The nonsmoking room stunk like it had been a smoking room in the past. This place is a dump.

Walked into the room and found the place crawling with cockroaches, and the air conditioner seemed to be on its last leg. We immediately went back to the desk and got our money back. After driving for 5 1/2 hours and getting in at 10:30 at night, this was incredibly frustrating. My husband was scheduled for heart surgery in a couple days, too, so he needed that rest. Luckily the Hyatt is right next door and were very accommodating. If you're coming in to visit Medical City, save yourself the time and avoid this place.

There was a strong weird scent from the refrigerator and behind. The fridge wasn't working. There were roaches all over the bed so I had no choice but to leave my luggage in the car afraid of road infestation.

This was the worse experience I have ever had traveling. When I woke up in the morning, I saw roaches in the bathroom and in some of my belongings. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund from the desk attendant. I had one day remaining. I was told because I booked through a third party there was nothing they could do. I had to find another hotel, at an additional cost of $127 dollars. I also threw out certain items that had been infested with roaches. I was vacationing to see my mother. It absolutely compromised the quality of my vacation. I am asking Expedia to look into this matter. I also have pictures of the roaches and various receipts. I hope no other customer has such an awful experience. I did cut my vacation some as well.

Honestly the housekeeping is very disrespectful the rooms have roaches everywhere because they don’t make any of the people with pets actually clean their rooms. The second floor by the elevator smells like a dead body. They DO NOT use policy. The female that works days is only nice sometimes we both had a crush on each other but I have never witnessed someone so money hungry. The Men who work the front desk are professional and understand that without the people you don’t have business. I lost everything and the woman allows for housekeeping and the maintenance man to take your belongings. I honestly wish I made a better choice for my temporary residence. If you’re looking for an overnight stay cool. But extend stay go elsewhere. They don’t even have breakfast. Non smoking rooms get smoking room bed linens. So the room smells like smoke if they don’t wash them properly.

Staff is kool. But the my6 guest relations team is trash. I say that disrespectful as possible. To take someone’s money. After finding their error I was told that my refund would be returned. They have yet to refund me.

My only complaint was not having access to the laundry room. There was a small fire that started from a dryer and a week later the laundry room was still not available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

Staff are good people. However I have been extending my stay and I was told I would get my refund back and have yet to get it. Bank said transaction details don’t exist from what was reported. Moral of the story pay attention. I’m rightfully due my refund.

What stay? I wasnt allowed to check in nore was my husband because the people who work there refused to look in the system and see that the itenery had been updated so my me and my husbend we stuck outside in 30 degree weather

Quiet , clean, with only an occasional bug showing up every few days. I say this because the room entry doors are outside so things can wander in. Very accommodating. Stickler for policy.

Room felt neglected. Microwave handle was broken and dirty inside. Bed very uncomfortable. Soap provided but no shampoo, found a little critter on the wall upon awakening.

Area was quiet and safe. Staff friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in or even sit on. Found a few baby roaches the morning I left. Had to shake all my things out to make sure I didn’t take anything with me. Smh

Worst hotel expirence ever. First room I checked into smelled like cigarettes while being a nonsmoking room. The second room I checked into smelled of wet floor because the AC leaks 24/7. I had to use a towel to catch the dripping. Also, the coffee maker doesn’t work and they’re extremely strict on late check out and will charge $20 if you’re not out immunity at 11am. This is a motel and not a cheap one at that. It was $85 for a terrible terrible stay. If it weren’t for age restrictions on other hotels, I would’ve left IMMEDIATELY!

I liked the location, and the shower cleanliness, with the exception of uninvited guests staying (crawling) there without paying.

My A/C broke the first night and when my room was moved someone was cleaning the new one and didn’t tell her I was moving. The cleaner was a very sweet lady but didn’t speak English so she wasn’t sure what wasn’t going on, I felt bad that she was put in an awkward position. The guy fixing the A/C in the old room didn’t seem to want to wait for me to get my stuff out and had the door propped open while I had my cat with me, so not great, it was very tough to carry her and everything else at the same time, not sure why it couldn’t have waited two minutes. Also a lot of highway noise, the room smelled strange and there were some very shady people hanging around. It’s fine for a cheap stay if you’re in a pinch but otherwise I would look for something nicer, there are a LOT of options in the immediate area.

Horrible. Gave a chance to studio 6/motel 6 will never do it again. Door couldn’t close all the way, roaches all over the place, dirty room as well

We booked a non smoking room and they didnt have it and put us in a smiking room which smelled so bad since we are not smokers but the lobby itself smelled bad itself. The sheets had burn holes in them and the air conditioning wasnt the greatest.

My stay was a decent value for the price. Clean but older facility with a cosmetic remodel. Noisy for my unit facing the highway.

They tell me I will get the deposit back when I check-out, but my guess is they took my money immediately and it will take days to get back into my account, if after I leave they determine I didn’t damage anything.

I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. Perfect for an extended stay.

Kitchen. Pretty sure they have issues with females. Would it kill them to at least pretend to be nice??? My young children had to watch their unnecessary behavior.

Nothing worst experience ever The staff and manager was rude.. They rented us a room that did not lock.. they expected for me to be ok with not being able to lock the room door.. they had no type of customer service at all.. they tried to belittle me and my husband and sister.. they talked to us like we was in the wrong.. we were nothing but respectful til we were constantly disrespected.. the manager approached me like he was going to beat me up because his staff lied on me.. all together it was the worse experience ever and the room was not worth the price

Location Nothing i stayed there several times and every time was trash and i didnt like any of it couldnr even enjoy the out side cause traffic

Location was fine, close to Baylor Medical about 10-12 minute drive depending on traffic. No breakfast. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, roaches crawling on the floor, room was clean enough but very out dated. I was suppose to stay for 2 nights I checked out the next morning.
