Hilton Garden Inn Denton

We had the handicap room, funny, we didn’t request one but my wife is handicapped, she uses a shower chair we bring, but her not needing ours was a pleasant surprise. The room was well equipped for handicapped person, clean and comfortable, well maintained. Landscaping was very nice, our service dog was welcomed, and the breakfast was excellent. Beware, the extra you pay for breakfast gets you a voucher for a discount on breakfast, not a paid for breakfast. You bring your voucher and order from their breakfast menu and pay the bill less your voucher, which we thought was a cheap trick since we didn’t read about that in the hotel description. But the food and service was excellent and reasonably priced. We didn’t have time to use the other amenities but I’m sure they’re great, as I’ve used them on previous stays.

Nice place to stay. Buc-ee’s is across the street. Located right off the interstate. Friendly staff.

Check in was easy and seamless. Only issue was check out. We were approved for late checkout but front desk did not relay to house keeping next morning and were continuously interrupted in the morning with knocking and walk ins even with do not disturb sign on door.

It’s a very noisy Hotel you can hear everything . The pool didn’t have on the water fall or the hot tub flow. The tub had a seat in the middle of it that didn’t stay up so it was difficult to shower. .The food was good at breakfast . And the staff was nice.

The only weird thing about our stay was they put us in a handicapped accessible room which means it was spacious but we felt like the bed was a little smaller than it should have been and the bathroom had a bench in the shower which could fold up but still the whole experience felt a little weird. I didn't book a handicap room. It should have probably have been left open. In case a handicapped guest checked in. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

Beds were terrible and they were not attentive to my needs. The picture of the property are very misleading. This was the worse place that I’ve ever stayed. I was tricked and feel I should be refunded for this misleading.

Construction started on the exterior wall right outside our window at 8:00 am. No warning ahead of time. We had gotten in late and we contoured and then the drilling started on the wall.

Smelt clean on arrival- friendly staff. The hot tub was not working after a long drive thats why I booked the hotel and it wasn’t listed on site it was out of order- or else I would have stayed else where. The pool was dirty had lots of leaves in the pool.

Not very clean

They do not offer breakfast but the rates aren’t any cheaper than hotels that do. Our bed was broken and squeaky and maintenance never came to repair it despite making a report.

I did use the bar and ordered food to go. She was very nice and helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long for the food. Very nice.

Bar and staff are great and so is the cleanliness. My only complaint is the super uncomfortable bed that popped and made lots of noise

Beds weren’t super comfy and a little loud.

The room #316, has a broken hanger bar in the closet, bed uncomfortable did not sleep well. Pillows not fluffy and comfortable. Bed makes noises when rolling around on it. Everything else seemed to be Ok.

A nice hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere and clean.

Though I did not partake in the breakfast offered, it did look and smell delicious. I did like the convivence of the self-check-out snack area with some personal amenities that tend to be forgotten. I was a little disappointed in the paper cups in the rooms since there is a full restaurant downstairs and there is capability of washing real dishes instead of producing more waste, but this really was my only issue while staying here.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff was helpful and the food was delicious. The only downside of the hotel was that the floors were tiled and you can hear people walking and dropping things in other rooms. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Yes the selection was pretty good, a bit expensive but a lot of variety.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I also enjoyed working out in the gym. The room was spacious and clean, which made our stat enjoyable. Thank you.

Location, staff, bar, room all good. Ceilings are thin, or we had a large heavy insomniac staying upstairs.

The room was clean, staff was nice; however, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in plus the wood base made them very noisy every time someone moved it woke everyone in the room up.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff. Service was stellar. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub while it was snowing was AMAZING after driving for 8 hours.

It’s okay, clean room but saw black hairs in the shower. Staffs are professional and accommodating. Pillow and bed are not as comfortable.

CONS: We could hear the steps of guest in the upper floor, and our next door neighbors conversation, if they were watching TV we could also hear it.

The room was not the cleanest, the mattress felt worn, like it had been slept on for years. I could feel the lumps and the wood beneath the mattress. There were bugs and food left in the night stand drawer. The bathroom was not scrubbed down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

Bed was so uncomfortable. The value on the TV was horrible and at these prices, there should have been a free breakfast ? AC unit was very noisy. The hotel itself need some tender living care.

I requested a handicap room and was too tired to argue with the desk and move my bags. This hotel did not live up to the Hilton name. I will not be returning.

The bed in room 306 was terrible. Hard mattress and any movement on the bed created a loud wood on wood sound. Maybe was able to get possibly two hours of sleep. Bathroom shower leaked on the floor, grout coming up between the tiles. Definitely will not stay again at this hotel.

was put in a adjoining room though traveling alone. At night trying to sleep was hearing the neighbors television shows and all of their conversations. There is a Firestation across the road from my room. Apparently a busy one. Sirens, fog horns at night and alot of loud traffic as well.

Furnishings were a bit austere, tile floors, set-in-place fixtures instead of built-ins, creaking bed, no towel rack at bathroom sink, toilet that would hang up every other flush, etc.

The staff was great very friendly, the rooms were huge and clean, amenities were great, there is a small shop/area downstairs where you can buy snacks and beverages loved that! Right off the highway and tons of parking if your renting a car, very close to the mall and local shopping if needed, Will definitely stay here again.

It smelled great when you walked in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. The carpets on the 3rd floor need replacement. I almost fell tripping over the kinks in the carpet.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved them. Coffee wasn't completely replaced after use. Printer in business office didn't work but our check out clerk Jackie saved the day.
