My Wife and I truly loved the experience staying at the Westin! The Westin Dallas Galleria is top of the line regarding the best hotels to stay in Dallas! However, your valet car service was absolutely horrible! I can’t remember his name, but the tall African American bald head gentleman was very rude and unprofessional to many of the guest staying at the Westin. He literally had the nerve to tell my wife and I that we can walk to get our car from the lot. Then he had the nerve to ask me, “do you want me to get your car and drive it around the front. I informed him that I paid for the service, and it would be nice if I was granted the service I paid for.” The valet service is there to serve the customers who pay for the convenience of having their cars delivered to them. Why would he even ask me that question? Do the job you’re paid to do! You all need to remove this gentleman immediately, because he is creating a horrible experience for your customers, and could potentially cause many customers not to stay there because of his unprofessional, rude, mean, and abrasive behavior! One of the other valet works stated that they’ve noticed him being rude to customers, and they will report him to their manager today. The Westin Dallas Galleria Hotel is absolutely AMAZING, but that valet worker is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Thank You!

The staff was really nice and everything was super clean. I loved the essential oils that were by the bed to help you sleep.

Friendly staff and well maintained/clean but the hotel restaurants food isn't great as well as overprice and the gym could be a bit nicer.

Location Price of drinks

The convenience of Galleria Mall is what drew uus to stay here. As avid walkers, it was nice to come down from our room and walk the mall in the hot summer months.

Location is everything! Being connected to the galleria and being able to come and go to your room if needed while shopping is such a great option here at the Westin Galleria. Highly recommend staying here and shopping till you drop.

Lots of hidden fees that we did not expect. The pool was not as nice as I had hoped. I thought this stay would have been nicer considering the amount of money I paid per night. It seemed like you’re paying a high price for access to the galleria

2: Bathroom outlet didn’t work. (Would have informed front desk, but I noticed when I needed to blow dry my hair before checking out.) 3: Needed to call front desk from hotel room to ask a question, no directory for front desk 4: NO STAIRS INTO POOL! Either jump in or use the pool ladder! There was an ADA lift, but the controls were attached to the BACK of the unit (which is way out of water). 5: I paid for Club Room, which came with free breakfast. Totally horrible. I paid $30.00 for a better breakfast at the 2nd floor restaurant.

We had such a wonderful stay for our 20th Anniversary. The room was super comfortable and supported the rest we so needed.

Never stayed there unacceptable first thing we just checked in we walked to our room big stain on the bed sheet,2nd thing they didn’t clean the room the 2nd day that means no refreshments at all TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT ALL,NEVER FORGET THAT,NEVER COME BACK

Check-in was pretty easy. You couldn’t access the internet without signing up for Bonvoy and when you sign up you get internet that’s incredibly slow. I asked my daughter to call to the lobby and she said there was a charge for that. In order to have faster internet you have to pay $4.99 a day. It’s an absolute racket. I only needed my computer to look up theater tickets and it ultimately didn’t work. Parking is insanely expensive. I would not stay here again for those specific reasons.

Best stay for us in years! Michael, Desk Manager, got us in our room so quick and thanked us for returning. Their Lobby Bar is new and definitely a great place to relax. Ate Breakfast at their 2nd floor restaurant and it was so good, cooked our eggs just right. The Valet and Bell staff are exemplary.

I stayed at the Westin before, and it was just as I remembered. The room was was clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Westin is connected to the Galleria which is great if you are in Dallas for shopping or have forgotten something for a special event. The only negative is valet parking is extremely high. We were in a time crunch for attending an event and had to park quickly. Get there early and find self parking. It is worth it. Valet parking is a little over $41 for one overnight. Would stay again.

We normally stay at this hotel when we at we in the area as it is always well maintained and in the same location as a large mall. There are two entrances, 1st and 2nd floors, to the mall. We normally step out to a small restaurant just inside the mall area called Corner Bakery Cafe on the 2nd floor, for breakfast as they open at 6:00am.

