We had roaches in our room. Room was way too small and looked nothing in pictures. Bath towels were way too small and hallways are so dark and gloomy. They need more upgrading and wasn’t aware that it was a motel 6!!!

Nothing the staff are antagonistic hateful and rude there's no comp breakfast no amenities and you can't get anything from the front desk without a tug of war match. Place sucked!!!

Nothing. It was nothing like the pictures online The aid condition did not work. The building and room smelled of marijuana. Place looked run down. My family and I did not feel safe. We checked in and then checked out within an hour.

Location Our rooms were no clean ours no toilet paper remote not working sheets not clean burn marks also 2nd room had cockroaches crawing and some dead under night stand and in drawers and crawing on walls mon daughter slept with the lights on all night. Not a very good stay.

The building appears outdated and lacks proper maintenance. The shower was one of the biggest problems: water was leaking from the plumbing behind the shower head, the water pressure couldn't be adjusted properly, and the fixture looked like it could fail at any moment. On top of that, while showering, water leaked through the floor to the room below, which suggests maintenance issues beyond normal wear and tear. Cleanliness was another serious concern. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly found cockroaches inside the room, including one that was unusually large. It wasn't an isolated incident, I encountered them on multiple days, which made it difficult to feel comfortable in the room. The surrounding area also wasn't particularly convenient, with few nearby amenities within easy reach. If you're considering this property because of the price, I'd strongly recommend comparing other accommodations first. There are better maintained places available in a similar price range that offer a much more comfortable stay.

The property feels old and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower was in very poor condition, with water leaking from the plumbing behind the shower head, making it difficult to control the water pressure. It looked unstable and in need of repair. I also experienced water leaking through the floor while showering, which appeared to affect the level below. This made using the bathroom uncomfortable. Another major concern was cleanliness and pest control. During my stay I found multiple cockroaches inside the room on different days, including one that was very large. Seeing insects repeatedly throughout the stay made the experience unpleasant. The location also wasn't particularly convenient, with limited services and amenities within easy walking distance. Overall, although this is an inexpensive place to stay, the maintenance issues, recurring pest problem, and overall condition of the property made it a poor experience. I would choose a different accommodation for a similar price.

The pool was delightful. Good ac, cable tv, desk, chair, loveseat and bed. The restroom. Saw roaches, hard to reach toilet tissue and shower water pressure was very hard.

It was okay for an overnight stay, but I’ve stayed at hotels in the same price range that were much cleaner. You get what you pay for, but I expected better cleanliness.

Super dirty

It truly is a budget spot. Couldn't open the door to my room. Took a janitor to throw his weight against the door in the hallway for it open. Someone else's hair on the pillows. Ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door won't fully shut. The key stopped working after the first day and had to replace. Outlet next to bed didn't work. Now I see why it was $120/night. Even that feels too much.

Found small roaches in the room and told staff and the only thing they did was give me a $20 dollar discount. The area was great and close to nice places but the actual room and overall hotel did not seem well kept.

I always stay here.

This property AND the management are TERRIBLE! The staff refused to let us have extra pillows even though we had three very small, flat, square pillows on our king-sized bed. The couch in the room was filthy and stained. And this property charges a $50 CASH deposit at check-in which they refused to refund us over a very washable "stain" on the sheets. Then there's the cockroach's....

The headboard was covered in finger prints and other things, and there was dust and grin everywhere. I had to ask them for a rag and spray bottle to clean the place myself for which they called additionally 2-3x within an hour of me borrowing. And only way to get to lobby was through one elevator. You could do use stairs to enter any other floor including lobby or fire alarms would go off

First of all arriving there it was soo hot in the lobby , hotel over all was not in good shape .. only reason we stayed there because it was last minute… there was a full size refrigerator in the room which was odd to me never seen that before none of the plugs were working as soon as we walked in the room it was super hot in there we had to turn on a/c it wouldn’t go lower than 76 it was hot in the room .. my husband dropped a box of air Jordans we asked to see cameras to check and they didn’t show us they said they would call me and never got a call at all … just over all it was a bad experience it I guess it’s the saying they say you get what you pay for … Never Again

Well…I can say we have been catfished with pictures on this one,you are better of staying in any ibis budget,air conditioner it is super noisy,this place it looks like a motel from the movies they murdered someone and dump the body…no exaggeration.

