The entrance was small, awkward and diffilicut to navigate, Even I not had to interrupt my stay due to a family amergency, I would have checked out early and found another hotel; as late a 4 oclock on the first day, my room had not been made up, the bathroom vent did not work and half an onion had been left in the refrigerator by a previous occupant. But for nice staff, the hotel and the room were both dissapointments.

Everything seems perfect to me, I recommend it.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great amenities.

The hotel smelled like weed and odor. Elevator was sketchy, and my room had a huge roach and spider in my bed. Was not comfortable staying there even for one night, checked out within a couple hours of checking in.

I’ve stayed at many different Sonesta Suites and have never been so disappointed and disgusted by a hotel than this one. Dirty, the hallways smell like rotting garbage, the laundry room is a disaster with all broken machines, the clientele make it feel terribly unsafe - i mean people walking around barefoot, laying in the hallways, screaming at each other down the halls, absolutely disgusting. The worst part was the front desk staff, the absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered. No regard for customer service or any care for their jobs at all. DO NOT STAY HERE, Trust me.

So this property has a deposit and I was unaware of it. I told the lady at desk that I had a 14 hour drive and I was exhausted. Plus 108 outside. Not her issue. But I also told her that I would be paid by midnight and she would not still give me the key to room. All I need was a few hrs of sleep. I had to barrow the deposit money from a friend . But you never know what someone is going through, just be considerate for all ur guest.

Big shout out to the front desk clerks for giving me the room that I wanted.

The hallway smelled of marijuana and it was right next to a highway. The road traffic was consistently loud all night.

Great property, affordable and the most comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great. Secure lighted parking lot and close to restaurant and freeway access.

Staff wasn’t friendly, kitchen had a roach/bug crawling around, parking was easy and the room was half clean

Unfortunately, the staff was rude, discourteous and unprofessional. One person was extremely rude and even threatening for no reason. Otherwise, the property was clean, well maintained and provided us with the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. However, the staff does need training.

my room had a minor issue, that after I advised the front desk !! it was ignored. then after over 24 hours had elapsed then I was moved to another room, where the TV wouldn't function. I advised staff again and that evening it was. repaired.

when the TV was not working, it took some time to fix it. but when the ' surface light' of the counter never got fixed. I was moved to another room. So a well-known and supposedly 'affluent' .brand Hotel gives 1-star service , it does tend to leave you 🤔 thinking about who deserves uour 💸 dollars.

Stayed 4 days and not once was our room cleaned apparently they only do room service for extended stays. Makes no sense

We stayed for a few nights and everything was great and staff was very helpful. My husband had to go back to work early so we had to leave early. The hotel staff was also great about helping us get out early. Bbq pits were great and the free laundry really helped. Definitely will stay here again!! Also to add the kitchen saved us tons of money (family of 6).

Firstly. The hotel is DIRTY! The bathroom tub had black footprints in them. The room was HOT the air only worked at night. Staff was RUDE when asking for extra bath towels

Had a great check-in process. Everything went smoothly and the lady at the front desk was very sweet. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for 1. We had some issues with the electricity/lights our second day there and for 2. The woman that worked at the front desk the next morning was very rude and short with me when I asked to swap towels for fresh towels. She needs better customer service skills. But overall, stay wasn’t too bad. I would stay again.

1st time was great, but this time, even the room was clean, the bathtub was a bit old, the AC was noisy and the carpet was a bit dirty....nothing to worry about ...just not as pleasant than the 1st time stay

Karen at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Hallways on upper floors were unimaginably hot and were NOT air conditioned at all. The carpets in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. WiFi is non existent 95% of the time. I had to relog into the server with a password every time I tried to use the WiFi. If you need WiFi, DO NOT STAY HERE! Sketchy homeless people just outside the hotel. A cemetery borders the parking lot. Traffic noise is extremely loud. Rooms are immaculately clean and the AC is great. Endless hot water and great showers earned 1 star alone. The kitchen is great.

