Parking was rough a couple of nights.

Unable to get checked in due to computer system down

Our stay was amazing. Staff very nice. Da room OMG it was so clean. Surprised in how big our room was. Photos online made it look smaller maybe da angles of how they were taken but its very spacious. Breakfast was good . Over all very clean inside and outside. Very safe parking lot. We'll definitely stay again .

Driveway into the parking lot had a good sized pothole and the was trash in the parking lot and around the entrance that remained for hours.

First we came down for a wedding that started 1 hour after check in, but the guy at the front desk was so nice to let us check in a hour and a half before check in time. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. We had a very pleasant stay with no complaints! Thank you very much!

Everything was great except their was only one guest washer and dryer and it was out of order.

The room had no enough bright and the towels wasn’t completely clean ( some dark spots on it). No view!

Girl checking us in didn't seem to know what she was doing so very slow. Once in our room, the AC wasn't working and called the front desk. Instead of just moving us, they sent maintenance and they had to replace the whole unit as we sat in our room.

This hotel is right next to a VERY BUSY highway/interstate. Motorcycles and cars raced down the road all night long. So very LOUD all hours. We were in room 408 and every step we took the floor creaked. We walked very softly but it didn’t help. We booked a room to sleep 5 and we were given a standard 2 queen bed room. When asked for a cot they said they couldn’t do that due to fire hazard. So my son had to sleep on the floor with a blanket and pillow that we had. Nice and clean.

The carts to bring your luggage up was a cart like at the airport and it was hell to use. Im handicap so it was horrible. The beds weren't too comfortable. It was clean.

Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown was excellent from beginning to end. The location alone is a huge win—right in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to see. The staff truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the room was quiet, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day in the city. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-stocked, and exactly what you want to start your day. The property sits in a great location. The staff was very courteous. The elevators are extremely slow and appear outdated. Other than that, I liked the rooms.

The room is always clean with no odors! Odors and smells are very sensitive to me and it always has a scent of "welcome" when you get here. And Caraway has been awesome both times I've been here. Even when I thought my requests were a little bizarre, Caraway was so kind and patient. 10/10

This hotel was superior excellent in every way possible. Staff go above and beyond. Room huge and comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location is right off the highway and everything right around.

Easy access from I-35, clean room, quiet. Breakfast waffles good, muffins & scones dry, sausage good, potatoes over-seasoned, western omlete dry.

Hampton Inn & Suites (Dallas - DeSoto) was a great place to stay for the cost. What really set it apart for me was the service; they had the crib I needed, they made sure I knew it would be there, they hooked us up when we broke a toothbrush, and every time we talked to someone at the desk they were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Nowadays service can be so hit or miss, and they knocked it out of the park. After we got home, my 4-year-old said that he wished we could have stayed there longer and I told him we'd have to go back. Thanks, y'all!

Armando and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! Very professional, kind, and did their job to the fullest! We got upgraded to a King Sized Suite and it was so grand! Breakfast was top notch! The only thing that was not excellent was the noises goning from the elevator's and their occasional slow docking.

The hotel was busy on a Sat night when we were there. Mostly families. A lot of road noise from the interstate. However the room was huge, very clean, smelled nice/fresh when we walked in. Tall ceilings made the space feel bigger. We were on 3rd floor. Elevators were a little slow since the hotel was busy. But I highly recommend Hampton Inns. On this same trip we stayed in 2 Best Westerns and decided Hamptons from now on.

Our stay was wonderful. We played in the pool and hot tub and had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was clean and fairly updated. There was a terrible creaking of the floor between the beds.

We had a football camp to attend. The hotel is very clean pool and hot tub indoors and well heated. Breakfast was great and they even had little snack travel bags for a day on the town that worked great while attending a camp a day.

Hotel was average for a hotel, the highway noise outside was extremely loud and room could have been cleaned better. Shower walls were dirty.

The room was a large, modern room that looked like an efficiency apartment. The design made it easy to connect tech devices while being in complete comfort.

Aside from the immaculately clean and neat entry, the entire hotel was beyond gorgeous, modern and very much maintained. Armando provided excellent front desk service and was very attentive during our stay. I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay. I most definitely intend on staying here again when I come back into town. A++++ all around! Thank you!!

Both passenger side windows of my truck were broken, as someone broke in. There have been reports in the past of other break ins to other cars in that hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that it was a loud night. There was noise from upstairs, the hallway, elevator and ice machine in the middle of the night.

I staying at the Hampton Inn. I’ve always had a great experience. I went into the restroom on the main floor and it didn’t have paper products. My room was comfortable and quiet.

This property was great! My family stays south of Dallas & this was hotel was conveniently close to the area. Nice & clean & the breakfast was decent. No complaints here.

Wet convenient to where I had to go. Clean, friendly atmosphere and comfortable beds.

I recommend larger room for extra space and comfort.

Clean, appears either newly remodeled or well maintained. Appreciated the indoor pool too give the kids a chance to burn off some energy after a long day on the car!

Breakfast provided was fresh, hot, delicious and had a pleasant presentation as well From convenience, modern technology with mobile integration. To clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Along with well kept and ease of access to onsite amenities. Made our stay very enjoyable. With the location easily accessible from a main highway allowing you to explore locally and get to Dallas, Fort Worth or other areas with relative ease.

The facility was very nice. I was told that the pool would be available for use and the Jacuzzi. The pool was not accessible for my family and the Jacuzzi was okay. The water was okay but not hot enough. No jet streaming/ lukewarm. The front desk told us beforehand that everything would be available for use. Hampton Inn is a very nice place to visit but didn't get what we expected.

I booked through expedia and made payment only to get to the hotel and they made me pay again claiming they didn't see the payment from expedia only reservation. I have been seeing so many charges on my credit card since i checked and i haven't been able to get in touch with expedia to get an explanation.

The proerty is located nesr my family. It is a little more expensive than the other surrounding hotel bit it's looking dated and our room jad a odor. New Towels are needed.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, with lots of outlets for all your electronics. The blinds darkened the room sufficiently for sleeping. The water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong. Breakfast each morning was plentiful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall, it was a nice stay.
