Rooms were okay, area wasn’t working well for me and my kiddos. Rough part of town.
- 5/5
Surprised and delighted at how all your Needs are met. Staff was great. Perfect location.
- 5/5
Everything was great from the customer service to the day after
- 4/5
Decent hotel for the price
- 4/5
Room ŵas very clean. And a pretty view.
- 4/5
Room was spacious with good amenities and the night desk clerk was very good. The only thing which requires attention is they need to shampoo the carpet in the room because the carpet was very dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast.
- 3/5
The service was lacking. No one ever cleaned our room or changed our towels without us asking the front desk. Breakfast was hit or miss. The options were lacking and pancake machine broken the first couple days of our stay, but improved on the last day.
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous. Decent complimentary breakfast. The room was clean. However, the carpets could use shampooing to smell better.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Clean and quite as always
- 1/5
Staff are no help homeless people walking the property at night/early mornings we had a few roaches but I got rid of them
- 2/5
Stayed one night; Medical trip to UTSW; Place/people were sketchy; Weed was being smoked in the parking lot; Lots of activity in the parking lot; Felt unsafe; Bed was terrible; Pillows were good; Lots of noise from Stemmons; Guy was hanging out outside my door; Would never stay here again under any circumstances
- 5/5
Was a nice roomy room, clean
- 5/5
Always clean
- 5/5
Great room
- 3/5
The staff was very polite and helpful.
- 4/5
Did not like having to request towel daily.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 4/5
Good value for money. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms that face the freeway are a bit noisy so suggest requesting a non-highway side room.
- 5/5
My stay was great…. Everyone was so friendly and a nice clean room.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, quick check in, very nice room for the price

This was our 3rd time staying here and it seems to be going downhill. The 1st time the room was great and everything was clean and nice. This time the room we had was worn and dated. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on. The kitchen had no forks and the ice machine in the fridge was broken. The sliding barn doors to the one bedroom needed a good oiling they kept sticking. The floors under the bed in that same room were dirty with crumbs dust and pieces of food. The other bedroom's bathroom shampoo and body wash containers were broken already. I sent messages to the front desk to let them know the condition of the room so they will not try to charge us for damage and missing items that were not our fault out of our 150.00 deposit.
- 5/5
The room was perfect. It was huge. Had tons of space. The staff was excellent to deal with made my stay there very enjoyable would definitely go back.
- 3/5
You get what you paid for. The first room we got smelled like complete smoke. We requested another room and they accommodated us immediately. The second room was clean but we found some “hidden gems”. The kitchenette was a great touch. When you get there, it feels like you are in a small apartment with all walks of life. Not a bad place to stay
- 5/5
Breakfast is not the best but everything else is great.
- 1/5
The lady receptionist wasn't kind and friendly .
- 5/5
Entire hotel was clean and staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Clean room, Spacious area
- 1/5
This hotel looks like an apartment complex. If you want to feel a fan in a hotel this is not it it looks like an old apartment complex turned into hotel.
- 2/5
They had no other room for me. So, I was stuck with the dirty, outdated and loud room at the back of the property. I had to cancel one of my nights and stayed at a hotel literally across the freeway.
- 5/5
Good stay very ni c e a d well attended
- 5/5
Great value for the price. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
The rooms are clean but need upgrades especially the carpet. The outside especially the parking area has garbage and broken glass/bottles everywhere. People are seating in their cars smoking illegal drugs. The staff I talked to about the garbage piled infront of our door were not picked up daily. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
It was very good for the price. My expectations were not high. The hotel consists of 6 3-story buildings. Security did not strike me as being that good, but the area seemed more industrial and there didn't seem to have any night-time activity. Interior needs to be updated, but it was clean.
- 2/5
No extra cots no extra pillows
- 3/5
There were loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Living room was whopperjawed not conducive to senior citizens. We had a mouse in our room that got into a box on kitchen counter. The bedroom remote did not work.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff and housekeeping
- 3/5
The suites could use some deep cleaning. I had stains in the room. The tub leaked water. You pretty much get what you paid for.
- 4/5
Kind of an industrial area
- 4/5
Rooms are great but out dated. Staying right off the highway it is very noisy. The doors slam so if you have neighbors that are coming and going through the night, the door slams will wake you up. Also some people hang around the parking lot that made me uneasy. Staff are very friendly so that was a plus and the rooms are very roomy.
