Great place to stay for extended period.

Good clean hotel, reasonably priced, and convenient to my clients in the immediate area. Also, right near main thorofare Hwy 225, but very quiet and not in a high traffic area.

The only positive thing was the laundry was free! Upon checking into the first room I was put in, I noticed it had water leaking on the floor and it got into the carpet. I immediately went down to the front desk. Then I was moved to another room on the first floor and soon as I entered it smelled awful. It smelled stale like. It was just awful. Something must had happened to the ceiling because it was patched up. There was hair in the sink. The room next to me was loud. It was just terrible. I didn’t sleep at all. The front desk were made aware about both incidents and all I got was “I’m sorry”!

The room was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, lighting was good, it had a freezer in the room, they had USB ports in the room, and the shower got hot. Also, the food/drinks they had available to purchase were fairly priced. No smart TV in the room. Also, there was a weird smell in the hall of the first floor.

A few roaches in kitchen area.

I had originally booked joining rooms and when I got there they told me they didnt have that accommodation. When we got to the rooms, they smelled of mold and mildew. When we wanted to use the pool we were told the towels had to be given back to the front desk...so basically go in the pool, get wet, and then give the towel back and go walking to your room soaking wet. The area was gross with the industrial factories that it made us feel sick. I will not being going back to this area and not this hotel.

Mattress soft. A/C has trouble keeping room cool. They supply 2 spoons and 1 was missing.

Property was quiet

My wife and I had a great stay at this Candlewood. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The only issue we had was that there are only queen or two standard size bedrooms. The general manager Tonya was very supportive and helpful.

There was an unpleasant cooking odor in the room. I asked for air freshener but was told they couldn’t provide it. Also, the bathroom floor had dirt and hair along the floorboard.

Fast check-in and the property was new clean and quiet. They had a little tore for good snacks and food. I would stay here again.

Toilet ran all the time.

At least one day there was a strong smell from industries in the area.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time they were in the middle of renovation. The renovations are complete and the facility is stellar. The Staff were helpful, and pleasant.

We did not like the very soft bed, the thermostat did not work correctly, there were ants in the kitchen area. No luggage racks. They could have 4 towels for 2 people.

Toilet didn’t flush right and they said turn the ice maker on did that and never got 1 cube

Loved our spacious room with 2 double beds and kitchenette. It had a full size refrigerator and 2 burner electric stovetop and a microwave—no oven. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the poor internet connection.

Property was quiet, clean and orderly even with renovations going on. Only thing would be to maybe update pull out bed mattresses and have additional bedding available in the room including extra blankets. Fridge was also a little dirty on the outside but all else was good.

We would definitely stay here again.

I like the Suite that we stayed in, it was perfect, and the staff at the front desk were really kind.

Loved the kitchen and the overall property is very clean. The front staff is amazing. Location seems about 25 min from everything we wanted to see, but it worked out just fine. We will come back.

Front desk personnel on duty 24/7, so that a late arrival is no problem. Very clean, but plain decor. However, rooms have a cooktop and are stocked with pans, dishes and silverware - a happy surprise at this price point. There is a fairly well equipped gym and a washer & dryer available for guest use. One disappointment is a truly tiny television - very difficult to see from the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean! Smells great! The room was fresh smelling and clean. Hallways were clean, elevator was clean. They have hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. No breakfast but they have a little shop with snacks and frozen foods and coffee. Comfy beds, comfy pillows. The lady clerk, didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful long dreadlocks, was VERY friendly! Always smiling and our check out was great. Definitely will be staying here again.

Room was dirty from the heavy dust on the carpet below the AC unit(clear sign that the filter needs replacement) to the bathroom light glass appears to have black markings like it had an electrical fire at one time. Also had a dirty towel in the sink.

It’s a nice extended stay hotel. It’s a little too expensive to stay long term and be able to afford it.

We couldn't use the pool (and I so wanted the use of the pool, one of the reasons I choose this hotel) it was to cold and the pictures on the hotel web site made the pool look bigger. There wasn't a spa there either which to my understanding there was one. This is the second property by Candlewood we have stayed at and we won't be staying with them anywhere again.

I was disappointed when the room was not cleaned on during my stay. No towels were taken or cleaned and I had to go down to the front desk in order to get new ones.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Everything was was so nice and clean from the room to the fitness room. Had a very nice and comfortable stay.

As with all Candlewood Suites that I have ever visited this one was clean and very welcoming. I had some issues with the type of room. The room I was given was not the room that I had reserved. The front desk clerk, Katie, was very apologetic and worked with me and Expedia to make sure that things were cleared up. There were quite a few guests there during my stay but I did was not aware of them other than the cars in the parking lot. This location was very clean and very quiet. If I am in this area again I would definitely stay at this location.

Nothing unique, but it was very clean! The staff were friendly, but I had little interaction with them. The only issue, for me, is the main lobby area smelled of cigarette. But, I was ailing at the time of my stay.

The water pressure wasn’t to my liking. The shower water ran very low

Stayed there for a vacation hotel staff were knowledgeable and friendly was able to loan a coffe maker which was a surprise and an added bonus was the free laundry

Had to stay for a night do to an early morning for work in the LaPorte area. It was less than 2 miles from the Plant where I had to be at. Extremely convenient. Was a nice Seafood restaurant right across the street for food and drinks. They put out USA today papers early the a.m. which was nice. The set up was like a small apartment and everything was clean and a comfortable set up. Good TV options to watch at night.Would definitely recommend this place as a comfortable business stay.

Had a VIP Athlete staying st your location , before we checked in was told no house keeping if we wanted towels we needed to bring old one down and get new ones . Went to room and someone was in the room assign to us , had to get new room , for the full prices we paid for this stay , not to have house keeping I could paid same at other hotel , bunch of people hanging out in parking lot looking like thugs , manager could do nothing ... will never stay again
