It was ok

It was ok. Older, a bit dirty and weird smells. Not bad just not great either. Glad I brought my Lysol wipes.

I talk with people at the front about the room no air not work and i stay on friday and no air night about12.00 midnight they sent people fix but still not work and satterday i have to go work i come back satterday night they still not chang me the room i need to sleep becouse i am tired untill sunday morning i check out and i see the lady work at the front i tell she about everything Untill now i not hear anything back

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We already recommended it to family that visit the area often.

Convenience of location

Had to check out within 30mins of arriving due to a water leak in the building. Then it took 2 days to get my $--- back so it affected my trip.

Had a silly little problem with the refridgerator door closing completely. The girl on staff came up immediately to correct the problem. Everything played out fine, a nice trip.

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok. The air conditioner did not get as cold as to my liking after adjusting it to its lowest setting. Felt 10 degrees off. But overall, a nice hotel and I will stay there again.

Water main busted

Many issues during this stay. In the breakfast room, the machine for juice and water was broken, with no alternatives available besides coffee. The vending machine with drinks was also out of order. The pool was out of order. Halfway through my stay, I returned to find the water was not working and that I’d have to find another place to go. Obviously the rates on such short notice were much higher than what I had booked.

Very professional and family oriented

I appreciated the hot water, the roof, the food, the air conditioner, and for being able to work on my computer. They say no smoking yet some how someone mangaged to smoke inside of the bathroom and hot box the unit prior to our check in. The bathroom's hot weed smell was tooooo fresh and the staff told me they could spray an airfreshner to get rid of the smell as a solution. I was also told that there was not a unit like the one I paid for available, and that is okay. I said "no problem. I am no smoker and I can tell that the airfreshner will not help. If I were by myself, i would stay and deal with it. Because I have an infant, these conditions are not conducive for her. I do not mind staying in a smaller unit yet may I please have a lower rate for the smaller unit? I saw what that smaller room was priced for before booking my room and it is no where's near what I am paying for now. " They asked to speak to the management and thankfully we were provided with" an upgraded room" yet the only upgrade was an extra bed, the maintenance issues, and the filth in the unit. I felt sorry for the 1 maintenance gentlemen doing all of the property work because there were a lot of repairs needed within the establishment. He was doing an amazing job with the time he had. He was able to help us with 3 urgent repairs that had been pending. There was no soap in the public restroom on the first floor, so they left a used bar of soap with specs on it. The pillows were yellow. There was filth behind the pull out couch in our upgraded unit. One of the front desk workers were under the influence cursing at themselves, due to having a rough day, and coughing all over the front desk appliances. I pray that this place seeks restoration.

Good location and clean room I stay here a lot, and the air-conditioning system is not working well. Something has to be done to fix it. The room was humid and hot all night. This has been the case for the past several visits this year.

Wonderful staff and clean property!

Overall, this day was OK. There were minor things like the tub was really yellow at the bottom and everything is kind of outdated.

Water didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Breakfast was gone before serving time was over Service. Water working. Tv working. Breakfast out and available during breakfast time.

Do not stay here, it's not being kept up,cleaned and management is inconsiderate! There's so many issues to address and I did just that after inspecting the room. Even after showing proof in my physical hand and with photos on my phone, management still denied to issue a refund nor discount for the inconvenience and uncleaned room. Stepped into the hotel at 3pm why are the entry area floors dirty , hallways on the first floor dirty , water dispenser dirty,the water wasn't clear,it had a odor that wasn't clean. The carpet in the room was damp in areas , when wiped with a rag brown and black residue was on the towel. They had either sprayed the walls ,cracks bed edges and walls with a red cleaning solution and it had dried or either someone wasted something and it was never cleaned up, dirt ,lent balls popcorn kernels visible on the floor, dirty tub circles from soap, used shampoo clump in the tub, sink under area dusty, heavily. Air conditioning vents full of dust ,chairs had smeared substance on it,rust, broken paint areas and rust causing chipped pieces on doos and corners. Air conditioning stopped blowing cool air after an hr , water faucet in the shower rusted handle needs replacing ,toliet handle rusted ,sink area needs replacing. The bottom of the footies were black and brown after walking around the room checking for soiled areas. Lamps dusty, curtains stained . I even asked to see another room for replacement and it was dirty too, long hair follicles on the floor, new tag plastic pieces on the floor, it smelled sour, used tape torn pieces on the floor sticking to the carpet. Lobby breakfast area tables unclean ,parking lot had trash on it , cigarette butts all by the front door, push carts need replacing from rust and sticky substances on the handles . I requested a redund or discount and was told this wasn't possible ,the manager absolutely saw nothing wrong with any of these issues. My kids said the pool was nasty. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. And the guy who checked is in was nice. He helped with the TV also.

