I can't check in because the receptionist said their water system was broken and I couldn't use bathroom at that time . Finally , they said they didn't charge me but Expedia still got my money. It's so bad service
- 5/5
They were in the process of remodeling however everything was nice and coming along. This was a great location not far from downtown and surrounding areas
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were friendly. Check in and out was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
We were not aware the hotel is going out of business and they were doing construction above us. We spoke to the front desk and they said yeah because they’re going out of business. No offer to move us rooms or adjust anything. I had to drive 8 hrs and had no rest with the noise.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 2/5
The staffat the front desk were flgreat (friendly, helpful). However, the hotel room i was given was very dirty and the hotel in general seems to be neglected feeling. There were lots of stains on the carpet in my room. The coffee maker had leaked something sticky on the desk that wasn't cleaned up before I entered, the towels and sheets were all stained (not unwashed, just marked up), and the worst for me was the toilet. I walked into the bathroom to someone else's waste not cleaned from the sides of the toilet bowl. It looked like there was no care put into the cleaning of the room. Overall, I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Lobby was nice and staff friendly enough. Fourth floor room had a faint weed smell on arrival. Guys across the hall smoked a lot more and the whole floor was skunked up.
- 1/5
Reserved a room with a sofa bed and balcony 24 hours prior to get there and none was available once I arrived and construction being done to hotel it was just a mess
- 3/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean. Friendly front desk. Great price. Just wish there was free water or breakfast. Overall would recommend. Free parking.
- 2/5
Set the breakfast included. There was no breakfast. It was construction
- 3/5
Stay was decent until me n my son was waken up early by a hammer because we were in a room close to where they were doing construction at the end of the hall of the hotel hours before check out.. left early because we couldn’t get any sleep.. needed to work when it’s a lil later in the day instead of 7 in the am
- 5/5
Didn't have a balcony, but everything else was great
- 5/5
Nice room and comfy bed- was there for work and the desk was helpful
- 1/5
The area was so bad around it. I didn’t even go in. The parking lot was full of what looked like broken down cars even.
- 5/5
Real nice rooms and nice and quite perfect for getting rest. They took forever to check us in no one was at the front desk. But the hotel itself wave pleasant
- 4/5
Nice clean room , comfy bed!
- 1/5
The first room was filthy and had a strong odor. The second room’s door lock did not work. The third room had extremely loud plumbing noises for over an hour whenever guests in the neighboring room used the shower. The fourth room repeated the door-locking issues, including jamming. This stay did not reflect my first experience here, which was welcoming and featured a beautiful room. I assume my previous stay included an upgrade. I met the manager during this visit when he had to address the door issue. Unfortunately, he showed little concern and did not offer an apology for the repeated inconveniences. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
- 1/5
The hotel is going through reconstruction at the moment. The noise along with my neighbor having a dog may stay unpleasant.
- 3/5
The sink was stopped up in the bathroom and no breakfast
- 3/5
Love the balcony
- 2/5
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. The hotel was undergoing construction, which was not noted in the reservation process. The construction noise woke me up early and severely limited my ability to work in my room, which is critical when I'm traveling. The manager on duty did his best to accommodate me, but it was a major inconvenience. Being able to work from my hotel is a very important factor when I travel, and I think it should've been noted that there was construction happening. If it had, I would have looked for other accommodation.
- 5/5
Staff
- 2/5
I reserved an accessible room since I'm in a wheelchair. When i checked in they said it was not available because they overbooked the room. They instead put me in a room i couldn't get into the bed or shower. The bathroom was dirty and although they advertised breakfast, there was not.
- 5/5
I wish that it had breakfast in the morning but overall was a great stay. Thanks
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly.
- 2/5
Thought of rating the hotel 3 stars as the staff was friendly, but I just can’t as everything else was so poor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I considered sleeping on the floor. The shower spewed water everywhere so the pressure was terrible. The phone didn’t work, which I wanted to use to ask for a hair dryer as there was none in the room. I was there 4 nights but my bed was never made, what ever happened to turning your room over? I guess there’s a reason this hotel is cheap
- 5/5
Clean and spaciois rooms..Very nice staff.
- 5/5
Kind and helpful staff/ a safe place/ pleasant and mostly peaceful- ok…there were some loud noises from mechanics or devices several times- but all in all it was a perfect stay- HOORAY!!
- 3/5
Love love the balcony!!!! Room had a smell but clean
- 3/5
Nice room but was fixing up while there and clogged sink
- 5/5
This is my go to when I come to Dallas. It is in a great area very accessible to the freeway and the rooms were great.
- 3/5
There was construction close to our room while we were there. We tied to check in early, but none of the rooms were ready. I can understand that, but the staff member was very rude and said he didn't know when the rooms would be ready. The other staff members that we encountered were very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Door lock wouldn’t unlock with key card and a/c didn’t work too well. Staff was great though
- 3/5
Other than that pretty decent
- 1/5
The room was nothing as described in the photos when i arrived there was hair from the previous guest on the shower wall , from what it looks like vomit on the wall in the restroom ! Very dirty as soon as i checked in I immediately checked out !
- 5/5
My stay was great and staff its alway amazing.
- 1/5
Very poor staffing zero customer service
- 5/5
Corteous and polite staff
- 4/5
Clean room and comfortable beds
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, coffee available almost all day long, and the outdoor patio
- 4/5
We needed an accessible room due to orthopedic problems. They really did help us out here. Good stay with one exception: The reservation system told us breakfast was included but it has not been since a change in ownership in July We did not get any refund.
- 1/5
Extremely loud construction on ALL floors starting at 8am, hotel staff very unconcerned about guests, rude and extremely loud guests that were not addressed by staff regarding noise….housekeeping staff VERY polite
- 3/5
Mold in the shower! And they advertise a restaurant that is no longer open. Property looks nothing like their photos!