- 5/5
All was okay but the sheets did not smell freshly cleaned.
- 2/5
The place felt sketchy. The lock on the door didn’t work. The TV said “hello Anthony” which was not the name of our reservation. The pet fee wasn’t listed online and was $75 plus tax. Plus a $100 cleaning fee PLUS the amount of the hotel. Hotels.com shows it as “total amount to pay” when checking out and it was deceiving.
- 3/5
The room was decent but the outside courtyard of the hotel was dirty and seemed unkept. Hotel is very close to the highway, so there was a lot of traffic noise. It was fine and a decent price for one night.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Especially the Spanish speaking lady up front. The breakfast staff was really good too! Housekeeping was very responsive and respectful.
- 2/5
We were awakened about 12:30 by pounding on our door and screaming to be let in. We yelled at him to go and that he must be at the wrong room. We called security. We couldn’t go back to sleep for a long while. It was scary
- 5/5
Parents service, her appearance, her hair or her hair looks her.You know
- 5/5
We had a king size room with a sliding doors with the living room on the other side kitchen bar with two chairs we found it very clean smelled good everything was in good repair bed and pillows were wonderful TVs worked no complaints for an older Hotel
- 3/5
I just want to know if Im going to be reimbursed with the deposit. I really need an email or phone number to ask that .
- 5/5
Very clean
- 2/5
Ghetto as can possibly be
- 4/5
There were some issues with the bathroom pluming at first, they came and took care of it right away. There service and staff was great, however the facility needs some updates.
- 4/5
Loud road noise
- 1/5
Where to start , on the expedia app this property has a high rating wich im not sure how that being said . I received a call 4 hours before my check in time with an associate from the hotel stating my stay was going to be canceled due to the rate that i received from expedia was not enough.as an individual traveling with family ,im sure you can imagine the instant panic of our stay being canceled . I asked the individual if it was oversold he then stated well the room is available but only if i agreed to pay an extra & 50.00 per day of our 2 day trip so $100.00 more total for our entire stay , keep in mind this was not the deposit . I told the individual i was going to reach out to expedia he said" no dont contact them just pay upon arrival" , honesty this is a weird first time experience felt like an extortion. I got in contact with expedia customer support after being transfered to 2 different departments they were able to get the hotel to honor the rate .upon arrival i was still asked for the 100 dollars after a bit of back & forth they concluded the fee was waived . Once we got to the building we were left unsettled by the surroundings people smoking illicit substances .the room was a handicapped accessible the door had a delay in closing with a 2 year old this is not good not to mention the the door jam was broken i alert the front desk nothing was done other than the clerk doing a kick motion saying its safe . I made a booking elsewhere
- 1/5
The bed sheets was dirty
- 5/5
I arrived later than expected and the desk clerk was very accommodating. Well lit parking. I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was remodeled and in good condition for my weekend vacy. I will stay again for future visits
- 2/5
Initially when I arrived I thought it was decent enough however once we got in the room i noticed it was very dirty. The coach had disgusting stains on it. My husband had to clean it because we couldn’t even sit on it. It smelled like cigarettes. The comforter had stains on it, and honestly should have been trashed. There were drawings on the furniture and we had no iron or hangers in the closet. When we requested to get one no one ever came. We ended up having to go the next day to the front desk to get an iron that they just so happened to have upfront. The attendant responded with “hopefully it works”. Located in somewhat of a sketchy location as well so just be careful. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
I would say hotel was good for 1 night, I will improve the bedding sheets I found some stains on bed and do some remodeling hotel is a little outdated
- 5/5
Baljeet and Perry at the front desk were cool
- 1/5
Shady people hanging out, aggressive dogs unleashed, dishwasher loud and noisy, water cut off during our stay, locked in hallway due to poor door sensor, laundry room disgusting, table on 3 legs
- 5/5
Hidden gem!
- 2/5
Location
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Really nice hidden gem
- 3/5
Loud and bugs
- 1/5
They didn't honor the advertised price
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
My room was clean, spacious and had everything that I needed.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Front desk lady was SOO nice & helpful, LOVED the room, very clean !
- 5/5
Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Breakfast options were great. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool was closed most of our stay.
