We had a 2 queen bed for 3 people. Room was clean and amenities good. The self-serve American breakfast, scrambled eggs, waffle, cereals and bagels was very good. Appreciated that there was no charge for parking- that is not always the case in Dallas.

It was clean and nice.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. However, I wish the time could be extended to 10am. The room was spacious. The walls were thin and we could hear everytime someone got off the elevator.

I liked that they found my booking information quicker than the last hotel. I had issues with a different hotel and they were well aware and made my late stay soo welcoming that I stayed an extra night. N/A

I was very disappointed with my experience during my stay. Upon entering the hotel, my party and I were not greeted by any staff members, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. During check-in, the front desk associate provided very little communication. The only way I knew my room number was by looking at the key card holder, as it was not verbally provided. Additionally, the associate appeared to be unwell, as she was repeatedly sniffing throughout the interaction. When I entered the room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The couch and ottoman were visibly dirty, and the desk had not been properly cleaned. Later, I called the front desk to request a box of tissues. Instead of having the item delivered to my room, I was instructed to come to the front desk to pick it up. In my experience staying at hotels, requested amenities are typically delivered to the guest’s room, so this was surprising and inconvenient. Considering I spent nearly $500 on this stay, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, customer service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations, and I left feeling very disappointed.

My family and I drove up, leaving the Hampton Inn Riverwalk. We enjoyed our stay there very much. And we arrived to this property feeling very catfished. Breakfast area was very small, food kept running out. Room was very spacious but very disappointing over all. This is one property we will not be visiting again. Hotel is right off of the interstate as well and was incredibly loud at night.

This hotel is in need of a refresh. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Our room had some bugs on the bottom trundle mattress. We switched rooms and were given a $20 credit. We will not be returning.

Price and location People staying there seamed to be a little trashy as a whole

Was great ! If the front desk girl had not been in such a hurry and had looked at my account before just charging my card, I had already paid for my room she charged my card already. So I could not get my refund right away 5 days I am having to wait for a mistake. . I feel if she would had just looked at my acct. she would have seen the charges already. At this point it is shat is what it is.

Me and my family of 4 had a great stay jacuzzi was nice hot and relaxing. Our room was cozy and the ac worked like a charm if given the chance I would go back in a flash

Need to have more options on breakfast

This was our 2nd stay at Springhill Suites. We arrived around 10:45pm and the check in process was friendly and personable as my husband and I were asked about our travels. The room was extra clean, quiet and well stocked just like last September when we had stayed. Check in is at 3pm & check out is 12pm which makes the stay very convenient. Now, we're always going to stay at Springhill Suites whenever we're in Dallas!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. We only had one minor issue with our TV remote but the staff fixed it quickly. The pool was nice, a little small, but it never got crowded. The breakfast was really good too. Overall it was a wonderful experience and can't wait to stay here again.

The location on Central Expressway makes getting around Dallas straightforward. You’re not fighting side streets or wasting time rerouting; you’re basically plugged into the city’s main artery, which matters more than people admit when they’re reviewing hotels. The suites are laid out well—separate living and sleeping space that actually feels usable, not just labeled that way. Plenty of room to work, reset, and not feel boxed in. Everything was clean on arrival and stayed that way throughout the stay. Breakfast was consistent and functional: hot options, grab-and-go flexibility, and coffee that holds up for the morning rush. Nothing overcomplicated, just reliable. Staff interaction was smooth and professional without being overbearing. Check-in and checkout were quick, and any requests were handled without delay or confusion. Parking was easy, access was simple, and the property overall feels maintained with attention to detail rather than just minimum upkeep. If you want luxury theatrics, this isn’t that. If you want a predictable, well-run stay in a solid Dallas location that respects your time, this is exactly that.

Great stay for the price! Everything was nice and clean. One thing I wish is that housekeeping had stocked up on supplies while we were gone; that would have been nice. Other than that, everything was great!

The manager was really helpful however I had an incident here where I got a cut on my foot because of a broken tile piece on the baseboard of the bathroom and the metal lining was exposed. I had to go to urgent care and get six stitches. My thermostat also stopped working and had to switch rooms at 11pm. In the middle of June, there really was no other option. The manager did refund me for 1 night, but didn’t do much about the inconvenience of the broken thermostat and having to pack up all my things at 11pm, with a hobbling foot, and switch rooms. To end it all, the lady at the front desk that night, was helpful, but acted as if asking and informing her of all this was bothering her. As if we were bothering her to do her job instead of continuing to apply her henna tattoo and eat her skittles while shes on the clock. I was only in town for a few days for a work conference, but it was also my birthday when this all happened. Needless to say, not how I envisioned starting off another year!

