I love trying here. However, the rooms are starting to have a strong wet odor. Sometimes the sofas in the rooms are damp, as if they are cleaned with an upholstery cleaner right before it’s assigned to someone to stay. The floor also feel damn as if they too are quickly gone over with a carpet cleaner right before the rooms are signed. Maybe consider propping the room doors open, to create some type of air flow when whatever that’s causing this dampness & wet smell, is being done.

I like the location and that I can get a handicapped room with a kitchen. I have stayed there several times but this time my room was smelly like mildew and I did see bugs. I have always enjoyed my stay there but this time was different.

Don’t go here if you want to use the pool because is out of service… they don't advertise.

Location to my job site was the only positive thing about this place. Also the ice water in the lobby was good. There was food options near by, like a Kroger supermarket and restaurants like Waffle House and even a 7-11 down the road. There was severe mold on my couch. The laundry room was broken with no time table for it being fixed. The computer center didn't have a working computer and I was unable to take advantage of the free breakfast due to leaving at 6am for work and they refused to allow me to make/save a breakfast plate for when I returned back from work.

This hotel was horrible, there were roaches in my room, The hotel never offered to exchange my room to another room, I also saw a roach crawling on the hallway wall. They only offered to spray my room the next day which was my check out day. Complain to the manager through emails and left phone messages, he refused to address the situation probably because they had already received the payment on my credit card. I advise no one to stay at this hotel. I also overheard a customer complaining that their room smelled of weed, which also tells me that they are not cleaning the rooms because why offer that room if you knew it had that order in it. Everything about my stay was horrible and again take it from me if you have a complaint, they won’t address it they will choose to ignore you instead, worst hotel ever! Also, there was a smell of cleaning products which it seems they were trying to cover up something!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and have never experienced anything like this. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the quality of service and housekeeping has clearly declined. I hope management addresses these issues because this experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Mold in the bathroom of other guest rooms. Pest control is required (roaches in bathroom and suite. Electrical outlets are not allowing for the charging of devices (iPhone and iPad).

A quiet hotel with clean rooms, great breakfast, and pleasant staff.

My room smelled terrible. I had to go out and get Lysol and deodorizers. The carpet was full of red dirty spots. The closed door was so dirty the inside was worse it smelled like urine. The toilet water kept stopping we had to pull the water filler to flush. The beds covers kept coming off and were ripped on the corners. Breakfast was non existent. The workout room was cleaner better maintained but the treadmill didn’t work, no free weights no towels or anything to clean the equipment. The hand sanitizers was empty. The back door never closed there was no sense of safety anyone can basically go in with out a keycard. Just not happy with the property. Won’t be staying there again.

We took one of the only rooms available, but it was in the middle of being remodeled there were whole on the wall. The plugs outlets were not installed yet beside the beds. Looked like it would be a nice room if it was finished.

Faith was the woman who was at the front desk and she was very rude and did t seem to care that the room was disguisting or the fact that we had to walk up the stairs daily.

On the third night no one cleaned my room. The dirty towels where picked up and fresh towels left. The breakfast was subpar. Not that I expect a lot from a free breakfast but not overlooking the food is not too much to ask for. The staff were polite. A personal cup was left on the table as we were leaving and the front desk person brought it out to our vehicle. Whenever we asked questions about the surroundings and where we could find certain things the workers were helpful.

Booked 2 rooms 1 room was great the other one smelled like mold and smoke. I let the attendant know. She told me all she can do is give me some air freshener. I took it whatever she gave me was not air freshener. Although they were nice even they are a available. It was a struggle to find whoever should be sitting in front. The one time I didn't bring soap, the hotel had no soap. We were on the third floor -elevator stopped working. It wasn't totally bad bc of the location, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible stay experience ever

I am a realtor who manages several rental properties and multi family properties. Certified in hotel, motel management & property management. I stayed the night and checked into my room, which had a VERY bad Odor of mildew. The staff was notified and they sprayed chemicals on the carpet. The carpet is in very poor condition, and my feet would stick to the flooring. I highly suggest management look at all carpets within this property and the odor from heavy mildew within the rooms. when asked for a possible other room I was told the rooms are worse than the one I was in . I dropped the ac to try to circulate the smell, it subsided a little, however I highly suggest an inspection to the units within the building.

Clean property, comfy beds and professional staff!

Our truck was broken into while staying at this hotel, and both windows were shattered. When the police arrived, the officer informed us that they have responded to multiple incidents at this property before and that the exterior security cameras were not functioning. As paying guests, that is extremely concerning. While the hotel is not responsible for the actions of criminals, guests should be able to expect working security cameras, especially if vehicle break-ins have occurred in the past. The damage, repair costs, lost work time, and stress caused by this incident have been significant. I strongly encourage management to address the security issues at this property and ensure that all cameras are operational for the safety of their guests.

The property is newer and very well maintained. The staff were great, and the room was clean and spacious. They also had great food options.

