Nice room, friendly staff. Odd request of $50 security deposit at check in, CASH only, that is to be returned at check out. Upon checking out I completely forgot to ask about it and the gentleman at the front desk did not return. I remembered just as I was leaving, turned around to ask about it. Money was returned but was asked if I’d like it back on my card. Rule of thumb is money should be exchanged in the form that you paid. The whole process seemed a little off…

It was great! Pool was clean, breakfast was amazing and spacious room.

The pool was smaller than expected, but everything else about our stay was great. The room smelled fresh and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The location was also very convenient and worked well for our trip. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The pool, the $50 deposit, the thin walls. I could hear one neighbor snoring and another talking loudly on the phone.

The property is in the ghetto and my truck was stolen sitting directly in front of the lobby which the entire front wall is glass and the front desk can see the entire front parking lot. It’s in a really bad location and my truck was stolen sitting directly in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately I didnt have time to enjoy the amenities. The one thing I loved about the hotel was the shower, I would come back for the shower. Now the bed is a different story, it felt like rocks. The other negative thing was the hotel was a Lil outdated.

We had a 3 night stay Mom and 2 kids) that was inconvenient from the start. I had requested 1st floor because my son is nursing ankle injury. During check in-the front desk said they won’t have a 1st floor room until August. Its July. He was explaining to me there are only 3 first floor rooms? Couldn’t understand- but truly disappointed. If I would have known they had very few 1st floor rooms available we would have booked somewhere else. He tells me to check in the morning he will leave a note for our room if there may be a lower floor. We were assigned to the top 4th floor. Next day I asked front desk about changing rooms-she didn’t know what I was talking about. I then asked for a Full Clean of the room which is an option on the sign in the bathroom- she promptly told me no to the Full Clean because they had a lot of check outs but we could get a refresh. She called me to tell me only one room was available and it wasn’t worth moving- I asked her again about the refresh of room she said clean towels, trash, and refills. Sadly when we returned to room that night the room was trash- dirty towels were not picked up or replaced, trash was still there. no refills on body wash. I called front desk & was told to bring dirty towels down to the front & he could give clean towels. He said people make mistakes and they forgot to clean our room. I had asked the front desk two times about the refresh. He told me there was nothing he could do since housekeeping was gone. Worst ever

My family & I enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the spa pool on our first night. It was a nice reset from a long day drive. Also my kids really enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast. I will book with them again.

Room was comfortable. Nice amenities in the room: refrigerator and microwave, keurig. Great buffet breakfast! Didn't make it to the pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bedside lamps were extremely large. One of them hung over the edge of the bed. Needed another accessible plug at the nightstand.

A few things to be aware of: the shower has only a rainfall shower head. While the water gets nice and hot, it wasn't the most practical for washing my hair (long hair), and I could see it being a challenge for bathing young children. Bed was comfortable, but very light comforters. Another inconvenience was the laundry facility. Although it's nice that one is available, the machines only accept quarters. There was no ATM on-site, and credit cards were not accepted, so be sure to bring cash if you plan to do laundry. The lobby also offers snacks and beverages, which is convenient, but purchases cannot be charged to your room. You'll need to pay at the front desk at the time of purchase. Swim/Spa is small but was working. It's not hot but it was still nice to get in the water. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, safe, modern hotel in a convenient location

After a bad experience at another hotel in Northern Dallas, this place was a breath of fresh air… Great staff great breakfast staff, extremely clean hotel, and well-maintained

Staff was super helpful whenever I had an issue with my payment because I had my card replaced, lobby was never super full, so I never felt cramped

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is ALWAYS clean. I love the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the location.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, didn't get a chance to go to breakfast. The only complaint I may have is that my bed sheets had blonde hair n shower had small fine hair on the walls. Other that those everything esle was okay

Overall, my stay was good. The only complaint I have is that the floor- not carpeted, was dirty and full of hair, which means it wasn't swept or mopped prior to our stay, and hair kept getting all over my shoes and slippers, which is disgusting to me. The fitness center was nice.

Was perfect for what it was. Nothing too fancy, but it was clean, safe, and employees were friendly. Lamps are kinda weird by the nightstand and if you like your room super cold, I would bring a fan with you, but otherwise, a great hotel!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel was very clean, family-friendly, and had so many fun activities for kids to enjoy. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. We accidentally left my daughter’s bunny in the room as we were leaving, and one of the male staff members actually ran it down to us before we drove away. Such a small act that meant the world to my daughter. So incredibly sweet and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

I requested a handicap accessible room while i am grateful to have been on the 1st floor;there were no safety bars in the shower nor near the the extremely low toilet.

The hotel was lovely and well kept. The hot tub could have been warmer.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all.

The pool was very small...and the hip hop or rap music was disturbing when i was eating breakfast , waiting for my room to be ready for checkin. I was early.

It was a non smoking facility yet it smelled like weed in the hallways and even woke me up in the middle of the night from strong smell of pot. Our room also

They then sent us to the wrong room (smaller room than the one we paid for), once we did get the correct room there was hair in the shower and on the floor in a couple spots. Rotten food, dog hair, and a few other things under the ac unit, sticky residue on the table and leg rest, stains on both different chairs In the room. On top of these things the automatic curtains didnt work, and the room was right next to the pool, the gym, and the houskeeping staff room. We then canceled our almost week long stay, which was a 30 minute process as they needed to confirm the things we were saying was true. Even after this it took 5 days for us to get a confirmation from the hotel that we would get 4 out of our 5 nights of stay refunded.

Staff were nice. Location is great. The toilet paper in restroom was terrible, you walk out of the bathroom with a paperfest in your pants. There was a the strong smell of Fabuloso entering the hotel. I didn’t like how the parking lot was behind the hotel and we weren’t allowed to use back doors. We had to lug our luggage from car all the way to the single entrance in front of building.

I checked in at 6:30pm and left at 11:00 pm because the front desk people refused to go upstairs to ask the people to stop stomping and to much running. I had a 4 week old baby seemed like every time she dose off they start running and stomping again. The front manger was lazy and didn't believe in taking care of business

The staff is awesome. Very helpful, and informative. The rooms are very retro. With popping colors. I absolutely love the style. The rooms are clean AF...ijs. i stay here everytime I'm in Dallas which is at least every 4-6 weeks. The breakfast is available a little to early for me but the one time i did go down there it was hot and fresh with a variety of great choices. If youre in Desoto check them out. You willbe happy you did. Oh and the gym is clean and well equipped.

Nice hotel but difficult to check in. You have to run your credit card twice to even check in. The room is not cleaned unless for it to be done. We had no notice in our room or the front desk telling us that. Good clean hotel, great price, good breakfast.
