Bad toilet, mold in shower, bad mattress, bad pillows, non working safe, couch was very uncomfortable, room was very noisy in the morning. Maid let herself in our room while we were sleeping. The do not disturb sign was on the door, not good!! A few positive things: The bathroom had the best shower pressure and shower head I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast was pretty good. The shuttle driver was good.

The hallway had a chunk of ceiling tile missing... the bath tub knob fell off twice while i was showering... the hot tub wasnt hot.

It was okay. I would stay again.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. When I got to the room pull down the sheets there were holes in the sheets for 4 days I listened to the bathtub water running . When I told David at the front desk all he said was well this isn't a 5 star hotel. Came in at night after business event to see 2 to 3 inch cockroaches running on the lobby floor. And the night guy behind counter told me to step on them and kill them. People in parking smoking weed. Jacuzzi was broken along with ice machines on my floor.

Not very clean. Didn’t smell well. Needs updating.

Break fast bacon was saggy.

These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been addressed before allowing another guest to stay in the room. I took photos documenting the broken furniture, the condition of the toilet, and the food left on the carpet. For the price of the stay, I expected a clean, sanitary, and properly maintained room. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

I am also disappointed with my experience booking through Expedia. Because the reservation was made through Expedia, I would be unable to receive a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Expedia for hotel bookings when there is no reasonable refund option for a room that is unsafe or significantly below acceptable standards. Hotels should be required to keep their photos and property information current, especially when the condition of the property has clearly changed. Guests should not be paying for accommodations based on outdated photos only to arrive and find conditions that are completely different. I would not recommend this hotel or return unless significant cleaning, mold remediation, and maintenance are completed.

Very clean & comfortable. Free morning breakfast buffet (eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle maker, etc.) and a free shuttle to Love Field Airport. No complaints for the price I paid and the convenience of everything that was provided!

This was a last minute stay, not a lot of time to research. The room had an odor to them that made sleeping unpleasant. The rooms were clean minimally, there were a few stains on the walls and the desk chair that needed attention. I would NOT recommend and would not stay again. The breakfast was included which was okay, the bacon were shaved really thin, eggs were questionable. The mini blueberry muffins were the best option provided. The waffle iron was not working properly, the waffles were stuck even after using the spray, which causes the waffles to be smashed. The swimming pool was indoors, there were maybe 5 chairs that were in use when we arrived therefore no place to put your things or towel.

The breakfast was ok not the greatest the staff dont speak English and was rude so I had to go to the front desk to get towels.there is no stores or restaurant close by had to Uber everywhere I needed to go.went to the pool it needed to be clean had to clean the chairs to sit down.I had to clean the microwave before I can use it.overall I would rate it a one.the shuttle was the best thing they offer.early one morning at breakfast there was a lot of ladies of the night there with there butts showing I got up and went to the room.i would not go to that hotel again.

Towels and bedding had stains on them, the room smelled like mold and cigarette smoke, the sink was leaking, we notified the staff that the sink was leaking and they did absolutely nothing about it, staff never came to clean our room once during our stay, and the photos are not in any way accurate to what the hotel actually looks like.

Breakfast- mini muffins in cellophane, instant oats, soggy egg, cold potatoes, etc. Oh, but there was an assortment of hookers to choose from...... NoTHING worked! Fitness center, not 1 single machine worked (3 total), all weights under 35 lbs were missing! Pool was cold, the hor tub was air temperature at best. Hookers in the lobby for breakfast.

No comment The hot tub did not get hot. It’s just a tub. Very disheartening considering that’s the only filter applied when searching for hotels. Entrance to the main lobby leaking fluids. Room smelled like raw sewage between the bathroom and bedding area. Elevators were shotty and broken. Above all else, nobody is stopping people from being robbed. Cars were broken into while we were there. Fortunately it wasn’t us. Fake security guard walking around while people getting robbed.

