Staff was amazing and personable. Parking was super tricky tight and full. Room was fresh and felt newly remodeled. Would stay here again.

The parking was secure and the room was amazing the oly issue I had was the shower head was connected loose and it wouldn't stay upright. So may be after the renovation no one had a chance to check the shower heads. Other than that overall stay was good and no problems!

We reserved a room for 4 people. The additional sofa bed was perfect. The room was surprisingly HUGE! Biggest normal room I’ve ever stayed at. We were there for the BTS concert so we needed the extra space to get ready. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, hallways were a little shady, but the room was perfectly clean!

We love the people who work the desk. They are always so friendly.

We stay here for the BTS concert that was located at At&t stadium is was 30 minute drive but was worth it. Have no complaints . Rooms were really spacious and clean. Only send one night but would stay again if BTS plans to come back to Dallas.

This is a nice hotel. Centrally located for our trip. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage patties, muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt. We ended up needing to extend our stay and the staff handled it seemlessly. The pool and fitness room were great bonuses.

The property was clean and had everything we needed

Easy to find. Gated. Had a pool. Clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast was meh. Traffic is very loud 24 hours a day, so if somebody is used to sleeping somewhere quiet, I would caution them to bring earplugs or a speaker to play white noise while they sleep. I didn’t get my IHG points since I booked through a third party site.

Decent hotel, very confusing entrance

Huge room, has 2 beds, and sofa bed. Very spacious for 5 people. You can have a party of 10 to 15 people and still not feel crowded, that's how big the room is. Clean room and restroom, beds are comfortable. Has microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast is good bagels, 1 yogurt flavor, has apple n orange. Eggs n sausage, coffee. Sofa bed mattress is old old, old n very old. Very thin, you can feel all the springs.

Friendly, helpful staff ad clean facility. Free shuttle. Parking lot has metal fence and security gate and that is not shown in the picture. Booking website does not mention the huge damage deposit required. Furniture in room was low budget. The room was huge but the bathroom was small. Shower lead water all over the floor. No really good place to open a large suitcase off the floor. Breakfast was mediocre (tasteless, rubbery eggs, unhealthy sausage, yogurt from a machine that could not pump out the yogurt..

It's a simple, straightforward hotel. We had no complaints. The room was comfortable and served us well. Although we left before breakfast was open, we still managed to grab a bite to go. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport

Don’t like how the shuttle buses hours run , there are other hotels that offer shuttle bus options throughout the day. This would be the reason why I wouldn’t utilize this hotel again is because you offer shuttle bus options but not throughout the day.

The lady at the front desk was so so friendly and so so helpful both when we checked in at night and in the morning when we left. The shuttle driver was very kind and very friendly. The whole experience was fantastic.

The street noise level was insane. Kept my wife and I up all night. We could hear cars all night. The bed was uncomfortable as well.

Really enjoyed and appreciated this hotel. While the building is older, they have done an excellent job in cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member we interfaced was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was about what you would expect except the coffee which was very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. The highway “white noise” might not be appreciated by some.

This property is older and rooms need as much restoration as the front lobby received.

Parking can be difficult, especially with young children and a full car to load. Can't beat the proximity though to both the airport & Medieval Times.

Only issue was the noise of the freeway at night, but some of that can't be helped in a big city.

It’s a smaller hotel, and you can tell it was remodeled and updated. It was very clean inside and outside during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle ride to and from Dallas Love Field airport is a huge plus. The breakfast was free but it’s straight continental. The pool is small and outdoor, but it’s still nice. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that’s well taken care of, with friendly staff, and little accommodations, this is a great place.

Great Experience Overall! Very clean property and I really like that they now have a gated entrance making guests feel very safe at all times.

Staff was friendly especially when checking in. Mrs. Christina made it very pleasant and welcoming. For the business trip I took was super convenient and continental breakfast did the trick. Rooms were spacious and very clean and quite just what I wanted. The gym was clean and all the machines and equipment worked.

My only critique would be the breakfast. It’s very minimal for a Hilton.

