Ice cold air conditioning

Hotel was really nice, looks like it had recently been remodeled, Front desk clerk was super friendly.

Well, it was pretty okay. Nothing overly special, but I got what I paid for; a bed, tv, and a shower with hot water. I would stay there again, but I probably won't.

Check in went well. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked great. The beds were comfortable. We had 4 rooms with 21 people. Not one complaint from anyone.

s. Pool was nice. We enjoyed swimming. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were tiny. Not enough for 2 people. Overall it was a great stay. Slept great. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast choices were lacking but everything else was fine

Great nice clean awesome hotel.

Pictures online are out of date. No jacuzzi in the room and the hot tub next to pool was out of service. Other than that, it was clean and good. Several different cultures enjoyed the pool, it was good.

The staff is so sweet and friendly. The rooms smelled so fresh and clean.

Room was already cool, but had a weird smell. Some stuff had been updated but not all. Booked it for the pool and got tub, both were closed. Hot tub didn't work.

Decent value for money

The only thing was we got there on the later side and checked in went to bed woke up early to go get breakfast and the hotel was being used for voting location and the workers had taken up all of the low tables and even when they saw customers myself looking for a place to sit they didn’t move anything. We had to sit at a high table my problem is I was there for a follow up on my surgery so it was not easy to lift myself into the high sits so we had a table to eat at.

Breakfast was disappointing.

and Carol at the front desk help me. She was very helpful.. I stayed there for 2 weeks the housekeeping staff did a great job.

The staff was very helpful. The Suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were great.

The curtains are see through. So I have be fully dressed when coming out of the shower. There is no privacy at all I will not stay there again

The room was rented for my husband. He said staff was very nice and the rome was clean. He said it would help if vending machines and ice machines were available. His wake up call was on time.. We knew this was not a luxury hotel but was very acceptable as he was in Houston for a family funeral and basically needed a place to sleep n shower.

Value Parking

Clean. Breakfast was limited to just cereals and mini wafffles with regular reminder to the staff to refill. Staff was courteous but there was only one very old person managing everything. It’s cheap but expect the service accordingly.

Overall the hotel was clean and quiet for an overnight stay. The breakfast sucked!!!! Cereal, toast, bagel, waffles. Thats it. No protein! Didn't eat, coffee was ok at best. Older lady working the front was unfriendly and hard to hear, very soft spoken. Not bad for a 1 night stay in the area, it was ok. But 1 night would be about all.

Very clean & quiet, AC was great, beds were fairly comfortable! The rooms were cool but still very humid, everything just felt damp. Pillows were small but comfortable.

Loved the location close to restaurants and stores .Beds were comfy and room was nice , clean and ac was great! Well we slept with the light on all night because the switch didn’t turn off and we couldn’t sleep I did let the lady in the front know she came and checked but she said nothing couldn’t be done since maintenance wasn’t there .

The smell in the room was very unpleasant , toilet was dirty and lights were flickering.

Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but it was good and coffee as well. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I would be happy to stay there again.

Hot tub was covered, unusable. TV in our room didn’t work. We were switched to different rooms 3 times for various reasons. Breakfast was the cheapest options available. Won’t be back.

I do not like motel style “hotels”. I will never stay nor book there again. Just being honest.

There was people outside all hours of the night.

The room we had was larger than we needed, but we certainly did not feel cramped! It was spacious and spotless. Well worth the value.

Very nice front desk and check in. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby area. It is an older hotel with room doors to the outside. This can be a con and a pro. We like not having to cart our belongings down a hall and very convenient parking right outside your room so one can watch their vehicle. The rooms have been nicely maintained and clean. Not upscale but clean. Bed was comfy. I liked the size of the room with the extra sofa bed area. One does not feel so packed in. Bathtub for the shower but that's ok as long as you are not handicapped. Breakfast is minimal. The only hot food was pancakes. Overall, we would stay their again.

Very Friendly and professional staff. Room is very clean, and mattress extremely comfortable. Housekeeping does an exceptional job. Every day when i return to my room it has been thoroughly cleaned, bed made neatly and fresh bath towels placed where they belong.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and professional, the breakfast was good (waffles, yogurt, toast, cereals, milk, juice and a few other items).

