT
- 4/5
The carpet was very old and worn. Some furniture was showing wear. Prefer unscented soaps or at least less strong smelling soap.
- 4/5
No
- 4.5/5
Very close to the venue. It was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping was very friendly. It was an enjoyable stay and would go there again.
- 4.5/5
My only disappointment was the 'fitness room'. There were 3 'walk' machines..?.. Free weights take VERY little room. That is a big must for me to use a hotel. IMMUNE protections were in place; immune health begins with EXERCISE/rest...just saying.

Rather unkept and placed me in a room next to an exterior exit door that slammed every time someone exited, kept me up all night! Paid a high price for a cheap hotel, not worth it!
- 5/5
Only have continental breakfast all else was great.

Breakfast was non existent they handed you a piece of paper which stated do you want a piece of fruit and something else tell them your room number and when you will pick up your bag ? The juice and coffee and tea was great. they skimped on breakfast !
