Everything Several times from desk, people at the front desk, I guess though we didn't belong there until they saw me pull out my key card. And then they walk away. I couldn't use my Hilton account for the stay. Apparently my account lock me out.

Excellent service, room very clean and excellent breakfast!! Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and major retail stores!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful just wish it lasted until 10am during the weekdays. The happy hour is a huge plus. The hotel itself is in a great location and is beautiful. The new restaurant that took over after Houlihan’s left, not so great as they served raw chicken strips to my 7 year old and it took them 3 times to get them cooked and at that point we didn’t trust that they were safe to eat. The Cobb salad was missing ingredients too.

Property was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I always stay there when I go to Denton TX.

One night stay w family, beds were very comfortable and the 8 th floor was quiet! Perfection

Property was nice however took hours to check in due to internet being down? After waiting hours, I was given a key twice that didn’t work and then the 3rd time they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I had me walk in on other guests in their room. The staff had me running back and forth all over the hotel due to these mistakes and this caused me to be late to a wedding which was my reason for visiting. and took away all my time to get ready. It was overwhelming staying here and left feeling very disappointed and no one ever reached out to me to talk to me about my stay. Poor service overall.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff always had a smile on their faces. Pleasant way to start the day. The hotel was quiet in the evening. The rooms are clean and spacious. Anytime I’m in the Denton area, I always stay at the Embassy Suites.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. For a 4 star hotel and the price it seems like everything should be working. Also the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8 in the morning and at 10…check out was not until 12.

The best staff ever is here! Everyone is helpful from the housekeepers to the managers. Very accommodating and never annoyed by multiple questions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lots to do on and off the property nearby. Great location despite a little construction happening on the highway down the street. Won’t mind a bit coming back for another stay.

It was nice to receive 2 free drinks at the bar- they were absolutely slammed but I still got my order. And breakfast? Best hotel breakfast I have had! The variety was vast and even the fresh waffles you cook yourself were a winner! We will definitely stay again!!

This is our go to spot when in Denton. The rooms are spacious and the toiletries smell fantastic. The pool was refreshing, the evening reception with snack bar was great, and the freshly made omelets are my favorite way to start the day. I do miss the shuttle service though!! Denton is getting packed and it was nice to not drive on roads full of potholes and traffic. See you in August!!

Everything was perfect, from the moment you walk in the door! I’ve had many breakfast mornings with other hotels and non of them can compare to the breakfast we had there. It was amazing. Speakers on the bathroom mirror, I love listening to music as I shower and this was perfect!!

This property felt fresh, new & updated with nice details like a large walk in shower with frameless glass enclosure, backlit LED mirrors, and modern finishes throughout. The in room coffee maker had Peet’s coffee. The AC worked well as we like to sleep cool. The lobby is connected to a Houlihan’s restaurant & bar. Check in was efficient & friendly. Would definitely return!

It was a beautiful hotel. We loved our room. It was clean and comfortable for 5 people. The breakfast was exceptional. We liked that it was in to an area with lots of restaurants and shops. A Target very close for necessities. We spent time at the outdoor pool on a hot day and saw that there was also an indoor pool. We had everything we needed. Beautiful stay.

The only complaint I have is they didn’t have a hot tub… that’s all… the breakfast was amazing! The facility was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and polite! Loved every thing about it!

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The hotel Breakfast was outstanding. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant, Houlihan’s, and had a wonderful time. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Construction on roads little hectic when there in May 2026.

The rooms were so quiet and spacious enough our family didn’t feel ontop of each other. The refrigerator didn’t get cold really but wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was awesome, coffee was great, happy hour is delightful and the team there is very sweet. The restaurant attached is awful and if I were embassy suites I wouldn’t want them attached to my company but that’s not to do with the hotel. Great location, great venue, loved it!

Front desk personnel when I arrived on the afternoon of 23May 2026 could have been more accommodating. He offered no information concerning where to park or any of the WiFi information, pool or happy hours. I was very disappointed when I arrived. I don’t expect over enthusiastic reception but a friendly chat with more information would have been appreciated

Breakfast is always delicious

The Hotel was really clean, the pool was nice. Rooms were super clean. My only issue was I really wanted to watch a basketball game and the local tv channels were not working last night on the “premium floors”. Things happen and the folks at the front desk were super nice. I just really wanted to watch the game on vacation.

I got to the hotel tire because I drove 3hrs, and with the wish of take a shower and go to bed,but oh surprised no room,even when I paid in full thru Expedia.com,I book a double queen,and I received a single queen and my guest sleep in a sofa!

Loved the breakfast provided in the mornings. Was there for a Dance Convention (which the hotel hosted), and they handled all the multiple kids/teens brilliantly.

Convenient location. Courteous staff. Appreciated covered parking especially with a stormy night. We didn’t take advantage but onsite restaurant and bar was a plus. Nice breakfast but would have appreciated some gluten free bread products, oatmeal or granola for those with an allergy. The carpet in our room had stains and needed to be cleaned and the bedroom lights were not working. Overall nice ambiance though and we would stay here again.

Iron in my room was not working. No one was picking up the service desj, so I went downstairs and asked for a new one. Front desk said one is on the way. Nothing happened for next 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Everything was excellent but it would’ve been nice to have a hot tub at the property. Also, the tech light systems in the rooms were difficult to use and left me in the dark. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, however, we did experience some issues during the check in. They were unable to find my reservation, which resulted in me having to contact two Expedia representatives. In the end, it was resolved, but it was frustrating and if I’m being honest, embarrassing.

Didn’t like that you have to go to the lobby for food delivery or walmart deliveries, etc. It says you can order room service but no in room menu or instructions and the on-site restaurant website only does pick up.

Overcrowded with an event. Right before m had 1 towel. Housekeeping wasn’t available @ 7 am when we needed towels for a shower.
