The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The bathroom is in desperate need of upgrades and repairs. From the cracked floor tile to the dingy old look of the jacuzzi tub. Toilet seat needs tightening or replacing.

The breakfast was okay. It was a weekend of a football/baseball tournament so the food started running low. The front desk clerk was nice and attempted to be accommodating. I mentioned my concern about the door to the manager. His response was I can stay or checkout, there's other doors up there like that. The air smelled musky. The pool was closed.It's my 1st and last time booking here

I enjoyed watching housekeeping work around the clock. They were always doing laundry and cleaning every time I saw them. That lets me know that the hotel staff takes pride in our comfort.i will be back.?

It was a comfortable stay. The staff maintained the property well. However, the breakfast menu was limited.

Traveled from Florida and was told Pool is out of service. Call before you book at this hotel. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. My main issue was not being able to get in the pool with this hot weather.

The friendly staff creates a warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as you step inside. During our brief stay for the World Cup, they were incredibly helpful in answering any general questions we had about the area. Their great sense of humor also helped to alleviate the stress of traveling. Additionally, the room was much larger than we had anticipated.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Only issue I had was that the pool was closed.

That it wasn't in noisy city part , very quiet area !! The room had a stale smell to it and the top door latch was very loose , guess thats why they had 2 plus deadbolt , other than that everything was great

I reserved two rooms. I arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm on Friday. I wanted a king room and double room. Person at front desk would not change the room out stating that it was completely booked. I was so annoyed that I checked out after one night.

Do not recommend this location. Not at all the standards to that of a Holiday Inn Express I am used too

Good value and very nice facility. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Right off I-35, but never heard the traffic. I will stay there again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I almost hate that I have to go home!! This has definitely become the new go to spot when we need a little staycation out of the house. We live about 3 miles away! Waffle makers would make a good breakfast great!

The only issue I had is the power went out and the elevators were not working. My mom was traveling with me and she is over 70 and has a bad knee therefore the stairs were a challenge because we were on the third floor.

Everything was perfect, all except shower didn't work.

reserved an accessible room. website showed walk in shower but that is not what the room had. was just a standard tub with a bench you could pull down from the wall, not usable for us. No hot water at sink or shower. space to maneuver wheelchair in room was non-existent. once on the carpet had to travel entire length of room to turn around and that was a tight fit in every way. space between the beds did not allow wheelchair to be angled in a way that helped person to get in or out of bed without a lot of effort. In 15 years of staying in hotels this was hands down the absolute worst stay we have ever had.

I switched rooms 3 times after my arrival. Rooms were dated and dirty with odor. I had to settle. Update the rooms

**Housekeeping kept the room very clean and replaced cleaning items as needed. Yes, the carpet needs to be deeply shampooed. There was a doggish terrible odor in the carpet. That was very, very, very disgusting!!? **The exterior of the hotel yard was covered with leaves? and we were bringing leaves into the room. Outside bad!!?

The night desk staff were very rude

The coffee and location. Lol The floor was under construction. Rooms across infront also to my right and left construction everywhere. Dust , glue and ripped up carpeting I was coughing and sneezing. I complained at front desk they kept saying that I was a 3rd party booking?? Seem like you have some work to do here. I am still in shock from this experience. I have picture an video of the mess that I was placed in. This is not normal. I am very disappointed. I choose your services because of the relationship and trust that I developed with bookings. I have recommended family and friends to use bookings and do. Sincerely disappointed.

Bathroom had ant infestation, blinds in room were all cut up and broken, phones to front desk don’t work, one of elevators broken, ice machines also had one broken & my biggest peeve was hotel staff crowding/rushing the breakfast lines causing guest to come back later or wait long periods. Hotel was clean, but it’s falling apart.

The hotel is dirty and in need of a renovation. The first room we got had an a/c that didn't work. The second room stunk, but we stayed put because the a/c worked. At breakfast, the staff were too busy visiting and eating to get out of the guest's way.

Ice machine not working and had to go through front desk for ice. One elevator was not working. Overall condition felt old/worn.

Several vehicles were broken into while staying here. And the room I had on the 3rd floor had a bad lingering mold odor that I could not get rid of I bought a room deodorizer Lysol air freshener and that smell was still there. That sofa has to be thrown out.