There was a mix up with room numbers and I woke up at 1:30am to front desk staff trying to get into my room. Apparently someone needed help with their bathroom and had given the wrong room number. I think it was an honest mistake but as a woman traveling alone, my adrenaline was too high to go back to sleep for hours. Not even a knock, just woke up to a banging on the security latch.

The hotel was very gross, and had roaches running around. Very dirty

Parking was easy, they were dog friendly in downtown dallas, and the check-in staff was very nice.... and those are the nicest things i can say. There was a stranger's hair in the bathtub, floor of the bathroom, and in the bedsheets. There was trash piled in trashcans and the "dog walk" area needed attention. The exterior door in our room had, clearly, previously been kicked in and then repaired. This was the second worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The motel was close to a lot amenities. The room wasnt the cleanest the bathroom.was the most disappointing the tub floor there were rust spots. There was caked on dirt or some kind or debris behind the door seal and frame. I wiped and cleaned make up smudges off back.and side of door.

This was a enjoyablè overnight stay.

The bed sheets were dirty. A/C was not in working condition. The refrigerator felt like was going to take off. If you are running out of options, and this property is the only option you have, take it for one night. At least you will have a place to stay.

Convenient from American Airlines Center where we went to Mantle Revival with Prophet Joshua Giles

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The reception was terrible. Very defensive and aggressive when asking to not stay in the building but the back portion closer to the pool. The room was disgusting. I didn’t even stay the night.

Let's just say, as someone who is not from the US and not familiar with this brand of hotel/motel, do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I walked in, the "front desk" was behind full plexiglass and there was a dr** deal happening in the lobby. I got out of there and never went back. Not worth it!

I went for a swim and the lady told me the pool closes at 7pm. IM SORRY BUT I THINK IN TEXAS DURING THE SUMMER..... NO POOL SHOULD BE CLOSED! ESPECIALLY ONE IM PAYING MONEY TO USE AND AFTER A 6 HOUR DRIVE! Then on top of that our door didn't shut so we literally slammed it every time just to close which probably woke up everyone on our floor. Other than that .. it was just a room for a couple of old ravers to rest their dance feet so yea.... It was decent.

Sheets were stained, water pressure was low, there was no ice machine or water fountain. There is NOT a continental breakfast. Fridge had a rotten odor, furniture was dirty. They did however have hot water and a smart tv. That was a plus.

Room is as expected, bathroom is super small and barely navigable and is overdue for an upgrade. Beds were not that comfortable and were basically roller beds on a metal frame with wheels that moves easily pushed up against headboards on the wall. For the price, it is as expected, but is clean and feels safe in an excellent location.

As soon as we walk out of the elevator it smell like weed like sooo... bad! Two mights in a row 2 different strangers nocking at our door. First night around 2am and second night around 11pm it was scary. Property was dirty. Bad experience over all. The only good thing was the Denny's across the street and the easy parking.

Would probably stay again for TFF, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. It's easy to get to the con hotel via the Dart or a quick drive. (Just park in the of the garages downtown.)

Likes that they had a good location to some food places. But were a bit far from stores that sell any other items.

Room appeared clean and put together except for some dust. Full size fridge in room but someone's fingernail was in there. Nice for longer longer term stays or need for keeping things refrigerated.Bathroom; the light is tied in with a very loud exhaust fan. There is no shampoo provided, so if hair washing is needed provide your own. Towels and wash cloths were not great and had stains. I stayed 2 nights and was not happy that they came into my room after the first night to make my bed and mess with my stuff on the bathroom counter-not necessary! Really do not like the idea of them touching my stuff! Pool is definitely not ready for people to be in. Filthy furniture and sitting area. They do not offer morning eats-they have a coffee dispenser but who knows how long it was sitting there. Not a very clean area. All-in-all, if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep while doing things in the Dallas area-this is a very low cost place w/free parking and easy access.