The property was disgusting. We checked in our room and found mold in the windows seal and walls. We were moved to two different rooms after and each room had mold and smelled like mold. I notified the staff with pictures as well and nothing was done. I didnt feel safe to stay there so we canceled our reservation. 10/10 definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The couch that was in our room was disgusting because it was cloth and no telling what other people that has done on that couch and it was filthy. They need to be removed.

The morning front desk staff were rude!! The room was ok, but the bath/shower needs repair! The air condition didn’t work well. We had to put the temperature at 66 to cool down the room to a comfortable temp.

The staff was not at the front desk at check in they had to be located by the cleaning lady. The hotel and the second floor smelled odd very very powerful cleaning supplies. Like they wanted to mask about smell. The room we stayed in was horrible. The AC did not work consistently, the toliet seat lid was only covering about 75%of the toilet. There was no toliet paper holder. Some of the hotel products were ripped off the wall. The water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt to shower in there. Breakfast was not good. Some products were expired. Informed the person when checking out and got told oh well I just work here. That was horrible customer service. I wasted money on this room and hotel. I am sure a motel 6 would have been nicer. I can not give it less then 1star, but I would. Not worth it. Stay away from this hotel.

Worker never greeted us or even spoke to us. Our A/C didn't work and we had to move rooms. Another party came to our room saying they were just assigned to our room. One morning at 6:45am someone was trying to get into our room. The front staff gave room cards out to people who left their card in the room or were tired of waiting for the other person to arrive with the key. This happened on the first night we were there and the second night we were there. The front staff never asked for ID or even a name but just asked for the room number and gave the person the card. Very unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was a good size but that standup shower needs to be redone. It was rusty and peeling. The furniture in the room was stained and very visible. We didn’t sit on the chair or the couch. Our stay overall was great but those things need to be updated ASAP

Breakfast menu terrible. They allow smoking inside the rooms. The whole interior of the building has a stench of marijuana whole day long. It seem to be like a traffic point for some characters.

The room was in a state of disrepair, as if it hadn’t been maintained in a while. The shower was filthy, with broken pieces. The shower curtain was dirty, and the couch had a stain on it. The overall appearance of the room was unkempt and unpleasant. Despite these conditions, we decided not to stay the night, even though we had only been there for a few hours.

Breakfast wasn’t fresh. The eggs were old. Police patrolled the parking because of previous vehicle break ins.

The overall quality was very poor. My room had multiple stains on the carpet and walls. The smell was bad, the couch was old, dirty, and falling apart. the overall stay was very uncomfortable. I decided not to stay in the room, even though I paid for it.

The blanket was covered in large yellow stains and dark brown spots all over the inside lining. When I held it up to the light, the stains were even more visible and spread across multiple sections of the blanket. It looked dirty, unsanitary, and honestly pretty disturbing. This is something that should never be on a guest bed. Blankets should be washed between guests or at the very least inspected before putting them back on the bed. Seeing something like this immediately makes you question what else in the room hasn’t been cleaned properly. I shouldn’t have to inspect bedding like a crime scene just to feel comfortable sleeping. Extremely disappointed. This is basic hotel hygiene, and it was clearly ignored here.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We checked in to a room with only one working power outlet and a rusted grimey shower with no water pressure. We chose this hotel because we were needing an extended stay and they advertised a guest laundry. When I went to use the laundry room I loaded all of my clothes and poured detergent into the machine, added at least $4 in quaters to notice the machine wouldn't work. When i addressed this with the front desk, they simply shrugged and said it wasnt their problem. Once I was obviously frustrated by this answer an extremely confrontational male employee came out and started yelling about my attitude and almost seemed to want to start an altercation. After not feeling safe with the staff and unsatisfied with the room, we packed our bags and left after only 2 nights of a 5 night stay.

When they say breakfast is until 9:30 am you better make sure you are there by 9am. They start putting things away 15 minutes early and they are not good at keeping things stocked. I had to ask for a yogurt and she only brought 1 out for me. Halfway through our stay the elevator broke. There was no communication or help when this occured. Our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and I was clearly having difficulty walking with a brace on my leg. There was no appology, no offer for a 1st floor room change and no information as to when it may be fixed. At the end or our stay it still was not fixed! We had to lug everything down four flights of steps. The railings in the stairwell had multiple spots where they were not attached to the wall and even though it was clearly stated that the facility was a non smoking facility, it stunk of smoke and there was a pack of cigarettes in the stairwell. There is not a smart TV so if you want to stream anything (such as a football game), you will not be able to. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly including housekeeping when we were leaving a few minutes after the actual checkout time. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be fairly new but there was tile around the bottom of the bathroom that was coming off. Bathroom needs a little attention on ceiling and bathroom fan didn’t work so wasn’t sure if it was mold on ceiling of bathroom. Other than that everything was good. I loved how spacious the room was being it was my mom, my sister, & myself visiting my aunt for Thanksgiving. I would stay again