Live close by. A/C out at home. Property was convenient and pretty nice…EXCEPT FOR THE ROACH in one of the drawers. Not the large water bug roach prevalent in this area, but a small nasty one!!!

This was and older property in good shape everything worked perfectly. Nice folks, I was in town to work, it was just what I needed.

There were cockroaches when we entered the place.

There were like 7 stacks of mattresses that were filthy right in front of the pool and side entrance. The staff lived on the top floor an followed us around snooping. Breakfast was nothing but waffles an yogurt juice was not working no milk for cereal ( came down at 7 am 8 to try different times) staff was never around to ask for help but they can follow you around property but when you dial 0 they show up in 2 seconds to check the room to give you back a deposit that was never mentioned online to book...

Room was clean and comfortable. Only real downside was the construction going on.

Attentive cleaning staff, room always cleaned and towels left daily and in a timely manner.

The room was very nice except, there was some type of small flies in the room. These were not mosquitos and we didn't have a door open other than walking in and out. The second night a cockroach was in the bathroom on the ceiling. We reported these issues to the front desk. Daily room cleaning was wonderful and done well. Towels are thin and small but I think this is standard for a motel like this.

When I got there they put me in a room that was filthy. Bed not made taco bell everywhere. Very inconvenient. Also they never returned my $50 “deposit” which had I known that they did that i would have never went there to begin with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Toilet didn’t work and I had no microwave in my room

Last minute booking and was perfect.

Amazing staff, clean rooms, wonderful location.

Charged me $94/day plus $20/day for my dog. As well as a $100 deposit. I left the room picked up and in order and they still charged me an additional $50 after I left...then my 2 year old dog died just a couple of days after leaving there from having ingested poison.

My stay was booked days in advance for a smoking room. When I arrived, I was informed they did not have any nonsmoking rooms available, and I would have to stand outside. The weather was cold and windy so instead of staying the night with my husband who I only get 1 night a week with I went home. My night was ruined, and I will not get to spend time with my family for another 7 days. Also, there was a used washcloth in the restroom over the shower rod.

The desk clerk was so polite and friendly. Property was quiet after dark. Location was very practical for what I needed. Price was great compared to the hotel across the street. I will be back for sure

Huge room, nice staff

The room was nice as they gave me a first floor room per my request. Also. I was scheduled to come on a Thursday night for a Friday morning meeting. However, got word that my meeting was postponed to Monday at the last minute. I missed the deadline for cancellation/changes. So called to ask them to move reservation to Sunday night. They were kind to allow me to do this.

Smell is really bad. No sun-block curtains, even no blackout curtains. No privacy.

There were cigarette butts everywhere, alcohol.cabs abd bottles all around, people outside partying in frontbof doors with bbq grulles and being loud all bours or the evening and night. Lots of foot traffic.

The evening staff was nice, there wasn't any info for the wifi anywhere n front desk didn't let us know when we checked in, breakfast was cut off at 9 which sucks for people that get in late at night. The guy working the desk in morning wasn't very friendly but the other girl that checked us out was very nice. The room was okay just took forever to cool down because they have the settings up so high when you get in the room

As soon as I walked into the room it was hot I called the front desk and was told it might take a little while to cool down. Later that evening we came back to the room and it was still hot. The front desk told us the only thing they can do is bring us a fan. Next day I speak to the front seat to let them know it was still warm in our room so if the could please change the room we were in. They sent someone in and we were told there was a cord in the way of something it should be fine. Still no new room the only way we stayed cool was because of the fan and a bucket of ice used behind the fan. The last day we were so busy we just dealt with it and left around five in the morning

Thank goodness my family and I were able to get a room for the days we were without power! Everyone was very nice & they had a good free hot breakfast!

There were no attendees to assist with luggage especially for the second floor

Great stay

Floor was completely wet, no channels on TV for movies and when I called the front to inquire about movies they simply told me that they don’t do that, curtains didn’t close all the way.

The rooms were not clean, there was hair everywhere and the rooms smelled terrible. They need better pillows