We cancelled our stay after the first night. AC could keep room cool running all night. Deadbolt to room wont not latch properly. When canceling, front desk staff did seem to care any or ask what was wrong just simply stated "call booking agent". Tried to tell them regarding the latch and I was simply told again "call booking agent". Elevator jerks when moving and squeals in operation. One of my worst experiences in a hotel to date

Shuttle service stops at 10:00 pm and when we called for a pickup at 10:02 pm they refused to help us in any way. The shuttle service does not state that they only work until 10, which was the reason we booked the hotel. We booked a shuttle to the airport the next morning and when we brought our bags outside, the shuttle driver was leaning on the hood of the van, smoking, and did not recognize any of us. We put our own bags in the back of the van, got into the van and sat there until he felt like getting in the shuttle and taking us to the airport. Instead of dropping us off at Departures, he dropped us at the Rental Shuttle pick up location. He never said a word, and did not get out of the van. He just sat there waiting for all of us to disembark. Then he drove away. Absolutely no customer service.

JACUZZI WAS SUPER COLD. THE HOTEL DIDNOT PROVIDE WATER. LOCATION WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I didn’t get a chance to stay here. We went inside and the front desk was empty. When the guy returned to the front desk he was very rude. Then he disappeared again and we about 15 minutes then left.

The property had unwanted people around.

This hotel is next to a “gentleman’s club” and it looks like it could rent by the hour. The room was tidy but not cleaned very well, the shower curtain was torn in several places and I hesitated to walk barefoot in the room. I chose this hotel because Southwest cancelled my flight and this hotel was close with a shuttle, but call if you choose to stay there, because the shuttle is not 24/7. I will not be staying here again.

I booked through Expedia, arriving at the Love Field Airport that is 8 min from the Hotel, and there should have been a shuttle to the hotel. but there was not a schedulled one, and I had to ask many drivers and conclude that I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. but the phone number provided in the itenerary was not of this same property and it took a long time to get the correct number.

It was a very pleasant stay I will be coming back

We appreciated the shuttle which not only took us to the airport the next morning but took us to a nearby steakhouse for dinner after a frustrating day of canceled flights. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was so so. Overall very worth the money.👍👍

Had to change rooms twice. First had bugs, second had no working AC. Third was dirty, but I just gave up and took it, as I had a job interview the next morning.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos. Checked in on Thu 7/16 to room #339 room door would not lock. Front desk clerk suggested that I use the latch. I informed them that a latch was no good once I left the room. We were moved to room 311 there was no thermostat on the wall, the room was connected to two other rooms were the guests were very loud. So we asked to be moved again. Lastly we were moved to room 301. That was directly facing the street with high traffic, so of course we heard every car that passed by. Room service never cleaned our room. On Sat 7/18 our cousin parked his truck at our hotel so that we all could ride together. We left for brunch around 2:30 returned at 6 only to find out that his truck had been stolen. Apparently another hotel visitor witnessed the theft and reported it immediately to the front desk. But the guy stated that since the truck was not listed as a guest at the hotel he was not responsible for reporting it to the police. There is a club called XTC 2.0 directly next door to the hotel. Guest from the club park at the hotel all night it's very noisy. I do not recommend this hotel. I would have moved to another hotel but everything was booked due to the World Cup. I asked for a manager on several different days but I was told they were in.

Showers had mold in them.

The property isn't what you expect the sheets were dirty and the microwave didn't work the water was no cold just hot so it was a bad hotel very disappointing so if anyone to stay i wish you the best

When we checked in the hall smelled strongly of mildew and then our room was very smoky. We were able to open the window and air most of it out but there was lingering smoke smell the whole weekend. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and the hot tub and they were "Out of Order" and there was no advance notice about this or apology made. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Our room had bed bugs. We stayed there for 3 days. The first day I woke up with a handful of bites and thought maybe they were mosquito bites because i was outdoors that day. 2nd day more bites. Still thought mosquitos. By the 3rd and final day i realized they weren't mosquitos because for 1) i wasnt outdoors at all the day before and 2) as i got looking closer at the bites i realized that they were all concentrated on my right side. all over my right arm, my right ribs, the right side of my back, my right hand and foot. And my right side is the side i had closest to the edge of the bed. I had some on my left arm as well but the largest concentration was my right. Mosquitos arent that selective. So I started investigating the room, pulled the sheets, looked at the seems and sure enough, i found the tale-tell black dots, some clustered some independent. They were on the pillows and behind the headboard and some on the fitted sheet. I shouldnt have been surprised because the room stunk and one of the ottomans looked like it had an old puke stain so that room probably hadnt been really cleaned in a long time. Since it was my last day when i figured it out, i told the front desk during my checkout. They said "they'll look into it" and that was it. No concern, no apologies, no comps. just a casual "we'll look into it." Spend your money somewhere else, dont stay here.

