Location was great to where we needed to be downtown. Only a 15 minute walk to American Airlines Center. Staff wasn't overly welcoming but they weren't rude. We didn't need anything during our stay so that's always great. Valet was very nice and quick. Overall great stay. The only complaint we had was breakfast. We wished there were more quick food options (muffins, etc.) and creamer for the coffee (not just milk and half & half). The toaster also took FOREVER to toast a bagel so the line was very long.

Great location! We were greeted quickly for check in. Polite and helpful staff. Lobby is bright and clean. Our room was large and accommodating. Comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh and buffet is generous. Space is a bit cramped. The hotel was full and lots of folks were partaking the free breakfast.

Loved our stay. Location was great and safe. Valet parking was a plus and the staff were all wonderful. This will definitely be our “go to hotel” when we plan any future trips to Dallas!

room and location After my stay, I was billed for charges I did not recognize; despite making inquiries, I have yet to receive a clear explanation. Consequently, I have paid approximately $2,600 for charges I did not incur.

It was clean, spacious and close to eateries.

We only stayed one might but I would stay there again when we are in the area. It is within an easy walk to American Airlines Center with eating places along the way. Three things that made me not give it a 5 star was the parking (had to pay for it), the same continental breakfast that you get at other hotels and since it is right by the interstate you have traffic background noise. A suggestion to them would be a discount on parking and to change up the boring breakfast. The staff was great and the room was nice.

The location was fantastic. The room was a great size and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and also informative. The couch was very hard, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. And the mattress was most uncomfortable. We woke up hurting in our backs both mornings.

It was easy to walk around and enjoy the area. There is hardly traffic, so you're not waiting long on the crosswalks. While the breakfast was delicious and up to standards, it was very limited and wasn't handled as sufficiently when there's more of a crowd. There was only 4 "main" foods (i.e. sausage, potatoes, waffles, eggs) and everything else was minimal. There was a valet, but the price and parking garage were not worth it all. We had a bigger vehicle, so we were forced to pay for parking elsewhere. The staff weren't as helpful and seemed insufficient at their jobs. I had my reservation booked months ago for a room with two beds and it wasn't honored at all. First, they gave me the wrong key and didn't even tell me which room it was. Second, I didn't get the reserved room and was told it was the last one they had since they were "fully booked." There was an extra charge of a deposit that wasn't discussed and when brought up, I was told that because it was through a third-party that there wasn't anything they could do. If I was meant to book directly through them to avoid all this, then they should remove themselves from booking.com — it felt really shortsighted to not have any of the information at hand.

Room was clean and fit our needs. The hotel space was clean and staff was friendly.

The stay was simple and great. We spent several nights and the break fast was quite good and peaceful.

Excellent accommodations and staff

The place is well situated and the rooms are big and comfortable. We like the fact that there was a trundle bed instead of a sofa bed like in most other hotels. The cleaning needs more attention, there was a noticeable stain in the carpet and hair in the shower.

Everything was wonderful, from check-in, helpful and courteous staff, delicious breakfast, to easy check-out.

Room thermostat did not work. The a/c beneath the window would blast cold air all night long making loud noises as it started and ended its cycle. The shower had a leak. Valet was awol for an hour in the evening and we ended up parking car ourselves.

Took my teenager to a concert and you let me sleep in the next day. That was pretty sweet. I tried to wake the kids up for breakfast but they would not move, so I put milk and yogurt in my pockets like a mama squirrel.

The internet did not work. Television in room continually stopped working. Thermostat would not go below 72 degrees and it was hot. Breakfast was mediocre.

I loved staying here! The room was huge and clean, the staff were kind and respected our space, there was free breakfast with modest options, and it was within walking distance to the american airlines centre and DART connections. I would have liked better lighting in the room and the shower-head wasn't the greatest, but everything else was perfect. It was a comfortable stay, i'm happy I booked here!

Very friendly staff, hotel was in a great location and very clean.

When we arrived, there were 5 guests in front of me waiting to check in and one front desk employee. There was no one at valet and no one to direct me where I could park. The free breakfast was good. Nice selection and it rotated daily. The room was clean, but the mini fridge didn’t work and the microwave had a foul odor. I couldn’t ever find an ice machine. The workout facility was great!

Had trouble checking in. Staff assumed wrong name under a room I booked 2 months ago, and didn’t verify my info and claimed it was cancelled due to a similar last name in their system. Staff did not bother to check my drivers license and confirmation number, when I offered and said they found will consult with manager and gave me a key to a room anyways, making me come back to the front to pay for the room deposit. Was very displeased with the first encounter with Marriott hotel. Not only that but they were going to charge me for another room under someone’s else name and make me pay for it.

The staff was great to recommend parking for a cheap rate in the deck. The public transportation is easy to walk to (block away) and fairly straightforward to use. I would, however, find it difficult in the rain.

This was my first time at Springhill suites in Dallas. One thing I didn’t like was the one time price of one night of $285. I know that is not the normal price to stay there. But FIFA games was not that good to raise that high for special events. Houston and San Antonio Springhill was not that high. But overall the town was nice.

Great location

This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. American Airlines center is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean, big, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy or evening. We are already planning a trip to come back and take the kids on a staycation and take advantage of the museums that are in the area. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is of average quality with no coffee or tea in the lobby. Breakfast is poor, not enough food for everybody. I brought my own bagel since there were none on 3/5 of the days I stayed. The attendants didn't speak English. I asked the room to be cleaned two days ago, but it wasn't cleaned until the last day of my stay.

Hotel is in a good spot when it comes to the House of Blues and concerts. Only takes a couple of minutes to get there. Hotel is very clean and the room is comfortable. The only downfall is valet parking only unless you want to use one of the cities parking lots. It cost 45 dollars to valet. We didnt know how to pay for it either until the next day because nobody told us how. But other then that, great stay.

Room was very spacious...loved that! Only downfall is parking is across the street and have fees , which vary from week days and weekends. Also, no pool!!!

Our stay, with our grandson, was wonderful. The location was great with easy access to interstates and local attractions. The staff, valet, rooms and breakfast was top notch. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean. The water in the shower took forever to drain. The location was awful. The web stated parking on site. It did not have parking on site. The person at front desk was not polite when I asked for help with the WiFi connection.

The room was amazing! We flew in for one night for a Dallas Stars game, bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Hotel was only 10 min walk from American Airlines center. Overall great experience.

Standard across the board. Super bright lights from the parking lot across the street kinda irked me but that’s largely out of the control of the hotel.