The TV programming is great. The rooms are spacious. The decor is sparse and the furniture looks like something from the Lego store. The color scheme in the hallway is atrocious! The lower wainscoting is dark blue and so are the doors. It’s white on top. But the carpet is gray and lime green. It looks like something from a 1990s teenager room that wasn’t done right. Breakfast is pretty sparse but it is adequate. There’s hot water for tea and coffee available round the clock. That was a plus. I didn’t use the hot tub or pool so I can’t speak to that. The parking lot is secure with gated access so that’s nice. There’s a shuttle to the medical center, airport and the market center. We liked the hotel enough to go back for s second night because I had more appointments that came up after my consultations at the medical center.

Loved the room. Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean pool. Will definitely stay again.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. The fridge kept items cold. I enjoyed my stay. I did not like the gated entry because it was aggravating to have to get out of our Uber or Lyft to use our room key to buzz in.

Large room, no carpet, and gated! Very convenient for Lovefield airport!

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The only complaint is getting into the property upon first arrival. Since you don't have a key yet, you have to physically get out of your vehicle and speak to someone inside through a speaker to get them to open the gate. After you have your room key, you can enter by using the room key at the gate. You still have to exit your vehicle though to get to the box to tap your key for entry. It's not an ideal situation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older, but it has been renovated somewhat. There is an Airport Shuttle that runs on the hour to take you to and from an airport.

Breakfast consisted of muffins, bagels and cereal. Coffee and juices were good.

Maybe it was because they put us in the "pet" area for our service dog, but the room smelled like horribly strong disinfectant. Room features were very spartan, the TV barely worked, and the breakfast was lousy. Will not stay there again.

Shuttle s service to airport was great, an old hotel but recently renovated and clean.

I like that it was close to the airport and downtown. The staff was nice. The property was gated which made me feel safe. The AC was cold, the sheets and pillows were soft, and the shower had hot water.

Nice clean place to stay before a flight

Property has a musty smell. You can tell that the property was remodeled but the quality of work is lacking and can easily be seen The rats are humongous and plentiful out at the dumpster area which is 75 feet from the pool area. The staff is amazing!

We have stayed here twice and it is a simple hotel but clean, great staff, and convenient to UTSW.

Property is remodeled and in decent shape. Dumpster area is overrun with rats which is 50feet from the pool. Grass wasn’t cut or any recent landscaping done.

The room was HUGE firstly. Secondly I love the fact this location was gated. I drove from Houston to Dallas for a concert & felt comfortable enough to leave my truck at the hotel (again gated property) the room was set up with a tv that welcomed me (made it feel very personalized)

Quick check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious. We got the twin queen beds.

Overall it was great ! Just the bathroom amenities were pretty much empty, should have them filled at least halfway in my opinion.

Looked like an older hotel that has been renovated. i specifically liked that it was a gated property. the room was nice, bed was comfortable, and had a relaxing pool. it was only a few minutes drive from downtown.

Was over charged for deposit ($100). Refund still hasn't processed.

The room was clean and so was the breakfast room. This was our second time staying here. It was safe and pleasant.

Stayed on 2nd floor and could hear every footstep from the people above us and could hear the cars from the the major highway and light comes on from the lights and orbiting from outside. Had a hard time sleeping

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family. Spacious rooms and while there’s no such thing a a super comfortable hotel bed, this hotel’s beds weren’t terrible. They front staff was very friendly. My husband and I forgot our toothbrushes and they gave us some with toothpaste for free. It’s close to a gas station and near the airport and the price was great. We’ll be back!

Great reception and appreciate the shuttle service

We would stay there again because it is 3 minutes from my doctor’s office and is very basic and nice for the price. With changes to the three things I mentioned (chair in room, mattress replaced, and hallway carpets cleaned), I would gladly increase my rating.

This was a convenient place to stay while my husband was in UTSW hospital. Very quiet and spacious rooms.

First stuff her room keys weren't working and we had to go back to the front desk to have them fixed We couldn't get into the building couldn't get into our rooms

It was quick, efficient, and clean. Literally only downside was the elevator was down but even that was handled professionally. Definitely my new go to for when I’m traveling!
