Clean room

I gave a lot of 3 stars because we weren't able to stay long enough to enjoy anything. IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA BEWARE!! This hotel uses aersol sprays that triggered me almost immediately upon arrival. We ended up leaving early because I just couldn't breath, but I have to say the lady at the front desk, Rose, was a fantastic person and incredibly kind and helpful.

The hotel was nice.

The staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant all the time smiling very helpful in anything you would need property was wonderful great location, easy on and off and then the interstate. Right near the UNT campus and stadium plenty of food options grocery store pretty much anything you can need right there very close within a couple minutes.

The hotel was cleaned, staff was help full.

The guests in the room above us were extremely loud and footsteps could be heard throughout the 2 days I spent in the room..This is not the Hotels fault it was just very easy to hear everything going on around the room. Breakfast was very good as there was a wide range of items available(Waffle, fruit, Eggs,Sausage and biscuits and gravy)

60 to get it to even cool the room and the smell was so over whelming it made our throats hurt.. No parking has to park at the hotel next to this one .. Don’t recommend spoke to the manager and he said “they knew and were working on it “ like complete dissatisfaction don’t recommend only good thing was the night lady

Breakfast not good at all. Fewer breakfast options only. Not healthy choices much. The usage of paper plates and plastic fork and spoons didn't expect at a three star hotel.

The Hotel was pleasant, but NOT for $175.00. I would have paid $100.00 for this room. First, getting there was an obstacle course. GPS couldn't find the hotel. Had to call receptionist to get directions. My card key would not open the back side door, where I was parked, and had to carry items all the way around to the front entrance. Parking lot was full so I had to park on the back side. Again, no card key entrance. No ice machine on the 4th floor, or any floor, just the main floor. It was a pleasant stay for $100.00, but I was charged $175.00. I would like a $75.00 refund, that is if Holiday Inn wants my repeat business, or referrals to friends, family, and business associated. See above!

Superb

The staff was wonderful however our room had a horrible musty/wet smell. Our room had a lot of moisture which caused our bedding to be damp. We had to lay towels down on the bed to stay dry and covered up with our personal blankets.

The gentleman who checked us in and out was a perfect gentleman. You can tell that he loves his job.

It is right off I35 but you couldn’t hear any road noise in the hotel. It was safe and clean. The staff were excellent and there were a lot of options for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! Two critiques - First, the bacon was unevenly cooked. Some was cooked perfectly. Some was undercooked. However, the bacon was all mixed together making it a no-go for my pregnant wife. Second, the fan in our bathroom was broken which made the room muggy and steamy with no ventilation. Other than that, the staff were super polite. They provided extra pillows for my wife who need extra back support during sleep. The hotel was clean and orderly. Very comfortable stay for two days and would stay again if the need arises.

I made the reservation at the last minute and they were able to get me into a beautiful room. I was very impressed with the staff and the property.

the toilet seats are not chair height and it was a tub not a walk in shower. both are preferred by older guests. because of this I will not stay there again

Our room was impeccable, and we are picky! Breakfast rivaled that found at nearby restaurants, although the breakfast staff on duty was discourteous. Front desk employees were warm, welcoming, and professional - setting the tone for our overall great stay. Parking is plentiful and the location is convenient and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Rom was clean, noise was well-contained (couldn’t hear anything from our room and we had someone staying next door!). Breakfast was a bit sparse by the time we arrived, but that was well into breakfast service.

We arrived at 12/1am and we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water.

Very clean and wonderful staff!! Coffee was great! Breakfast was just average- but better than fast food.

So overall the property was okay but costruction made getting to it a disaster. The reason for such a low rating was there must have been a hornets nest in the A/C. I killed 3 hornets over the course of 2 days. Noone was stung but the wife and kids were freaking out at each occurance. The room was clean but I have never to had to worry about hornets on the inside of the room. The whole situation was crazy. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was okay.

We actually booked this by accident - I thought I was booking the South location we stay at every time we go to Denton - but it was just as close to campus, just as convenient and just as comfortable. Staff was fantastic.

Front desk was very friendly. Cleaning staff saw that I used the keurig cups in the room and on the 2nd day left me plenty of extras. Highly recommended!!

It was close to my daughter.

From checking in to check out, it was just amazing. The rooms were clean. The lobby was welcoming. The furniture was comfortable.. breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had not only the original stuff that usually comes on a bar, but they took their time and they put fresh fruit out. They cut watermelon that was amazing. The coffee was excellent. They had the seating in the dining room was lovely. Our room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They had cable with extra stuff like HBO Showtime Internet pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay we will recommend it 100%.

Friendly staff. The front desk lady made us a fresh pot of coffee even though it was 9:30 pm when we checked in. Property was quiet, clean, updated, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was okay for what it was. Better than some hotels, not as good as others.

Nice area to stay and the hotel was clean. We only had issues with the water for our shower was too cold. We called for maintenance and they said it was the area the room was located.

Pool was dissapinting. It was dirty wit no hot tub. Fitness center was to hot.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel and my room seemed clean to me. There were some minor cosmetic faults i seen in the bathroom and in my room, wear and tear items I would say. Staff was friendly. Did not go to the pool or gym while I was there.