Aside from the floor being flooded when we got there, we were moved to a different room immediately. Ron was nice, cool and very accommodating. Will return.!!

Check in was easy, however, the staff was rude. If you need towels or new sheets, I was told I would have to bring my dirty stuff to the front desk and they will do a swap - towel for towel etc. Our mattress was on the floor, it was a very rundown gross place. This is a long term stay place, not a weekend getaway. Will not stay here again, and do not recommend.

If you extend your stay for an additional day, you are required to pay an extra 50% deposit. Guests are also expected to take out their own trash and clean their beds themselves. No room service is provided. I was blocked from extending my stay for no clear reason. The front desk told me they would not recommend making a new online reservation because I was blocked from extending my stay in their system, and they may not honor a new reservation made through Expedia. Most of the staff were unfriendly, except for one red hair lady who was helpful and kind.

The rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable but have the thinnest blankets. Layout of property is awkward; pavilion is only located on one side. Stairwells rancid and needs to be attended to more often. Trash cans over running with bags sitting on the floor. Carpet in hallways, which made it very stinky from 1st to 3rd floors. Sound was not an issue, even though property is located on freeway; but the walls are thin which made privacy an issue; especially with young kids. To say this is an extended stay hotel, privacy should be a main concern. You have to be there a whole 7 days before you can get service to rooms. You will be providing your own room service, changing beds and towels, which have to be taken to the front desk for exchange. Location is advantageous. No more than 45 minutes to get across town with bumper to bumper traffic.

The first room AC wasn't working. Intercom was broken. Had to wait in line first to checkin snd then for AC. They changed the room. The flush tank didn't work initially.

The room had a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, a 2 space electric stove, a 2 slice toaster and a dishwasher. Be sure to check your kitchenette drawers for silverware, mine didn't have spoons. The staff was friendly during normal business hours. I had difficulty finding someone after hours, but when I did, they were helpful.

I wrote off the first interaction as her maybe having a bad day but her attitude was even worse the second time she assisted us with checking in. She set the tone for our stay both times and we won't be back. Customer service is NOT for her by any stretch... she needs to find something else to do for a living.

The room smelled very stale upon arriving. There was trash in the stairwells and no circulation of air so the smelled was bad. I stayed for 5 days and saw 1 roach thankfully and that was the only bugs we encountered. Aside from the smells and trash in the hallway, it wasn’t too bad.

The expressway is across the street and unfortunately the people who pander on the street end up sleeping in the hotel hallway. I was coming down the stairs and a man was passed out in the stairwell. The back door doesn’t close properly so anyone can walk through the door. My last couple of nights I didn't feel safe as a woman traveling alone. Other than that everything else was okay.

Room was ok, hallways always had a strong smell of Mediterranean food. Our room was facing the main road, heard traffic all night. Lots of long term guest hanging around. Was good for the price, probably will not stay there again. I didn't use the the laundry or gym but both looked well equipped.

When I went to check in I was told the room was not available even though I booked it on March 5, 2026! I had to find another room after a 9 hour drive. I was charged for a room that I was told was unavailable.

The room we were assigned was being fumigated with some chemical that caused us to have an allergic reaction and we had to leave immediately. They did refund our payments though

Room had no hand soap in bathroom had to go to front desk to request some - I have stayed at other sonesta properties have had the dish soap for the sink along with sponge and pod for dishwasher - no phone in the room- furnishing looked dirty and old stained lamp shade - and an odd smell not sure if cause had animals allowed but felt like a motel six trying to look better like a pig with some lipstick slapped on

The rooms are clean but I don’t know who ideal was it to put the trash on the stairs, but it has the whole stairway smelling bad to where you can’t walk down the stairs. I only stayed for two days. The front smelled awful. The stairs smelled awful everywhere smelled awful but the rooms.

This was by far the WORST place I ever stayed, the room was terrible the bathroom smelled of urine and a hooker on every corner , the staff was TERRIBLE! Never met a staff so rude and nonchalant, I’ll never and I mean ever stay here again in life!
