The room was very clean no issues with the room. When I arrived in was a late check-in and the night staff was very helpful. I needed help with the internet and he walk me through it. The breakfast was awesome!! I like the fact it just wasn't waffle, cereal, toast like they serve everywhere else. The egg and link sausage awesome. The fruit bowl good. Parking was good. Overall my stay was good it was quite in hotel and no people standing around. I will stay there again. Thank Hampton Inn...

The location is why we booked this hotel. Easy on and off the interstate and restaurants close by. None of the USB outlets worked.

The room overall was very good though. Comfortable bed, nice pull-out sofa bed. Breakfast was very well done.

This was a great stay- the room was huge, very clean, ac was nice and cold, and the bathroom was great too. I was very impressed. Checkin was easy and smooth, the staff were very polite. There was an oatmeal bar at breakfast, which I absolutely love. They also had eggs and sausage and a waffle maker among other things. I will definitely be back. It’s only 2 miles from UNT also which makes move in/move out days easy. 10/10!

The only thing that was a little strange- I filled the bathtub and the water was tinted blue. It was only a pain when I ran out of water and was super thirsty. It’s not going to stop me from staying there next time I’m in Denton.

Great breakfast with lots of options. Did NOT LIKE the SHORT bathroom TOILET (kid's size, about 10-12" high) and porcelain coat was peeling off the bathtub. Hard to find the street in front of hotel.

Everything was great! As soon as we walked in the clean smell hit us and I love that. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I know the property allows pets, but a dog barking at 8:15am woke me up and barked nonstop for about 30 minutes.

Didn’t receive our reservation from booking.com because of system problems. Couldn’t help us get our confirmed room or help us rebook on their site. Friendly and respectful, but the Hampton Inn system let us down.

Staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Pool was great- love the cabana's. We had 5 rooms for our families for 4 days and we couldn't find a complaint. Highly recommend this property.

Bring an eye mask, the curtains do little to provide a dark room with the parking lot lights right outside. Also bring ear plugs, kids seem to run up and down halls left unchecked by parents or staff. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Ideal property for short breaks, visiting family. Relaxed quiet hotel worked well for 3 generations of guests.

I do not like the bathroom doors. They were on rollers and leave a huge gap around the door. It felt awkward going to the bathroom/showering as a father with teenage daughters, and vise versa.

Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful. Only negative was that the front lights were bright and there was only a pull down shade so a lot of light still came through on the sides. I woke up in the middle of the night and wasn’t sure if it was morning or not bc of the light.

Highly recommend! My second stay was also great. The staff were super nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable.

Bathroom needs more hooks and better hooks to hang towels and toiletrie bags

Was perfect. Only one minor thing. We stayed 3 nights. Upon leaving to go sight seeing the second day, we requested fresh towels, garbage emptied and a freshen up of the room. We got back at abt 4:30 pm and it hadn’t been done. We mentioned it to staff. They immediately brought fresh towels, took the used ones, and emptied the garbage.

Children ages 8,9 &12 we had literally done nothing but unpack our suitcases not sure why there was a complaint to begin with.

Toilets are unacceptable in the guest rooms - extremely low!

Clean, parking is easy with entrances to get to one’s room easily. So courteous was the employees. Room was perfect.

The overall property was good, but I am disabled and could not use the restroom in our room. Had to go to the lobby to use the restroom. Toilet was way too low not enough handicap accessible rooms.

Breakfast menu was okay. They only had red velvet waffle batter and no other option. The staff were friendly, polite, and were very helpful. The room was clean, but there was a huge hairball in the shower drain when we got there.

Everything was truly very good. The room was clean and everything worked well. They even provided four pillows, which is a big deal for us older travelers. The bathroom was showing a little age and wear, but it was still clean and in good repair.

We don’t need laundry service Night staff didn’t care if coffee was cold .Several people complained about the coffee being cold .She made no attempt to make fresh coffee .Everyone else was very nice.

The first room I was in the thermostat didn’t work. So I went down to the desk and the staff was very nice and switched my room. Which I appreciated!

Property was very clean, nice looking pool area (outdoors) which we didn't use but I'm sure would be a great area to hang out. Seemed newly remodeled but some areas weren't touched up (doors looked old and pain worn in some areas while other areas were clearly pristine/newer). Morning breakfast was quite good and varied. Would stay here again for sure.

We moved in Friday, the 30th of January 2026, in the evening and left on the first of February 2026. The overall conduct of the hotel was good but our room was not cleaned until the day we were leaving.

Found cockroaches in one of the rooms didn’t let them know till the next day that we checked out they told us we would’ve gotten a full refund on both rooms we got but since it was through this app they couldn’t refund anything at the moment, if you guys can look into this thank you.

Lathe clean room

Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean rooms. The bath tub was flaking off paint, but that kind of part of the territory when you stay in a hotel. Breakfast was fresh and there were lots of options. Definitely would recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Clean room, comfy beds with lots of fluffy pillows. We were there several days so appreciated the variety of breakfast foods each day and a clean laundry room. Also, since we gathered with others, a nice clean lobby area to sit and chat.

The only negative thing I can say is the oatmeal served at breakfast was not cooked well. It was just sitting in water. Perhaps it was an oversight but it wasn’t a big deal, everything else was fresh and good. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes to both, I really appreciate the accommodation for trailer parking. We were moving from Arizona to Texas, and we were exhausted. Having an easy place to park was such a blessing!

Booked this last minute. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet.

Room was quiet and a/c worked great. Bathroom had long brown hairs on the floor and in the tub. (I am a blond with short hair.) Tried to check in at 1:30 and was told rooms were not clean yet. I find this curious as housekeeping was leaving our room at 9:15 as we were returning from breakfast on our checkout day. Breakfast and fresh coffee was nice to wake up to. A good place to stay for a quick trip to see our UNT student.

Clean but service was horrible. Lady at front desk yelled loudly when she saw me with my dog (first time traveling with my pet). She apparently thought I was going into the eating area for breakfast( when I wasn’t) with my dog. I had simply paused to call my daughter over. She then yelled at my special needs daughter because she was “staring” at her. I approached the front desk lady afterwards to explain and she was still very rude. We will not stay there again! They need better training on how to address people.