- 5/5
Everyone is so nice there!
- 4/5
Kinda an odd place but their staff was nice and beds were comfortable and its easy drive to the hospital made my trip so easy.
- 3/5
We stayed at this hotel to be close to the hospital due to my daughter having surgery the next morning. It was very close and convenient. Our room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Prior to check in I received an email stating there was a $10.83 parking fee and a $100 deposit. Not a big deal but it asked for credit card info by email, which I didn’t supply. There was a $100 deposit at check in but no parking fee.
- 5/5
I really like that you get so much and good stuff for how cheap this hotel is. Will be staying again!
- 5/5
the food options could be better and more variety .
- 5/5
Yhe Property was vlose, and convenient. Nice facility. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful! We had to stay an extra night and they made it so easy!
- 1/5
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No idea how this is rated 8 of 10 on hotels.com. Homeless people loitering around the door of my room. Unsafe. Cockroach found in my room, which I expected before entering. Hotels.com rating should be reviewed
- 3/5
Staff was nice but the surroundings felt a little unsafe. Also due to road noise from IH-35 I barely slept at all. Pool water seemed clean but pool walls had weird stains.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Enough room for all 5 of us
- 5/5
It’s a little off the beaten path
- 4/5
Price is reasonable.
- 3/5
Our rooms had odors, one room smelled like weed abs the other like dogs. Both tv’s in one of the rooms were messed up.
- 5/5
Ideal for two people or a family.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, this property missed the mark. Linens were torn and stained, furniture was visibly soiled, and many surfaces that could’ve been easily wiped down simply weren’t. The sofa bed mattress was falling apart with exposed staples—completely unsafe. The refrigerator was leaking and hadn’t been cleaned, and the basic kitchenware was in poor shape: scratched, stained, or missing altogether. I’m okay with a property that’s run down. But dirty? That’s where I draw the line. To their credit, the property issued me a full refund. But honestly, Sonesta should not operate this location under their name unless it’s properly maintained and equipped. The staff did try to make it right, but I just couldn’t stay past the first night.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Good conditions. Clean room.
- 4/5
Nice for family stay
- 5/5
It was a great experience. Front frsk was nicr, house keeper were amazing to my husband. Breakfast was good. Good experience
- 1/5
The hotel is old, dirty and seems to have low rent long-term tenants. My sons and my room had filthy carpet and old old furnishings. My daughter’s room smelled sooo badly of marijuana that as soon as she opened the door it was over powering. Also, our elevator was broken and we were on the top floor. Hotels.com did negotiate a refund for us and we switched hotels.
- 1/5
Staff were friendly. We were not able to check in until 5pm because our room was not ready. Found a cockroach in our room.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 4/5
My stay was fine. I arrived around midnight and had to park way in the back. I was alone (female), so i was a bit unnerved until I got unloaded and up to my room. They have apartment style buildings with walkways in between, so there are lots of dark spaces from car to room. I wish I had asked the security guy to follow me in his car until I found my room. The room was very clean and nice.
- 3/5
Very musty smelling in room, old. Bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Lovely staff and full suite. Breakfast was delicious. The pool and basketball court was especially great. Fresh coffee and smiles everyday
- 5/5
Room suites are nice, bring your own kitchen utensils.
- 3/5
It was an ok visit for the 2nd time the first time was better. The room had a smoke odor, there were no utensils. The air conditioning is preset so you really can’t adjust it to your preferences. It’s time for a refresh. They also charge 10.00 a day plus tax for parking.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
Dirty carpet in the hallway outside of elevator, trash on table.outside of elevator, watched staff put trash on table.and walked offstill on th we table.the mext day.
- 2/5
First off the area is horrible and seems very unsafe. We did not feel comfortable at all with three young children. It is not a hotel or a motel or even an extended stay facility. It is a converted apartment complex from what all I can tell. Possibly some sort of easy housing because several people definitely live there as a permanent residence. You’re hit with fees that you’re not told about until after you book including a nightly parking fees even though the hotel has its own parking lot and a deposit that if you’re not ready for you may not have. After checking in we walk up to our “apartment“ and there’s a homeless man sleeping in the entryway in front of the door. The “apartments“ are in desperate need of upgrades, there were a little bugs everywhere, stains on the furniture, about the only good thing I can say is that the kids liked the breakfast. The pool was dirty, the advertised grill was disgusting and barely worked. I’ll stick to known confirmed chains like Hilton or Marriott or even the Comfort Inn from this point on, this place was worthless.