My daughter left her watch at the pool and someone turned in the watch. The front desk had it and returned it to her. Great service. Furniture needs some talc but overall it was a great place to stay.

Witchcraft. I was on the 3rd floor. I could hear foot steps above me. My dog would not get on the floor. Last night I was there I took a bag out to the car before bed. A truck with lights came around the corner. His truck was parked next to mine the next morning. There was a camera in my room or in the hall he was monitoring. !?! That truck has been stalking me for 8 months! I never feel safe at this hotel. 3rd time. Never again. Manager was sharp and rude when I came in to verify my 2nd night this weekend.

Everything was clean and staff was helpful and amazing. Loved the pool staying open until 12a.m. Comfortable beds no bugs. Highly recommended

I didnt like my stay at all due to some very valuable items came up missing out of my room and the staff was no help. You would think the manager would come out and talk to me and my guest being that we were the only ones occupying the room..I have filed a police report and eventually there will be more actions to follow..

For road trips, excellent location. Parking lot well lit! Breakfast is good. Coffee machine is very good. Boiled eggs wrapped in clear plastic is awful-eggs are old! Dated, but that takes time and funds to renovate.

Convenient location to wedding venue The ADA room we had was not ADA. The bottom bar in the shower was completely ripped from the wall hanging there by bare, rusty screws. The shower floor was so slick we put a towel in it so we wouldn’t slip. The shower curtain barely met the top edge of the tub so if you weren’t careful the bathroom flooded. Speaking of flooding, the toilet in room 105 leaks from the base sending a stream of water across the floor along the wall. It’s a mold and structural issue waiting to happen. Additionally there is a sign that says cleaning crews will not come unless we ask. We arrived back in thr middle of the day and a crew was in our room. The next morning we realized they had thrown away our reusable coffee cups with lids that we have traveled with for years. Who does that? We will definitely NOT be back and would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in. Breakfast needs improvement. Couldn’t find the fan button on AC unit. Fan ran all night. Light rail immediately adjacent.

We had to change rooms at 11:45 at night because the bed was terrible, sinking in the middle. The room they moved us to had filthy and stains carpet and there was mold around the tub. We have stayed in this hotel several times and were pleased but this time was not the case.

They have a great parking lot for truck and trailers. Very quiet and peaceful.

Hallway and room had a funny smell, the front desk clerk was asleep, they called our room an hour before check out to remind us to check out, our bed had a dip in the middle from overuse and should have been replaced, hairdryer was broken, the conditioner had been used, and was almost empty. The set up of the hotel was stupid with the only elevators being on the far left-hand side of the hotel. Of course our room was the last one to the far right side of the hotel. There were only three drinks and a couple of snacks you could buy which were behind the counter of the front desk. Overall, it was just annoying and not relaxing at all.

After a long drive one would want a good night’s rest, right? Don’t bother staying here. I laid down about a quarter of the way in on the King size mattress and sank. It felt like the mattress was cut in half and I was falling in between the cracks. When I peeled back the bedding to look and see what was going on, I was horrified! It looked like they had stolen it from the homeless. Stains everywhere. That bed should have been thrown away years ago. No room replacement, no mattress replacement, nothing. I will be calling corporate.

Our room was great! Breakfast was good, although I can't say I recommend the bacon. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub on the first day. The last day, the hot tub was freezing and I don't know if I was supposed to turn it on somehow or not, so it may have just been me. The only issue during the whole trip was that hot water was out all over the building one of the days. But staff was quick to let us know and ask if we wanted to make any changes. We didn't and the hot water was back working by the next afternoon. Overall it was an excellent stay for the value! And a convenient location because Burger King, Arby's, Popeyes, and Panda Express are literally in the parking lot. Several other restaurants are just under the interstate, and there is a very nice little neighborhood park, less than half a mile away!

Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. Short stay, but all was well. Our tub was leaking water the whole time and we never used it - that was the only “concern”.