There are many dining options near the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like, our hotel room smelled like damp towels.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that’s what I would have given this property. We had to change rooms at 10pm the night of check in due to issues with the light in the room not turning off. The property is dirty, WREAKS of marijuana and cigarette smoke, the elevators were down (1 our entire stay and several times both of them were down), multiple homeless people wondering around the lobby, and some sketchy activity happening in the back parking lot. The room was sticky the floor was disgusting and the bath mat was soaking wet before we ever used the bathroom. To top off our stay we went out the morning of check out to our car window busted out and burglarized. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is the front desk was helpful with getting the video footage to the police. We will NOT be returning to this property.

We stayed for one night and loved the view of the trees and grass. My partner liked bow made of toilet paper.

The rooms and common areas were nice and most importantly clean. The swimming pool was empty, one elevator and ice machine was out of order. We had 3 rooms and none of us could figure out the tv. The breakfast was hot and good, they had the most amazing cinnamon rolls and the coffee was hot and of good quality. Overall it was a nice hotel. But we had teenagers with us and they were very disappointed about the swimming pool.

Carpet in room in dirty

I stayed here about 3 wks ago with my husband and my 3kids. The hotel itself is nice. The room we stayed in was also nice the only thing I was not liking was the restroom. It needs work or updated. The bathroom looked very old especially the shower. But all in all the stay was good. I definitely would recommend.

Pool, hot tub, elevator, and ice machine all out of order. floors unclean and smelled like smoke. Room go hot in the middle of the night when the AC auto switched to fan.

Location was good and staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was some of the best i have had options wise. The room iteself felt dated, carpet was cut out in some sections and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had hand written dates of 2023. The door to our room would not lock usless you pulled up on the door itself. Overall not bad.

No ice machines, but good otherwise.

Also after checking in we found out that the motel had NO working ice machines, that’s right NO ICE!!!!!

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was awesome and lady taking care of dinning room was so help and kind with me and my children.

Over all clean. Would stay again. But overall the most outdated, oldest, holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Still good. But not the best holiday inn. Really can’t complain, but have stayed at better.

The staff was very accomodating, especially the lady in the dining area. Hotel was nice and clean.

Stayed in the 2 room King suite. It was so nice to have the separate but connected bedroom for extra privacy and comfort. The staff was all amazing from front desk to kitchen staff in the am. Cant say enough great things about the staff. The room and hoel are clean. Only downside it you can tell its a little dated or needs new paint. Otherwise it was great and we will stay there again.

Our room smelled so bad of moisture and mildew. It was sooo gross. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat was chipped up & Bathtub had hair in it. #Gross

I could tell that our sheets were not changed. There was a stain or just delamination of the sheets along the side but after the first night I found either a bug or a scab (yuk) tucked along the bottom of the bed under the sheets. I told the staff and our sheets were changed for the second night. The hinge of the doors in the bathroom were badly rusted. The second day of our stay the breakfast items were so limited even from the day before.

Not a bad property, but not one of your best! I like staying in your Express properties, but this one needs a little up grading.

Carpet was dirty, curtain tattered and had holes, bugs on the bathroom floor, the toilet made loud squeaky noises with every flush, there was a mildew/moldy smell that I’m assuming was the carpet.

Just okay. Carpet in hallway is filthy and all the doors had scratches as if they had been broken into. Kinda sketchy so that had me frightened a bit. Not a horrible stay but definitely have had better.

Property was clean and staff was nice. The only downfall was, the upstairs people had a child running till late hrs of the morning and kept us up we could hear it very loud.

Again..advertized an outdoor pool and upon arrival pool was closed because there was no one to clean it??

At the time of my check in. The clerk informed me that they didn’t have anymore king size beds. Then moments later I observed a gentleman come in afterwards and he asked for a king size bed and she told him he can have one and about twenty minutes. There were kids running up and down the halls all night keeping me from falling asleep. I would never go back to that establishment.

No housekeeping on duty when we arrived. Our bathroom floor was dirty.

Hotel was dirty and seemed beat up. I arrived late at night and left after a quick breakfast, but was not impressed and won't stay here again

This property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The credit card system was down when I arrived. They wanted me to come back down at 11:00 pm when someone new showed up to put a card on file. I said I would be sleeping and would come down in the morning. They then called my room with my 3 sleeping children at 11:00 pm, my cell phone at 11:00 pm and again before 6:00 am. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned well, there were 3 towels for suite with 2 king sized beds and a pull out sofa. It was a terrible stay.

The was so much noise on the floor above me. Sounded like constant stomping all night and I could not sleep at all. I had to check out early due to this inconvenience.