- 5/5
Was great!
- 1/5
The room had multiple issues (broken door , black mold on vents in bathroom and non functional appliances ) and the alternative option was even worse and had some strange smell in the room . this hotel is definitely on our "DO NOT STAY" list and will be posted on my socials
- 5/5
Great value, everything we needed and more!
- 2/5
All the outlets in the main bedroom were loose. The sliding doors (bedroom & closet) were so hard so close. Noise from the interstate nearby is impossible to miss. Outdoor area smelt like weed. Woke up to a small roach in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Im so bad with names but the staff is so friendly and accommodating I wasn’t to crazy about booking here but once I saw the staff being so friendly and helpful and the room was clean I will definitely stay again here thank you to front desk & the lady who handles breakfast you girls are rockstars
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, very clean and accessible
- 1/5
They said they would refund me when I cancelled and they never did.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
I always stay at Sonesta and I love them
- 4/5
Good value. Only issue was a strong smell of marijuana smoke inside
- 5/5
It was affordable, clean, and easy to navigate. Perfect for what we needed.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Check in and out was smooth. The staff were very friendly. The room exceeded my expectations. It was like a studio apt with everything I needed and more. The small touch of the welcome message on the TV screen was great. Great location, cheap Ubers to nearby areas.
- 4/5
We stayed for a weeklong soccer tournament. Very gracious staff. Darn door keys kept deactivating though. Nice room.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 3/5
There was a strange odor when the AC was on. Room was clean
- 5/5
Service was great
- 5/5
Traveling with spouse and 3 kids for volleyball tournament. It was decently located for pur purposes and gave us a home away from home to relax at and provide our needs. Plenty of space and the req'd kitchen and shower products.
- 3/5
Stayed for a weekend get away. Loved the space of the two rooms. However, the cleanliness could have been better. There was hair still in the shower and on the floors. I give it a 6/10. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth and painless.
- 1/5
They made me pay $150 deposit and made me pay $22 for parking. Needless to say, we won’t be using this hotel again.
- 5/5
I loved the downtown location and would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Good property, centrally located and excellent staff.
- 5/5
Nice cozy ambiance with good hosts.
- 3/5
The place is outdated and needs serious maintenance. The gates were broken, TV had static, dirty carpet, elevator had bad smell, some garbage, bathroom old, not very clean overall. Just dirty and bad location next to expressway so you can here the noise from cars. Staff however was professional and nice.
- 5/5
great property.. loved the breakfast.. freindly staff!
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nice and clean. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant ants the food was good. The only problem I had with the stay was a guest tried to enter my room at 2:30a.m. I called the desk and the attendant promptly addressed the issue. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Was an excellent stay. Room was so clean and up to date appliances . Couldn't ask for more.
- 5/5
the staff at the hotel during my stay were excellent. breakfast was AMAZING too. definitely would stay here again when I'm in dallas
- 5/5
The stay was great and location was very convenient! Loved being able to have access to a full kitchen inside of the hotel. Made it feel more like a mini apartment! Only downside was that one of the sliding doors was off the track and the couch/pull out bed was a bit dirty and stained. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Just missed a hot tub
- 5/5
Truly Thank everything was great more than I expected appreciate your help Expedia has my business
- 3/5
We smelt marijuana every night through the vents! I had my three children and the smell was SO STRONG! It literally was in the vents. The gate closing off outside guest was broken which made me feel unsafe. The rooms were decent. I enjoyed the space. I saw one of the guy workers talking to a guy outside of the hotel and looked like a drug deal. I didn’t feel safe.
- 4/5
We had a quick check in and great service. Parking was a bit of a challenge before check in. After check in it was okay. The hotel needs a bit of updating but otherwise it was great.
- 5/5
dope. raged till the sun came up and other guests minded their business, as they should
- 5/5
I love this place feels like real home I love it
- 4/5
The property and staff were amazing
- 4/5
The staff, however, was very accommodating and nice. Plus the breakfast was good and hot.
- 3/5
We made sure to shake our possessions vigorously upon checkout!
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