Hot tub didn’t work

The pool is in poor condition. Honestly, I was afraid to get in the water considering the conditions. This is a self-serve hotel. If you need new towels, you will need to get them at the front desk. I requested them in the morning to collect our trash after two days, and came back to the same conditions. They must be very short-staffed as the hotel is dirty. The floors in the breakfast area were disgusting with trash overflowing at 5PM when I went to get forks for our dinner. The only positive I can give is that the front desk staff were polite and tried to meet my needs. Needless to say, the pictures sold me on the pool amenity, and the stay was unsatisfactory.

Staff was courteous. Indoor pool is suppised to be heated but was not. Windows in the pool area were missing panels so 35F outside, not even the hottub was warm. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent.

Had to fight to change rooms because the first room we were put in, the tub would not drain when taking a shower and the shower would not turn on all of the way. After check out, they tried charging me an additional $150 trying to say that a comforter was ripped when I know in fact nothing was ripped.

Room was very dirty and the shower was bad. Shower would have water running all over the bathroom floor and there was bed bugs on our bed.

It was a little warm in the dining area in the first day. I alerted the staff and they took care of it right away. A 24 check in would be better. With traffic we weren’t sure if we were going to make it on time but luckily we did.

Room, staff, key and poor communication or none from the upper management. Of all my years of traveling I had never experienced a hostile environment. From blood and semen stains on bed sheets to how the staff and management handle the situation was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to no one.

Room smelled a little musty but was clean. Hotel location made it a little difficult to get on and off highway but was easy access to the wedding venue. Food was fresh and hot.

My issue is with the room and amenities. Thw bed was way too hard it was like sleeping on a rock infact the floor was almost as comfortable as the bed. My second problem was that you use to cary other options of creamer for coffee and now you only have ine option. You no longer carry the juice like you use too and inly offer apple juice or cranberry juice in little plastic containers. The coffee machine broke but the staff brought out a pot of coffee. Your vending machine was brokenand i have been staying at this location every year for about ten years and was not impressed.The staff was great especially the lady who ran the breakfast area in the morning's. They are the reason i am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

It looks clean enough for what I paid

1) Make sure All linens are clean. The linen on the pull out was dirty. 2) REPLACE THE PULL OUT MATTRESS! The one I TRIED to sleep on was so worn that the floor would have been more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch for my comfort. For a $321 stay ALL of us should have slept in comfort. 3) the TVs need both a universal and the remote that comes with the tv. 4) being that it was a big holiday weekend, and a big football weekend every machine in the building should’ve been working, such as the vending machines and all ice machines plan ahead. Overall, the most I can say about my stay, here is the convenience of the location. The water drains slow out the tub, the tub faucet does not turn off completely, and the hot water was sketchy.

This property was good for my single/short stay purposes. It is right along the freeway, so traffic noise was to be expected but it was no bother in the room.

The first room I got put into had body hair all over the toilet, the second room I got into was an “upgrade” and it had mold all over the shower walls, like fuzzy, black mold. The employees were super nice and always super professional. However, it’s not the cleanest.

Hot tub motor didn't work. Water was not very hot, under 100 degrees from past experiences.

The worst of it though was the rooms. Small suite, smelled musty, air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit. Toilet seemed unstable and needed to be recaulked. Office chair falling apart. On Google it has two stars but the hotels.com made it seem like it was much nicer than it was. It was pretty clean but the hotel in general needs a renovation.

After this I informed hotel.com and they tried calling hotel back and they wouldn’t answer ir respond phone calls. Very very poor staff. And they should hire personnel that know how to speak or understand English .

Very well-maintained hotel with friendly, efficient staff

This hotel was exactly what my wife and I needed. For the price, you really get the most bang for your buck. The bed was so comfortable I slept like I was late for the school bus again. The staff were super friendly, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise—cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. I basically saved on two meals right there. Highly recommend!

Booked a month in advance and when we show up to the front desk attendant said we only have one double queen bed room available that is clean. I booked 2 room for this set up. That is what I needed. Very poorly managed. They made us wait 10 min will she check with her manager then gave us a king room with a sofa sleeper. Sofa sleepers are not the same quality of bed as two queen beds. So very disappointed in there services.

Overal was good, they do charge $15 a day for pet fee even though it didnt state that on the description. So know that. I stayed on the back and there were a couple of men working on a diesel truck all day for both days i was there. Wasnt enough to make me wish to leave but it was annoying, just turn up your tv more! Lol

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and were very happy that the pool/hot tub area was open late especially after a long day of traveling. Our room was also very clean. The breakfast area was extremely hot but we just took our food back to our room to eat peacefully with the a/c on.
