Everything turned out as expected, only during breakfast - the dining hall was so crowded and the management needs to take care of the issue (many guests were present and everyone should be able to enjoy their breakfast seated).

honestly my first time staying in these hotels and it was great! the staff was super friendly and helped a lot. breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of variety. the rooms were clean too and i love that both parts had tvs. the pool and gym was really good as well and it wasn’t so expensive. will be staying here for anytime im back in dallas

Hotel was very nice and well maintained. Rooms were clean and nice and big. Very secure you have to go through a fence to get in and out felt very safe with that in place. Breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of options. We did have something come up and need to leave a day earlier and tried to get a partial refund but they were unwilling to work with us on that so that was a little disappointing

But This Time Was Totally Different I Could Tell Things Were Going To Be Different While Checking In The Guy That Checked Us In Was Not Friendly And He Acted Like He Didn't Want To Be There Didn’t Know If He Was Low On Energy Or Just Tired Also When We Walked Into Our Room It Wasn’t The Same Feel Upon Disinfecting Like I Do Each Stay I Discovered Filthy Sheets Looked Like Sauce Or Make Up Stains We Immediately Just Removed It Also Upon Check Out Breakfast Is Usually The Highlight Of Our Stay That’s Why My Partner Loves It But The Oatmeal Which I Love Was Not Ready The Bacon Wasn’t Crispy Needed A Longer Cook I Was Very Disappointed Hopefully Our Next Stay Will Be Much Better!

Nothing. Lost my reservation and took 30 min to tell me I do not have a room. I tried 3 times to reschedule this stay. Every time staff were hard to deal with. Showed up on day of reservation. 30 minutes waiting to find out I do not have a reservation. It also had a security fence and you had to be buzzed in.

The night we arrive the manager was not willing to move us from our room > accoriding to her because we had used a 3rd party. However, the following morning we had issues with the restroom door that was getting stuck. The shift of mangers changed and what a difference of professionalism. They changed our room and the rest was amazing!

Only stayed one night but thuroughly enjoyed the stay. Breakfast buffet was good which is a huge plus for me.

First impressions matter and this property showed up. Desk staff were very friendly and professional. The gated parking helped us be worry free. The exercise room was great and the room was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing I’d change is that I wishing was closer to our daughter’s apartment! It was a very nice stay.

I really liked how clean and modern the hotel was. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also convenient and easy to find. The only downside was that it could get a little noisy at times, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Minor things: That the pool was closed. The temperature in the room was tricky to manage. We only had one small trash can in the bathroom, it would've been helpful to have a second one.

We stayed there for one night only. The stay was great. Clean,the staff were nice and checking in and out was fast and easy. Breakfast was awesome and no complaints. The only thing is I booked this hotel because on google said it was 14 minutes walking distance from AAC but it was definitely not. We had to pay uber to and from. That was the only inconvenience.

Staff were pleasant and the room layout was nice, but overall I was very disappointed. The bathroom smelled of mildew and wasn’t properly cleaned. Most frustrating, the hotel advertises EV chargers, but none were available on site, the main reason I booked here. Parking was also very tight. Misleading amenities made this stay a letdown, and I would have booked elsewhere had I known. There was also a homeless man hanging around behind the building watching everyone that drove by.

SpringHill staff was extremely friendly from the moment you walk in. Housekeeping made sure to keep our rooms clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and the kids enjoyed the pool. Nothing to add. Everything was excellent!

The iron didn't work. I requested another one, and I was given one promptly. Still had an issue with the iron not getting hot as a traditional iron. The iron was cheap and barely got hot. This issue doesn't take away my great 2nd stay.

We started at a different motel and had to leave due to unsafe conditions. This place was a breath of fresh air. The room was cool and welcoming. Very clean. My daughter and I had the pool to ourselves which was icing on the cake! Loved the walk-in shower and coffee/ tea maker. It was storming outside overnight, but it was quiet in the room and we felt safe. Thank you Staybridge for saving our weekend!

I was very impressed with my stay here. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered various excellent options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn’t experience any noise issues during my stay. I highly recommend this place!

The sofa cushions were stained and the under sofa pull out mattress was kind of dirty. Luckily sheets were available in the closet, but would prefer not to sit or sleep on this.

Very convenient location right in between the airport and downtown. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would say breakfast was above average for your typical continental hotel breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel is a little confusing to navigate as there are two intersecting highways and several access ways.

It was a great stay for our family. The room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The best part was the sitting area with sofabed is separated with the bedroom for more privacy. My son loves the breakfast amd making his own waffle. Would def be staying again

Beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure and a handheld shower head as well as the overhead one, breakfast was plentiful and the employees were all very friendly. The bedroom was large and the "living room" area was comfortable. There was some highway noise but unless you are a super light sleeper it was not a problem. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom ran continuously. Again, not a problem for us, but it might be for others.