When I travel alone of for business I tend to stay in cheap dumps. This place pushed the limits of that.

We arrived and the reception was basic but clean. The employee checked us in and we proceeded to our room. The smell of tobacco and marijuana is everywhere on this property. The room was small but adequate. The walls are very thin and we were well aware of the arguments and conversations happening around us. The hotel seemed to have some pretty rough people staying at the property as there was loud music playing in a couple of the rooms. I was awakened to a fight in the hallway at 4:00 AM and several people arguing and running up and down the hallway swearing and banging into things. I am pretty sure a fight was breaking out. This lasted off and on for about a half hour. I was waiting for the police to arrive but never saw any lights outside. Either someone won the argument or they got bored and gave up but eventually it quieted down. This is a motel 6 in its purest form. She is an old rundown property with a little lipstick on her so she looks presentable at first glance. You will not have a pleasant stay here. There are no amenities and the motel needs to be demolished and reimagined. There is nothing wrong with a Motel 6. There is just something wrong with this Motel 6. You have been warned.

It smelled so bad. Even the dirty tiny gym smelled like a dead animal. This hotel is long overdue for a remodel.

Location was perfect, but public spaces were not well maintained. The elevator was not clean, the hallway had a strong odor. However, my room was clean and well organized. Advice for travelers staying here- bring a power strip because the plugs in the lamps don’t work and bring your own toiletries because they don’t supply them, only soap.

For the price the stay was good. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet during the night hours. My only complaint is in the overall cleanliness of the room. Mirrors, countertops, tables and desks were not cleaned well. Also the floors appeared to have not been cleaned. Lots of potential in place; good location and whatnot. I think a lil attention to detail will really help it level up.

Staff attempted and kept insisting to change my booking from non-smoking to smoking. Facility was gonna charge me extra for non-smoking room $20/per stay. Room did not come with microwave for convenience also, they are construction in from of the area building leaving noise and lack-of parking spaces.

Filthy and I mean filthy. It starts in the lobby, the luggage cart carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they built the Hotel. The mirrors inside the elevator were disgusting. Now for the room, it probably was nice at some point in time, but after years of neglect and failure to maintain you are left with a nasty room that you have to share with the cockroaches, the shower looked as if it had never been cleaned. Do not stay at this place.

The first room we were given smelled heavily of smoke. I understand that they have a no smoking policy, but the smell was very noticable. The second room smelled of mildew/mold. This was better for me, but my friend really struggled with it. Most things were otherwise clean. The amenities, like a fridge were good. The bed was not comfortable and only had three pillows.

The room was reasonably comfortable but in pretty poor condition, curtains were ripped and the balcony door would not close properly. The bedsheets and towels had yellow stains all over them and we found roaches in the bathroom. If you can afford to go anywhere else, I recommend that you do.

It was ok coming to the hotel. Once you get upto the room it has a bad odor. You get in the room the same way. My first room the sheets were nasty. Move to another room. On my last night there roaches start coming out they need to have the whole hotel sprayed each month to get rid of the roaches and the idor that the floor has. In the restroom part of the wood was missing not sure what happen inside that room, but repair was made in there. Im sure you got to see it you come and clean it so you should have had it repair as soon as you new it.

Terrible. The room smells ugly due to very old carpet. The fridge had a cheeseburger from previous guest. Small roaches in the bathroom. I booked for 2 nights but I stayed only for 1 night. I walked away to another hotel for similar price but CLEAN.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are really worn down looking and we saw multiple cockroaches in our room. The parking area felt a little sketchy too.

None of the outlets worked in our room. The next mor i g on check out i informed the front desk and he said i should of just found the breaker and flip the switch.

This place was not clean. Odd smell in the reception area, mold in the bathroom, bathroom door did not shut, AC was cool, not cold. I could hear the tv in the room on the other side of the wall. All together, I'd never stay here again

Staff was not extremely friendly, while the room was clean there was definitely some repairs needed to the ceilings and walls, and our room had fleas in it...i guess that come with a pet friendly place though.

Caught two little cockroaches in the bathroom. Rainwater seeped into the room and the carpet got soaked.