My 2nd day there I was leaving and stopped by the front desk & asked for my key cards to be re-Keyed. I explained that I lost one of my keys and I would feel safer if he made new ones all together for me. When I came back an hour & a 1/2 later, someone had been in my room, and took some of my things. I was extremely upset. So either they did it wrong when he made new keys or someone went up to the front desk and was given one, yet I am the only one registered. I had to leave again for my daughter's birthday party. When I got back all they did was change my room 2 stories up. I told one of the men that I really didn't want to stay there anymore, but it was late & I wasn't going to pack my stuff and find another place to go. I am pretty sure I know who it was who entered my room, but the point is that it never should have happened. That could have ended up being really bad. I feel like I should at least not had to pay for my stay. Because of whoevers mistake it was, costed me dearly, other then the $925 it took to get the room. I am not at all happy with my stay.

Hotel has friendly staff and always clean. The restaurant is a bit over priced but its attached to a mall with a ton of better affordable options.

Room service is awful. It’s fully automated so no personal service. Couldn’t get automation order in so desk clerk came up and put in our order on his phone. He was great, but shouldn’t have had to do that. You expect more from a Westin

My favorite thing on a trip is a nicely appointed “hotel breakfast”. Did not get that and am sorry the Westin no longer provides that amenity. Everything else was great!

Great area and nice staff- went for Christmas and never left the property

Not being from the area, I was confused with where to park, etc. the young man who checked me in did an awesome job helping me figure out how to get to the parking garage. I have a special needs child and they were very nice (and tolerant!) after a long drive and day when he struggled with having to park before going to our room. The room was exceptionally clean, bed felt AMAZING to my broken spine, and the shower! Talk about heaven! They seemed to sense that we needed a room as far from people as possible. It was perfect. And what a beautiful view of the city. We got settled in and stayed til we left. It was the absolute, perfect and quiet night we needed to refresh and renew before hitting the road again. Everyone was helpful, kind, and professional. I will definitely stay at Westin again. Top notch for great value. Will be hard to stay at other hotels after this visit! Thank you!

Easy check in

It was good after our room was changed. First room had a ceiling leak so we had to move to a lower floor. Paid for an upgraded room which gave access to private area for breakfast and evening snacks.

Then I paid extra to have the "cub room" benefits... benefits WHATEVER! The hors d'oeuvres that used to be decent were just packages of pretzels, sweets and old fruit. Their breakfast was good.

I was nervous about staying here because there were some pretty negative reviews, but I ended up loving it. The room was bigger than the pictures made it seem. The bed was comfortable. Loved the window seating. My only complaint was that the shower was a little slow to drain, but it wasn’t too bad. Also, the guy that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in Dallas, I’m definitely staying here again.

Carports are old and dirty. Bedding is has been used for so long. Old furniture. Limited food and service even with the upgrade in the lounge.

The Westin Galleria is probably one of the nicest Westins anywhere and has a great location within the Galleria mall, making it convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The staff was impeccable!

This room was convenient because we were doing a big shopping trip and were so glad we stayed there. We ate dinner across the street at Joey Uptown and it was phenomenal. We were pleased with the double room with king sized beds. Quality bedding and an actual thick blanket at the end of the bed, nice pillows one soft and one medium. Towels and bathroom were great. Room was very spacious. We didn’t go for the pool but it was not fancy.

We had a great time at this property. From the very kind Front Desk staff, the bell services. Location is wonderful right in the Galleria Mall. Property is clean and well organized.

I loved my entite stay at this hotel. Room was good, clean. Service was good as well. No complaints really. The only issue for me was the parking. There’s parking available outside but it’s first come first serve and since you’re at the Galleria it is almost impossible to find. The only convenient option at that point is to valet which was not bad but it is extra. I’d stay again and recommend for sure. Bar area is cute. Wish it was a little dim lit at night or evenings for a more relaxed atmosphere - it was quite bright.

The room was lovely. Put more cream and sugar each day. The noise from traffic was terrible.

Nice place and good value for the money

Loved being right at the Galleria. It was quieter than I expected being next to a highway. The coffee in the room was good. Didn’t love the parking situation. Not many spots near the hotel. Had to park in the orange garage and walk with our luggage (I’m not about to let a sweaty stranger get in my car). There were short hairs all over the bathroom floor when we got there…we all have very long hair so not ours. The pillow shams, dust ruffles and gravy colored blanket probably need to be replaced; pilled and some stains. The shower head looked cool, but not functional. We all just want a normal shower head with good pressure.
