The Westin Dallas Downtown

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Dallas Downtown. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I had absolutely no issues during my stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I specifically requested a wheelchair-accessible room, and I was very pleased with how accessible and accommodating the room was. It made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend The Westin Dallas Downtown!

Genuinely, I wanted to love my experience more. Upon early check in due to being a Bonvoy member, my initial experience was great. I checked into my room on the 32nd floor (unfortunately I forgot to write my room number down) but turned the corner and immediately saw pillows thrown all over the chaise lounge. Initially, I thought nothing of it. I walked over to take a look and saw brown stains on some of the pillows. I immediately decided to check the rest of the bedding, and noticed what appeared to be dried blood stains on the left corner of the bed. I called the front desk immediately to make them aware of the situation, to which they replied that I would be changing rooms but the phone was muffled so I didn’t hear that part. About 10 minutes later, a member of the concierge team came up with my new room keys. I notified him of the situation and he said “well you’re changing rooms” and I replied “oh, I didn’t realize” I asked him what floor I would be on and he condescendingly replied “28”. I was upgraded to a Junior suite, which was very generous. But the front desk staff was not pleasant at all during my stay. I ordered room service, not only was the person over the phone rude, but the person who brought my order up wasn’t that nice either. During check out, I decided to check out at the desk rather than the express check out room key drop. Alania was not pleasant to deal with at all, while the other woman was very warm and friendly.

The hotel was great, room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Had an issue at first with the room but they fixed everything and made my stay feel like i was at home!

The valet staff was exceptional as well as the server at the breakfast buffet. The room was not clean and the shower kept leaking at night

The property was okay.. location is good but you can tell the building is older. Had an issue with the air conditioning but the staff was amazing and helpful and moved our room.

Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall.

The hotel was beautiful, we stayed the night on our way home, so we arrived late and left early the next morning. We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities, but we did get a great nights sleep.

Breakfast was good Room needs update. Fan was so noisy. Felt like I was in a hurricane. No cold water in bathroom. Plumbing issues. Not a great location

Rooms were nice Whatever you do, don’t book through booking and stay here. When I checked in they tried to make me pay for reservations when I paid through the app already. Told them to double check and then was told everything was okay. But they needed a card in file for “deposit” so I put my card on file. Paid for the breakfast included stay, never got my breakfast vouchers, until I had to tell them I paid for them already as well. Upon check out I got charged for the stay, and they proceeded to argue that I never paid even though I had payment for the room via booking. All around terrible experience.

Very helpful staff, especially valet. Hotel clean and well appointed for downtown events.

However, we ordered at the restaurant at 2:30PM to be ready by 5:30PM, and we never received the order, even after calling three times.

The room was clean, the pool was clean wish the water was a bit warm. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast was not what I expected. I ordered an omelet with turkey and jalapeños, but it came with sausage instead of turkey. When I pointed it out to the server, she insisted that I had received turkey, even though it was clearly sausage. It was a ridiculous response. There was no apology, and no manager came over to address the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Also, the hotel was overcrowded and the front desk staff was stressed out!!!

I liked everything about my visit. My room was upgraded for free. Everyone was nice.

Nice rooms, but the hotel feels disjointed. Lobby on level 2, valet down at street level, need to change elevators for self drive parking, didn’t give you the vibe you’re in a hotel at times. Other then that convenient for Dealey plaza and sixth floor museum, with shopping amenities near by.

I had a great stay at The Westin in downtown Dallas! The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. We also spent some time at the bar, and the drinks were amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas. Highly recommend!

We took a trip and stayed 2 nights . We loved the indoor pool and how close everything downtown was . Would definitely stay here again .

Clean room and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ice machine on our floor didn't work and the cable was bad reception and no smart TVs for streaming. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I went to Dallas for a work trip and I’m very happy that I chose to stay at the Westin. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and probably the fastest room service I’ve ever experienced. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas.

Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun.

Absolutely enjoyed this place. My teacup yorkie was welcome and received so much love and attention from staff. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Wasn’t near as nice as the pictures made it seem. It wasn’t a bad place overall to be fair, but the rooms were really small and unimpressive. The parking/elevators/lobby situation was quite confusing too. I probably won’t stay here again.

Room was clean but fridge had not been tended to for some time. Add more trash and recycling cans to parking area, please!

Did not smart televisions and the elevator has an odor

The room and bedding smell like sweat. The vent were dirty. My husband finger got jammed causing bleeding due to the bathroom rolling door not working properly. Overall, we did not have a pleasant stay for it to be The Western.

Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas.

I arrived for my reservation, and I requested parking because I drove to Dallas, they did not advise how much parking was in the parking structure is horrible.There's no one there to guide you and tell you how to park. My hotel stay was paid with afterpay and at 2 AM in the morning, they are deputy.My credit card for two hundred and eighty seven dollars. I had quesadillas and a drink comma my husband had a bloody mary and hey , quesadillas , and our bill was a hundred and twenty eight dollars. I believe they are over price.\nAnd the customer service is horrible.I will not return to that hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was great! I love Marriott hotels. Gym was well stocked, Indoor pool area was nice, but the only con is if you get a bunch of kids in there at the same time, it's LOUD.