Extremely filthy room with substantial mold growth on the couch bed, stained sheets, couches, and carpet. I had to ask for clean sheets to cover everything with because it was so bad. The "clean" sheets I received were stained with urine spots all over. There are also strip clubs right next door and it is a very sketchy area. There were prostitutes walking the parking lot and pimps standing nearby. Not a great place to stay with your family to catch an early morning flight. The front desk worker was smoking cigarettes right next to the main entrance when we left. This is a very low quality hotel, avoid it at all costs.

Needless to say, I bolted the next morning and forfeited 2 days of my stay.

The actual building and the rooms are not the same as the pictures. We booked a room with the two beds and the room smelled like mold, the bathroom had mold that was lifting up the base boards. We stayed for one night because we were there for an event, so we did not have time to change hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will not be staying here again.

My first room had bugs in it I was bit and bedding was dirty they then switched me to a room with a smaller bed that was equally as dirty the staff refused to give me the exact style of room I paid for although online I could see they had the same rooms available I felt discriminated against due to lack of help on their end. The bathroom wasn’t clean or bath tubs they didn’t care much when I explained it to them I filed with corporate to have them investigated I highly recommend not to stay in this place. I have pictures and all!!!

Property was convenient to Dallas love airport. Not in the best area, but definitely not in some of the more run down areas. Room was fine. Bathroom could use a little TLC..

This property is absolutely filthy! It is on the side of the freeway by a bunch of strip clubs. They are dealing drugs in the parking lot. They hot tub is a cold tub. The rooms are dirty and the "gentleman" working the desk doesn't care on bit! Avoid it at all costs!!!!

Hotel was dirty, sit conditioner in room wouldn’t shut off, so it blew cool air and musty air. No screen on window so couldn’t air out the room. Room was filthy, sheets were stained and the pool was dirty. They went an entire day without restocking towels or taking the dirty ones out. The pulled breakfast 5 minutes before it was supposed to end. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, I have no clue how it has good reviews.

It was a short stay due to travel delays. Staff was helpful. Appreciated the airport shuttle.

The hotel is very old. It doesn’t look like anything in the pictures. The couch was very dirty in the room. The shower was rusty. I didn’t even stay. I left and they refused to give me a refund.

When we walked into the lobby area it was immediately hot. It almost felt like outside. The front desk receptionist was pleasurable. Once we were checked in and off the elevator the hallway was full of trash, sheets and towels and it smelled like animals. Inside the room it was immediately hot. The room also had an odor, the sink and shower both filled with water once ran. We decided to turn the air down and leave for a few hours, once back to the room it was still hot. Called the front desk to let them know it was really hot and we wanted another room. Instead he offered to come check the ac out, once in the room he looked at the ac and stated that it takes time to get cool and it should start cooling with in 10/15 minutes. We advised him that we left it on a lower temp while we were gone and that it was uncomfortable in the room. He asked again to give him 10/15 to see if it cools, it did not. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for him to reach out to his manager to get our room changed. Once in the new room the shower filled with water badly, the toilet did not flush properly. The pool areas was not clean and full of towels. The outside had trash throughout the grass where animals were eating the trash. Over all this hotel was not worth the price. I’ve stayed places cheaper with better quality rooms.

We didn't stay. Never seen such a dirty bathroom. Mold. Black residue on the tub floor. It was a rundown property in desperate need of renovations. We didn't stay 3 minutes and they refused to refund us.

Minuses were water stains and obvious ceiling patches on the roof of our room, pillowcases with small stains, and some noise from I35 in front of the hotel. Big minus to the pillows which we were unable to make comfortable by any method.

This place looked like a cheesy motel. Everything was outdated. It just looked dirty and unkept. The curtains were old and dirty. They looked like they had never been. Washed. The bathroom had paint peeling off of the door and walls. I felt gross sleeping in there luckily I only needed 2 days The 2nd day I just slept in my truck.

The room was dirty. We went to a nearby store to buy our own pillow cases and towels because the ones provided were dirty & stained. The property looks run down and poorly maintained. Area looks sketchy too.

