Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's location is a significant issue, with many guests feeling unsafe due to the high number of homeless people in the area. The rooms are generally clean and spacious, but there are some maintenance issues. Parking is also a problem, with many guests complaining about the cost and availability of valet and self-parking options.

Super clean! Had a bunch of items for use if needed!

Excelente atención, lo único que no me gustó fue el olor que se sentía en la habitación. Sería bueno mejorar en eso, del resto todo bien.
- 3/5
The floors made to much noise when you walk, breakfast was not good and the valet parking was not even worth it there was no shade for your car.
- 5/5
I over slept breakfast lol Just the parking.

I would never stay there again. The beds were hard. Marijuana smell was prevalent at valet and pool. The breakfast food was subpar and tasted old. There was a loud party in the room next to us until 2 am. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay.

Very nice and clean
- 2.5/5
The place is both specious and very good personal. Was 2 times changed of room because the facilities of each room are rotten and of bad quality. The a/c doesn’t work properly and each of the rooms I was changed to, the first incident was some of the room falling apart. In the same room, the room flooded because some faucet malfunctioned. The bathtub and faucet were rotten with signs of not being cleaned properly and were difficult to use. The neighborhood is plagued by homelessness, and the surrounding area emits an unpleasant odor reminiscent of toiletries.

It is spacious and clean. Maybe the parking being pricey.

Great location to all the places we wanted to see. Rooms were very spacious. And the outdoor pool was awesome! And the bartender Justin was great. He made our time in the evenings joyable. He deserves to be recognized for doing a great job!! No complaints

Location super, Staff superb, Bed & Room very comfortable The power in the Shower in 902 was very Poor and the Hot Food choices for Breakfast were very sketchy

Good location The building was a warren The breakfast was pretty poor

Homeless people are EVERYWHERE and you do not feel safe walking in or out of the hotel. The vallet parking is $45 (ridiculous)and it’s also not safe . I saw several homeless people walking the lot.

The workers over there are horrible , only one woman was very helpful, but the rest of the crew was terrible . Especially Kenny who was sleeping on the job and came out with the dumbest excuse I ever heard . I will never go back here

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool unfortunately was unusable. It was filled with dead bugs. Outside of that, I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
This hotel is a convenient place to stay. I love that it edges DT and the neighboring area the suite has every thing in it. There is a connivence store like next door. The farmers market a stone throw away with variety of food options.I’ll stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. The rooms were big, just the size we needed. And the location felt safe with the key card security at the entrance and elevator

I was very impressed with the spaciousness of my room. The amenities inside were phenomenal and very clean.
- 4/5
Nice large room with adequately stocked kitchen. Staff very helpful & friendly. Only complaint was many homeless around property & many smoking weed every time we left & arrived back at property right by the valet door.

Breakfast was good. There was so much space in our room. Easily big enough for our family of 5. And it was close to everything we needed to do while in Dallas.

I did enjoy my stay the valet wasn’t very good but everything else just fine
- 5/5
Very large rooms. Nice.
- 5/5
The staff was great. The only issue is that there is no parking. You need to find parking elsewhere or pay $45 daily for valet. I guess this is because you're downtown Dallas. Otherwise, was very pleased.
- 5/5
We liked how spacious the room was. Breakfast was great too.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious.

The heating system needs some work but overall not to bad.

This property is in a great location, with it taking only a few minutes to walk to the convention center and restaurants in the city. The rooms are very spacious and would be great for a family.
- 5/5
Great staff and great room!
- 1/5
Staff support lacking, not great room service.
- 2/5
Booked this trip through Expedia and then proceeded to pay another $300+ due to the hidden fees and valet parking, which was $41 a day. Ridiculous. The night of our first stay eight cop cars were outside our hotel room arresting someone and there are homeless people congregating everywhere. There were times I did not feel safe walking, which is the specific reason I picked this hotel…so I could walk to the convention center. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean enough but the hidden fees, valet and lack of feeling safe will guarantee I’ll never stay here again.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
Great experience overall.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great customer service
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly but the hotel was going through renovations and there were times it was noisy and dusty in the lobby. There was also a night that as we were waiting to pull into the valet area, there was an incident with someone on the street and multiple police officers practically swarming, weapons drawn right near our car. That was kind of scary to witness.
- 2/5
Room, clean but curtain not working. Staff was kind and nice
- 4/5
Everyone was very helpful and very kind. Only downside was that our TV couldn’t connect to the internet so no late night binging for me and my husband lol but it was such a minor issue I didn’t think it was worth mentioning again to staff after they fixed it temporarily.
- 3/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
The only issue I had was with parking. While there is valet parking available, there are not enough valet spots for every room and the valet parking is an open lot in a not great part of downtown Dallas. If unable to get a valet spot, you have to park in an open lot a few streets over or find street parking. We ended up parking on the street next to the hotel, and we're grateful we did because overnight, several cars in the valet lot were broken into. We were told there was contracted security, but unclear how this happened if there was security on site. I would stay here again if I didn't have a car to park. With a car, I'd elect to stay somewhere else with safer, guaranteed parking options.
- 5/5
Noticed a lot of car windows that were broken in the valet area. We didnt have a car there so we werent concerned.
- 4/5
There is a rehab project going on; however, they did an excellent job of maintaining the area involved.
- 5/5
spacious, clean, and quiet environment inside the hotel and the surrounding areas outside the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room and great location for attending a conference.
- 1/5
We stayed in Room 926, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is located in a rough part of downtown. We witnessed drug deals happening right outside the front doors. Parking is limited to risky street meters, unless you opt for their $45/night valet. The hotel is under construction — something not mentioned in the room description. Water pressure was practically nonexistent, leaving us with cold showers and barely a trickle from the faucets. Noise was constant. Sirens filled the room all night, and the creaking, dirty wood floors throughout only added to the discomfort. All of this, for $300 per night. Absolutely not worth it. We would never recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars all around it's because the unit was under construction, but even so it was clean, and staff was nice. Also, had issued with water pressure, which was almost non-existent. very nice suites but sadly you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room, perhaps it was just the large group next to us who was loud, since once they checked out it was peaceful and relaxing.
- 5/5
Front desk worker genesis was so helpful
- 4/5
It was good bot excellent due to weed scents and construction.
- 5/5
Felt like I was staying in an upscale apartment, and I loved the brick wall and high ceilings!
- 3/5
Joshua was very nice and helpful. The property isn't that nice as it is ongoing with renovation. The room was spacious but the smell isn't good.
- 5/5
I love the hotel. The architecture and design is amazing.
- 5/5
It was really nice
- 2/5
BUT...sadly there was a lot of homeless people directly in front of the hotel, the side street, the walkway by the pool, and surrounding area in general. Valet service was rude and outrageously priced at $45 a night. There are much better options downtown Dallas.
- 2/5
There was no hot water to the shower, the TV channels did not work (I think 5 of them came through), and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Location wasn't terrible, and the staff and the desk were very nice.
- 5/5
Was an old property with no restaurant or bar. Rooms had no safety safe
- 5/5
The stay was great! Wonderful and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The hotel is going through renovations. Even with that the services were not interrupted. The front dest staff and kitchen staff were over the top making sure we got top notch services!

