The stay was great i love how its just like the pictures and i knew what i was walking into. I paid for a room with king bed and sofa bed but apparently they don’t have any rooms with sofa bed ifs just a regular love sofa.

Bathrooms were very outdated and looked quite gross. The grout was very dirty and just over all felt very dirty. Someone spilled something in the elevator and left the floor very sticky.

The manager named Jade was very welcoming and the rooms and the pool were clean. Also the gated entrances and key entry doors made my family and I feel safer during our stay. Free wifi and ice machines!! The 3rd floor smelled like weed but I understand it can be hard to keep everyone in check and some of the staff were rude. One guy (not jade) literally said "ugghh" as he wiped face with both hands as he went to grab what I asked for. No shame at all, like if it was that much of a hassle to help guests. Breakfast was only some fruits, cereal and waffles. I heard other guests complaining as well. Some sausage, biscuits and eggs at least would be great.

So the night we arrived the staff was helpful and nice the next morning everything changed my husband had a security guard bust into his room because he was smoking a cigarette because I forgot to tell him a bout the no smoking which was on me anyway and no they didn't even put our rooms close together which I had messaged the hotel and they still put us away from each other but anyway back to the security guard he demanded my husband go pay another deposit or get out very hostile when my poor husband didn't know what was even happening and my sons were a sleep in the room which was a total invasion of privacy oh then told him I'll see you at the front desk which is a threat. When he went to pay it the lady at the front was completely rude and told my husband well there's signs everywhere and by the way there's not there only at the front desk anyway I can not tolerate someone busting into my room where my children are I am looking into seeking legal actions against the security guard and hotel for allowing that wanna fell safe and have privacy don't stay here absolutely ridiculous

I would not recommend it. The room that i was staying at looked clean at first but as you would move things like the trash can or on the side of the bed it was dirty with sunflower seeds and dead bugs. The door was missing the seal that goes under the door and you could hear a lot of noise and people slamming doors. Some people smoking weed in the parking lot. The area is sketchy and there are homeless people walking on the street

One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning. It worked exceptionally well and could cool the room to whatever temperature I wanted without any issues. That made my stay very comfortable. The pool area was clean and inviting, the elevators were convenient and easy to access, and parking was sufficient and hassle-free. Overall, the entire facility was clean, organized, and well cared for. I have stayed here multiple times in the past and my experience has consistently been positive, and I have no complaints at all.

The room was dirty, the vinyl floors weren’t mopped, and my feet felt grimy walking around. The entire space felt unclean and poorly maintained. They also placed a $100 incidental hold, which is extremely high compared to most hotels in the area. For a property in this condition, it makes no sense. They claim they’re “under renovation,” but reviews show they’ve been saying that since last year. There are several better hotels nearby. I was too busy to cancel, but I will never stay here again. Avoid this place.

The refrigerator wasn't working. I really didn't need it but it would've been nice to have it working just in case.

The hotel is going through some renovation. It was not bad, and for the cost, pretty good. Breakfast as a grab-and-go was a bit weak. Glad they had a workout room. Simple but worked for my run and some lifting.

My room was infested with roaches and the refrigerator didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. The room smelled horrible. The hardwood floor was bubbled.

The guy who checked us in was super nice. The lady who works days is helpful. The guy that works nights is not very good. The hotel was under construction so a lot of supplies were laying around. The room was clean. They do something stupid with the keys. We kept having to get the key reprogrammed every time we left the room.one of the employees told us the keys were canceling out because someone was getting keys to the rooms I hope they weren’t going through our stuff while we were out.

They are scamming i got there around 1:30 and i left at 2:20 he tried to charge me 200 coz i had a pack cigarette in my hand i was so tired he made me leave shame on them, lobby smiles weed security guy he offered me to bring prostitution when i went to the room be careful going there not safe at all.

The room was clean, but lacked a coffee/tea maker which is listed as one of the room amenities. The fridge only stayed on every 2 hours and there was a light in part of the room that did not work. I reported these issues to housekeepers and front desk, but nothing was ever done about these issues. I also experienced loss of power from the property and no one came to provide any updates to guests and the following day the elevators were down and I had to use the stairs in order to leave which was a challenge carrying my luggage. Lastly the breakfast was just a sack with a banana, granola bar, and juice.

The staff was great, but I did have a roach in my room my last day and night there, and this same day (Sunday, 2.8.26), I saw the people across from me had a dog. I picked this place due to their site saying no pets allowed in rooms and on the property. The check-in and out countwr had a sign up stating the same thing about pets...