DONT DO IT!!!The hot tub was colder than the NOT heated pool. Non of the equipment in the gym worked, including the water machine. They Only had dumb bells, which wasn’t helpful b/ I have a shoulder injury. Also, I believe I was roomed under a room that they use for staff because it was so much noise from 12:30 am- 6:30am, so I couldn’t sleep. I went up to the room on the 3rd floor that was directly above me, and there was no room number. This is why I believe it was for staff. When I arrived, I specifically asked not to be under anyone if possible b/c I was exhausted after being up for 24 hrs prior and a long flight , and needed quiet. If they knew this is where staff are, why would they put me there? I asked to have the manager b/ c I wanted a refund, and they said they wouldn’t be back until 2 days later. I called back 2 days later and the manager Alex, was not in the office. I asked for them to call me back the next day, and that was 5 days ago, and still nothing. The eggs are artificial, the bacon is thin, and the hotel shuttle only runs from 4-10am, & 5pm- can’t recall. But I even had to take an uber to get there because I arrived outside those windows.This is the 2 nd worst place I’ve ever experienced in my entire travel history. Please do not stay at this falsely advertised hotel because they do not deliver anything but disappointment!

Table chair cushions were dirty. Sofa ottomans were filthy. Sofa stinked. We had to ask for another blanket to cover it. That blanket was heavily covered in lint. Hair dryer was broken. Elevator button was broken. A/C did not work in the hallway, so when you got off the elevator the heat hit you in the face. Terrible mistake trying this place.

My husband killed a cockroach near the eating area. Room really musty. Would not stay there again

It does appear to be an older hotel and showing age. Our room was acceptable but showed a fair amount of wear (old caulking around the tub, older carpeting, etc). Would definitely suggest a facelift. However, the beds were fine, the AC unit worked perfectly, and all amenities functioned properly .

The desk in the room was not usable, I thought it was going to collapse just for turning on the lamp that is on it. The room floor was absolutely filthy, gummy bear candy all over the floor and plastic toys behind the chair and cookies behind the chair

Very dirty, very dusty, just stayed a few hours before our flight and do not recommend. Never again.

A written warning was posted in the lobby about towing. It advised customers to not even bother the staff if your car gets towed, just contact the towing company. That’s a red flag and would make me hesitant to return.

Clean room

This hotel was not clean. The hallways smelled damp, the air conditioner in the room would not allow you to turn it down below 72, the bathtub had mildew and 5+ long hairs stuck to the walls of the shower, the elevator had trash in it, and the tile floors throughout the hotel needed mopped. The hotel was next to a very large strip club and the entrance was locked when we arrived. Not sure if that was due to the neighboring business or what. One of the pillows on the bed had a brown stain on it and the room was so humid and hot due to the air conditioning not going below 72 that it was very hard to sleep.

My only complaint is that itʻs June, very hot outside and the room was very warm. The air conditioner could not be contolled on the unit itself., and I was unable to lower thermostat on the wall unit.

It needs renovations

Hotel was dirty and needed a face lift. Breakfast was okay, however, hotel is old and needs some work. Definitely not my Wyndham standard!

The pool and gym area were both pretty gross and not cared for very well. The ice machine has mold all over the outside. The beds were surprisingly comfy but that’s about the best I can say about the room. We had mold in the shower and a previous guests hair stuck all over the door and tub. The breakfast was good and that common area was very clean and upkept.

Staff was alright. Whole place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana covered up by cheap air fresheners. Not terrible but not great. Can’t complain for the price point, though. Room was clean enough.

This hotel is so run down it’s not even funny zip ties holding stuff together. Rooms has stains everywhere is so disgusting

Staff was friendly. Hallways smelled damp and stinky, but rooms were okay. Beds were comfy. Close to DAL love field airport which is a perk. Have stayed here multiple times, so obviously decent enough to return, and would return again.

When me and my children entered our room, we were greeted with a musty smell. I would later find out only one of the two air conditioning units were operational, and the bathroom stayed full of humidity for the two days. The couch had multiple large stains on it, and the material was pilling. There was a large water bulge on the ceiling in the bathroom, and mold all in the caulking of the bath tub. My son, however, still had a lovely bubble bath in the jetted tub. It was his birthday trip to Dallas. The pool area, which my children were looking forward to, left much to be desired. There wasn’t enough seating - or even a table to put belongings on. It was dimly lit, and very dirty on the walls, floor, vents etc.

Would never go back here again

I didn’t end up staying at the location. The location was nasty. My room was a filithy mess I checked out within one hour of my stay and had to check in another hotel that was nearby. I complained but wasn’t able to get in money back.