Kids screaming all night long and continued until we checked out!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly. The hotel lobby is under construction but it was still nice. We loved our room because it was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was pretty good each day. The pool was a good size and was clean. Would definitely go back if in Dallas again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Comfortable spacious room. Did not realize it was valet parking so added to the price.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service, the area gets really loud at night there were some homeless around the back but other than that safe. The pool closes early around 11pm and I didn’t like the pool area however I would stay here again. Very nice clean rooms with a view of dallas
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. We drove up 5.5 hours from home and not going to wife my wife and I were a bit skeptical when we drove up to the facility, but quickly learned to never judge a book by its cover. Absolutely beautiful place inside and we loved how spacious the suite was and CLEAN!! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!!!
- 4/5
The staff are very friendly AND kind, the breakfast is good, in general evething was fine, the only thing Is that you need to pay parking at the hotel.
- 5/5
The buildings nastalgia and current modernization being worked on, is a great experience. Very friendly staff, Robert at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Worth the stay.
- 4/5
It’s two hotels in one. They have a valet service. Parking is limited. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.
- 4/5
Stayed here for an event at the convention center - online reviews made it sound a lot worse than it actually was. Hotel staff are helpful and responsive. Many reviews complained about the homeless population in the area. There is the occasional individual walking around, but at no point did I feel overwhelmingly unsafe walking to or from the convention center. Not my favorite stay, but by no means a horrible option.
- 5/5
Superb!
- 5/5
Beautiful building! Wonderful staff!
- 5/5
At 1st the bear floors in the rooms threw me off. But, carpet carries generations of filth so it made perfect sense.Very friendly staff. Go ahead and get that valet parking if you have a rental or nice car. They do tow, bolt and ticket your car. Valet is fast and friendly.
- 5/5
I would definitely recommend! It was quite, beautiful, friendly, and cozy. I will be returning.
- 4/5
Great location! Our toilet didn't flush right, the remote didn't work right, the tv had no guide or times, big stain on the couch and mt brother-in-law also had trouble with his remote and tv. Only valet which was $45 a day! Everything else was fine! Comfy beds, nice linens, spacious room!
- 5/5

- 3/5
Was not my favorite. Pet friendly and a dog next door was barking constantly our first day. Valet area unconfortable. Staff not too friendly.
- 5/5
Our stay was short and sweet. Our room was amazing: roomy, cold, and fumctional. Additionally, the gym and pool were clean and well maintained. The staff was absolutely incredible; they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and respectful. We will definitely book here any time we are in Dallas!!
- 5/5
As a converted warehouse, the industrial vibe of the building offered a unique experience. The staff rolled out the red carpet, the suite was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The location was a short 10 minute walk to the convention center.
- 4/5
It was old, but clean. Everyone was nice. Floors were pretty ruff, old wood

My family came for a 5k run, hotel was only 7 mins from the park. Which was a plus for not knowing the downtown area! It was clean, and peaceful stay. Definitely will stay again.
- 5/5
The room was huge and great for families for an extended stay. Daily breakfast was wonderful! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and modern

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had boards listing places to eat, what to see and the weather. Valet parking was excellent.
- 5/5
Great rooms

Accommodations were clean and spacious, staff very friendly and engaging, breakfast solid and location convenient (once we got our bearings). There was construction close by, as well as some homeless camping, but we were not inconvenienced or ever felt unsafe. Definitely would return!
