The stay was very comfortable I enjoyed my stay there

Property is maintained. Room is comfortable. I feel safe in the room. I can park my car right in front of my room.

At first I was given a room with issues. Went to the front desk and was promptly given a better room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Kitchen was useful but needs some real upkeep. Front of building was well lit and security cameras and night guard was present. Good for long term stay.

Good price, room was clean and the kitchen was great.

The room was very clean, but there was no shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, etc. provided. Also, no hair dryer in the room. We were only staying two nights so we did not compain to the management.

According to the information I had received beforehand, check-in was supposed to be at 3:00, but thanks to being allowed to check in at noon, I was able to take a nap and change my clothes, which I really appreciated. I’d like to thank the front desk staff for their kind service.

The room was clean, but not to my standards. Getting under the covers was always accompanied with an itchiness. If the a/c was not on the lowest temperature (66°F) at night, little water bugs would come out. However, the staff was very kind and accommodating, which was the best part about this stay.

Other than having to transact business thru the window, giving the impression there must be alot of vagrants or tweakers in the vicinity, it was fine

Front desk staff, 5 stars. Housekeeping, 5 stars. Outside, the grounds are covered in dog poop, even though property provides poop bags. It’s not cleaned up enough and there’s also used condoms and food trash littered about that’s not cleaned up enough. But, it’s what I can afford.

Smelled like sewer, had to go buy my own cleaning supplies and clean..couldnt watch TV unless every light was off(we ate in the dark)..police banged on door at 4a.am. looking for drugs. Desk attendant told us nothing was their issue. Then ignored us.

Location is both a like and a dislike. It is convenient downtown Dallas, but where it is exactly there is nothing nearby.

Always enjoy my stay here. This is my favorite go to place for peace of mind and rest. If I have an issue they're always on top of my needs and that's important for my peace of mind. I sleep very well here at this location.

The place was very clean and the people there were very nice and courtesy.

The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind and over accommodating! He even checked the room before he let me go there to ensure it was up to standard. Nothing! I haven’t stayed in such a completely perfect place in a very long time!!

The only good thing about this location was the staff. extremely friendly and helpful staff. The general atmosphere and cleanliness were horrible. We were put next to a room that had guests coming in and out all night. they kept mistaking my room for theirs and would knock on my door throughout the night.

Danny at the front desk made me feel very welcome.

It was very clean inside and outside. Has to ask more than once for new towels. Eventually had to go get them myself.

Clean and only a couple of blocks from I-Hop. I asked for a 7am wake-up call and did not reive one.

The maintenance and the housekeeping were magnificent. The front desk guy from India was visibly irritated. He needs to take some customer relations courses. I could be a real bitch and tell everything but I will show mercy. When Tennille worked the front desk years ago it was a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I will never return after dealing with the grinch.

Not much They didn't honor my reservation, and I had to pay again (I’m not sure if it was a Booking.com error). Housekeeping wasn't done unless I specifically asked for it; the staff wasn't very helpful, and the towels were tiny and limited.

Easy to find and the room was clean

One of the best Motel 6 properties I’ve ever been to. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster and stove top. There are no dishes or cutlery provided. A very good value for Dallas. The area around the motel is pretty sketchy with lots of homeless people and drug addicts, but if you stay on property you’ll be fine.

The staff were extremely helpful specially frank and Rishi.

It was clean, in good shape, and there seem to not be any problem people. They allowed pets for free, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. I just wise the had better parking and maybe a bigger area for dogs to use the restroom. I did not like that you could not come into the lobby, you had to talk to them, anytime of day or night, through the night window.

Room 138 has roaches all in the bed and tub and kitchen area but they were nice enough to swap rooms out and it was ok. Deposit is too high for them to have roaches Ngl!

John mack told me i would get a full refund and never got anything back.

I stayed here for almost 2 months due to my work travel. At first, the room I was put in was infested with roaches. I told management of this issue a couple of times. Pest control did come by once and sprayed the room, but there was no difference. Finally after being upset about the infestation and seeing that nothing could be done, I requested to move rooms and the front desk had no issue with that. They even compensated me a free night due to the inconvenience. My second room was decent, minus the air conditioning unit going out for a couple of hours (which maintenance came and fixed within a few hours of it breaking). Overall, the front desk staff were very nice and shoutout to the HOUSEKEEPING service! They always provided me with service whenever I needed it and were prompt. If you absolutely need to stay here, it is okay in my opinion given the circumstance. The area is questionable. I did like that the motel is sort of away from the main busy street, but there are a few characters out there so be safe if you ever stay here! Never had an issue with security, my car was safe and it was not very noisy.

The positive: I was impressed with how well the property was lit at night. From what I could tell in the office, they have several security cameras located throughout the property. The extra lighting is a huge plus and I rarely find in the hotels I stay at. The bathroom seemed clean with plenty of towels and soap. The kitchenette with stove, microwave, mid-size refrigerator, cabinet space, and shelving, was a nice amenity. It would have came handy if I were staying more than one night. Although, I didn't sleep very well, the room was quiet. I may have been just lucky with the room location. The negative: The room was small, didn't smell very well, and the air conditioning, while running, sounded like an electric can opener that wouldn't stop opening cans. The sheets were stained, or dirty, right on top which was easily viewable after making the bed. If you can't clean them, please replace them. The wireless internet signal was so weak it was unusable, which was very disappointing. I may have been just unlucky with the room location.

Did not have a problem & loved the extra security especially since we are from out of town working and have all our tools in the truck. So I sure felt safe

When I arrived I had me and my daughter and I had to cart everything to my room while carrying my daughter and I asked if they had something that could assist me like a cart they said no and proceeded to let me struggle and not even ask if they could help.I called the office to let them know the fridge wasn’t working and nobody ever came to check on it. The bathroom door had a crack on the bottom of it so it would make a loud noise when opening. The thermostat was extremely loud and made weird noise when going on and off.

Since day one of our arrival in our room there has been constant knocking at our room door. Men are knocking at our room door all times of the day and night.

There was homeless people sitting on the stairs of the studio 6 complex, it was ROACHES AND BED BUGS IN MY ROOM.

It was good except the overflow of garbage downstairs, I don’t think they have someone who can maintain that. I think they should put a big dumpster outside in the lot close to rooms, that way their is no need to worry about overflowing trash throughout the day, it looks tacky and stinks.

I'm having to rent two rooms for my family. The rooms are exactly what we needed for the price I'm able to pay. Clean and accommodating.

Never even stayed. Canceled my reservation and still got charged.

It was horrible they were so mean and didn’t want to fix anything and then they got upset with saying I complained too much! So much going on in that place!