The property is nice and clean and the staff is great. The reason I could not give 5 stars is that I heard about every car going down Central Expressway all night.

Simple room. But spacious. Ample parking area and very suitable location for my trip.

The room was clean, and smelled clean, AC worked amazing the check was fast. It is about a 20 minute drive to the airport though, but it’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Located next to the highway and our room faced the Highway, you could hear the traffic noise all night long. Window treatments are too short and do not block the sun. There is a shade cover underneath too, but that is transparent too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but -Glad I was only there one night because it was difficult to sleep.

The room was spacious and clean but the traffic noise outside was crazy. They drag race up and down the expressway all night.

Was in a nice part of Dallas. I completely underestimated how loud the expressway would be though, at ALL times of day/night. Poor sleep was the result.

Our car was vandalized as they attempted to steal it. There have been many car thefts at this hotel. Park at your own risk.

Checked in a little bit after midnight on a Friday night… Staff was not at the front desk, but put a little sign saying they would be back shortly. Attendant came back and check me in quickly, but was not very friendly. Just quiet. Checked in my room….. slept for seven hours, woke up had the free breakfast, which was pretty good. Checked out everything was good.

I got in late (after midnight) and had to switch my room three time because there were plumbing and other issues. My final room didn’t have towels or soap but I was so tired at that point I just stayed. The night manager was very rude on top of that.

Room was very clean & staff was great!

Staff was friendly, we requested cleaning service daily but no cleaning service came on the first day when we arrived back to our room 6:30 pm day two they had just started cleaning the room and bringing new towels. Weird hour to be cleaning ( in the evening) but we were glad to see them show up. Everything else was fine. It was a good price.

room was very clean when we entered. Would like tom see brighter lights. As seniors we like to have more light or , at least, adjustable lighting.

The room was spotless and good service.

Easy access from central. Clean rooms. Breakfast fresh. The sad news - our car was broken into over night. The desk help told us the manager would send us a video from the cameras for our insurance but haven't received it yet. There is no parking in line sight of the front desk area. That part was very disappointing after a very clean, restful stay.

The room was clean smelled nice and passed the ultra violet light test. The check- in was quick and the young lady was very polite. I stayed at a different hotel within walking distance, and i wished i chose this one for my entire time in Dallas.

Great staff greeted me upon arrival gave me complementary water as being a Bonvoy member close to Presbyterian Hospital where I had appointments clean room. Breakfast was very good. Parking was very good. Next time. The Marriott brand hands-down is always consistent and comfortable.

My truck was stolen Tuesday evening from the West side of the hotel. Havecameras but where I was parked there aren’t any cameras. Who adds cameras to a property and not cover the whole site. I feel like it’s a theft ring. My co worker had his truck stolen from another hotel just 4 miles south of this hotel.

Hotel and staff were great. Grounds were clean and well kept. Room was clear comfortable and clean except for the carpet had some stains.

Excellent mid-price property. Staff was particulary friendly, accommodating and helpful (especially Gerald at the front desk, who helped me get my TV working!) Only major complaints were (1) A/C in my room was extremely noisy, and (2) beakfast assortment was very disappointing.

Good location to where i was working, room was clean but musty smelling

This was a clean comfortable stay for one night. The coffee maker was broken, but there was plenty downstairs.

Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. After complaining to front desk nothing was done. Also, the room was not cleaned even though I was out from 8am to 4pm. Second floor room facing highway - it felt like the window was not there. Constant noise from the highway.

The room were humid and not comfortable. The air conditioner were leaking water. The carpet were soaking wet. The towels,sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I ask for full service for room to be cleaned. The bathroom door was not working properly, kept getting stuck. The water from shower were leaking all over restroom floor. The toilet were stopped up. There were mold under the restoom cabinet and pretty sure it were under and through the carpet due to air condition leaking on carpet. Overall they need a lot of work done. Icebox were not cool enough.

Bed very uncomfortable, TV in terrible place! (need in front of bed) Traffic noise loud! Thermostat on Air conditioner faulty. Took forever to get room cool. Would not stay here again. Staff was friendly.

The room had a restroom door that didn’t work, the building had a public restroom that didn’t work. The room was okay but you could hear the noise from the other rooms and the hall. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of good options.

I was charge more for what I book the room for but when questioned about they didn’t know why and couldn’t give a straight answer but prior before checking call to see if I could pay cash I was told test at check out just need card on file did give a card on file and they already charged my card
