Love the location because it's near popular chains in walking distance, close to UNT to visit my son, great pool, very nicely decorated and clean. Will definitely go again for the price!

The stay was nice. loved the room, it was clean and quiet. The modern look of the lobby and halways were pretty nice too. The pool was a little small, but it was nice and in line with the modern look of the lobby and room. Loved the location also. In walking distance or a minute or two driving distance from nice resturaunts. This place can almost be considerd a hidden gem

The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing, the staff were very attentive, patient and kind during our entire stay, breakfast was hot and fresh my family thoroughly enjoyed the waffles & the hot tub was the highlight of our visit! Thank you Best Western Premier!

Check-in was quick and efficient, and breakfast information was provided. The bedroom was clean and spacious with attractive decor. The a/c kept the room cool, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious with appropriate amenities. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and coffee was very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing bad i can think of which wasnt a big deal was loose tiles in the bathroom but thats normal wear & tear issues. I reported it to front desk at check out hopefully they fix it.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. The hotel is immaculate and has a beautiful design. Classy and contemporary with a delicious breakfast, resort-looking pool (small yet awesome). We will stay here again sometime!

The hotel was very clean. The room smelled nice and the bed was soft. All the staff we encountered were very hospitable and. Would definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It also had a mini fridge and a microwave, which was helpful. No utensils, so be sure to bring your own. Bed was comfortable and a nice large TV is in the room.

I reserved a dble room & they gave me a King. It worked okay, but not ideal for me & my teenage son. The parking was not user friendly, if you will. And the breakfast was not good. However bed & pillow was comfy Nd everything was clean & nice.

The front desk stafff was very helpful. We needed a room change due to the bed configuration (nothing wrong with the room). Emi talked to the manager and moved us to the room we wanted. After we settled in, she called to confirm if everything was okay. Her followup demonstrated that she cares for the guests. The entire staff team was firendly and willing to help. I would recommend this property very highly.

The room was spacious with the King bed and the sofa in the living room area. The room and bathroom were clean. AC and ceiling fans were great for the Texas heat, plus we like a Cold room so it was perfect. The bed and pillows were comfortable and supportive. Not too mushy, firm and supportive without being too hard. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and additional continental breakfast items. We enjoyed our stay and even talked about returning to stay there again before we even checked out for the day.

I'm probably not the best person to ask I was kind of ridiculed that tree like I wasn't a staying at the hotel in the middle in the at the night but you know

I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. The location is nice and in a parking lot with several restaurants- also across the highway from Buc-ees. My suite was amazing! I could not figure out the thermostat and reached out to the front desk and they helped immediately. I did have some trouble with the TVs, but that didn't bother me too much. The breakfast options were great, and the waffles, in the shape of Texas, were both fun and tasted delicious. All staff were so helpful and kind. I absolutely would stay here again.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options were good. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Definitely had some road noise but that’s expected with a hotel next to a major interstate. Would choose to stay here again.

Everything couldn’t have been better. Great breakfast, fun swimming pool or grandson in morning. Kendra at front desk was excellent in helping us locate a pharmacy close by.

Other than being very disappointed with rhe breakfast, I enjoyed my quick turnaround stay.

Air conditioning in room never got cold, humid and hot all night. Noisy ceiling fan, it squeaked all night, no sleep. Assigned a room at the end of the hall next to stair exit. Would’ve been nice if I was asked about room preference. Locks on room doors do not seem secure at all. There was only One lady at the front desk who was answering the phone, attempting to check in people while attempting to de-escalate customers with delayed check in’s because housekeeping was still trying to clean rooms at 5pm. I felt sorry for her but she handled it well. She called for help but by this time people were tired and weary.

The Staff are nice,friendly and approachable. The BedRoom is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is awesome I love those Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The Hot Tub is perfectly warm enough. The Pool/Spa Jacuzzi is amazing. My first time hotel that they offered for us to use and it’s vegan products. Breakfast was great too. How I wish I can come back and stayed more nights/days. Thank You Great Stayed!

Room was very clean. Staff was super helpful, pool was beautiful and hot tub was so relaxing. My only complaint was that the laundry room is hidden on the second floor and requires quarters but has no change machine. All other hotels I’ve been to, you could pay with your phone for laundry.

Our room was clean and huge! It was only a few dollars more to get a suite and it was worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. If you like Buc-ee's, it’s only 5 minutes away!

Everything was great. The only complaint we had is that better pillows are needed. The room was clean and it was considerably quiet even being right off the highway. The staff were very polite and courteous.

Room was nice and clean and very spacious. The only downfall is there wasn't enough towels in the room and the ceiling fan in the actual bedroom made a noise when you turn it on like a blade was loose. But overall the stay was great and staff was friendly. Will be returning.