For the price in comparison to what you get this was an excellent choice. Everything is clean have a back patio. It’s really peaceful. It’s not like a five star setting but for the price to me it’s probably the best you’re gonna get.

They don't really offer breakfast. All they gave me was a honey bun, a Chewy, and a Sunny D. Breakfast is supposed to be eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. What they gave me was a bag of snacks. And the Sunny D is not real orange juice. That's just water with syrup and it is full of high fructose corn syrup which it is really bad for you. Everything else was good. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the parking was safe and secure.

● Most staff can not speak English ● No know how on how to treat service animals, everyone, every morning made us wait outside just to change the trash or replace some towels. One time we got stuck out for an 1hour and no one helped. ● First day I asked for them to sweep and clean up. The maid doesn't know how to. I had to sweep my own room. ●NO BREAKFAST. Not only was the room dirty, the TV didn’t work, & my last night there they had some type of cop (wasn’t 100% bc he never identified himself) came to the door & banged on it for a good 5 mins at 4:30am pushing me out the way to open the door all the way to the room… bc they thought I was smoking in the room… I was sleeping … & I don’t smoke

Our walls had stains in the bathroom. We had no soap in our shower when we got there. They told us we could snoke within 50 ft of the building, but as soon as we parked i saw so many cigarettes butts on the ground.

I’m Im unfamiliar with Dallas so when my Uber dropped me off he warned me to be careful in the area. I checked in about 11pm. Staff was friendly but saw ants in my room maybe because it was a garden room. Also the room was freezing, heating unit wasn’t working. I brought the issue to the front desk. They didn’t change my room right away, they waited until the noon check out the next day. Designated “smoking” area was filthy without any seating or place to discard butts. Neighborhood area has quite a few extended stay hotels in walking distance along with military style/ off duty police as security guards in the area. Hotel only offers coffee which was very hot and Wi-Fi that worked consistently. Overall since I was traveling alone I dealt with it, but I would have checked out if my family came along for the trip. I will stay somewhere else next trip.

The room was very dirty. The floor was like a peel and stick flooring that was coming off and you could see the cement underneath it. Bed was clean and I don't think I got bugs but wouldn't be surprised if I did.

It was ok, they said they had breakfast and there wasn’t any breakfast . It wasn’t really clean, the floors wasn’t mopped. The shower wasn’t all that clean either

I went to the front desk to show the manager the issue, but instead of addressing it properly, the manager claimed my brother had refused service which was untrue. The maintenance person had already asked him earlier if the toilet was still clogged, proving they knew about the problem the night before but waited until the morning (right before checkout) to respond. When I questioned the situation, the manager became verbally aggressive and began cursing at me. I told him I would contact corporate, and he said he didn’t care who I called. He then called a supposed “security guard,” who told my brother to pack up and leave. When I went to get our deposit back, the guard refused and physically grabbed me. I told him not to touch me, and when I said I would call the police, he began choking me to the point where I couldn’t breathe even saying, “You ready to go to sleep?” This was an extremely frightening and unprofessional experience. No guest should ever be treated this way.

First breakfast is advertised, but they do NOT SERVE IT! My 1st night there I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel the lady looked at me and said coldly no then proceeded to ask how can she help make my stay more comfortable… a towel. The sheets were stained, the ac unit sounded like it was made by cave men. The WHOLE FIRST FLOOR SMELLED LIKE WEED but they have a no smoking policy?? They don’t enforce it.

The property is littered with garbage. Staff barely present. No breakfast. Sex workers coming and going. But it was cheap!

If it was possible, a shuttle bus even just twice a day (morning and evening) would be incredible for visitors, as they could plan their day around the use of DART + that bus for the final stretch. But other than that, it's right near a waffle house and an ihop, as well as a fuel station, so it's got basic services within a couple of minutes' walking distance. If I'm back in Dallas, it's all but guaranteed this is where I'll stay again.

Room was very hot when we arrived. They gave away my reservation for a King bed and called it an free upgrade to 2 queens which was actually 2 full size beds for my wife and me. Door wouldn't even open when i arrived because they turned the automatic door to inside only. No one at the front desk had to wait 10 min for someone to show up and check in. Sheets were stiff and cheap, bed was hard and pillows just sucked. Not a good experience at all.

The rooms had not been cleaned very well the back sliding door to the balcony did not shut nor lock when addressed to the staff, they tried to blame me TV did not work. Had to constantly be going to the front desk.