- 4/5
Room 215 was a view of parking lot, but that's ok
- 3/5
Gerald provided great service. The room is very clean and up-to-date. The balcony was nothing more than an overview of parking and because people are smoking above you, you will find a whole bunch of cigarette butts and ashes,. It is business friendly, but the community area could be a little more clean. The outside fire pit does not work and it was full of cigarettes, the pool was dirty, not available for use. The the biggest problem with my stay website states there’s breakfast in the morning. There’s no breakfast. There are no microwaves available in the room or as the website states you can ask for a microwave. The only thing available is coffee and a very small shop with basic sodas and snack snacks.
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous when we checked in. The room was clean and welcoming.
- 1/5
I was over charge and asked to Leave because of my pets
- 1/5
My first flight got delayed, therefore I couldn’t catch the second flight. For that reason, I couldn’t check into my room. As a result of that, my reservation got cancelled without my consent nor did the hotel staff or Expedia gave me any notice in advance. I was disappointed enough about my trip being ruined but I am more upset about the cancellation.
- 3/5
The section was under construction. Loud noise. Our restroom was dirty. After bringing it up to the front desk it was addressed. No NBC on SNF channel was Dabi
- 5/5
The room was great.
- 2/5
The initial room we were assigned at the end of the hallway on the first floor stank so bad that we had to request another. It was located next to an area that looks to be under renovation, but I would bet money that the rooms in that area suffered recent flood damage because it smelled like the room had been wet and not properly cleaned/ventilated. The next room on a different floor was clean and the bed was comfy, so that was nice. You get what you pay for, so we knew this hotel was nothing fancy going in, but we would expect the bare minimum amenity of a continental breakfast, at least. This was not offered, and that was a bummer. Not sure why they have a whole dining area outside the lobby with no continental breakfast offered, unless the kitchen where food is prepared is not up to code due to what we suspect as flood damage from rainwater. Aside from that, the young man who checked us in could have been nicer. He wasn’t rude, he just wasn’t very welcoming. Very mono-toned and just going through the motions. Please do not sell flood damaged rooms that have not been properly and fully restored and please coach staff on being pleasant and welcoming for a better overall experience.
- 2/5
check-in guy was annoyed to have to be working. lock on my door didn't work. room smelled. just overall not an enjoyable experience.
- 2/5
Lot of noise
- 2/5
Show a breakfast have none
- 5/5
Room and restroom were clean. Bed was wonderful and room smelled clean. I will definitely come back
- 4/5
The room was great. Plenty of space and I loved the sofa. I did miss the microwave in the room but other than that the stay was great.
- 3/5
So so
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Water temp was sporadic but never cold. Start was nice. Only drawback was was that there were a fair amount of cigarette butts on the balcony.
- 1/5
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever walked into in my life. I have no idea how previous guests have stated that it’s a great hotel. From my short walk into the hotel from the parking lot, there was a cloud of weed smoke hanging in the air. That should’ve been my first clue. The girl at the desk was nice enough so this has nothing to do with the staff. When we got to the elevator I knew we were in trouble. The elevator floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. It almost looked like there was construction going on due the mess on the floor, but there was no construction happening. We got to the room and I had to immediately use the restroom as we had just arrived from a 3 hour road trip. As I sat there and looked at the floor I was MORTIFIED!!! There was not only regular hair on the floor, there was PUBIC HAIR on the floor in multiple areas! I was completely shocked and grossed out! Then I looked at the walls and they were covered with goop. Just absolutely disgusting conditions! I immediately knew I made a mistake in booking this hotel. I contacted Hotels.com and they were FABULOUS!! They contacted the front desk and explained the situation, then they got back to me and said that we could leave and would be getting a refund. Absolutely stellar customer service from Hotels.com.
- 4/5
Easy checkin, room was reasonably quiet for a busy location. Plenty of parking. Good value.
- 4/5
We have stayed here several times, and it is definitely the best bang for your buck. Inside clean - it is the grounds that need care.
- 5/5
Did not have one
- 2/5
Service was not so good I’ve machines didn’t work , half building looks like under construction no breakfast or coffee
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable
- 1/5
The staff was horrible, no one greets you and they’re just sitting on the stool behind the desk on the cell phone. Room had a broken A/C, I was given a handicapped room when it was never requested and when i asked to please have another room the CSR gave me an attitude, this was 10/5 at around 8pm. Horrible service. Carpet in room felt dirty, tacky, who knows when was the last time it was cleaned. The exterior of the building was in poor condition, landscaping was definitely not being done and the place seemed like abandoned. Very bad property. Avoid if you can.
- 1/5
This property is very unsafe. We was there for the fair. They stole my husband truck & a friend that was with us Corvette. No security camera & no security patrolling their parking lot. This was the worse day. Ask the guy that work there said this always happen cars getting stolen. I really dont recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and very helpful.
- 3/5
Dirty Rooms, no smoking allowed, but you can smell smoke everywhere on the 5th floor, dog hair all on the floor, coachroach in the room, dirty vents, etc... good stay, cheap, but just suboptimal living situation
- 4/5
Under construction but definitely NOT a problem. The only drawback was lack of breakfast. Otherwise everything was fine.
- 2/5
Was told their was dining options and breakfast which there was none of.
- 3/5
the room was adequate but in need of updating. Outside needed much landscaping.
- 5/5
!
- 2/5
I asked for a specific room at the time of booking, when I arrived, I was told the room wasn't ready, but it was mine as soon as it was ready around 3. I came back at 4 and a different person said that room was occupied. One of the desk clerks is a liar.
- 2/5
Our door was messed up. The dead bolt would not lock and it was because someone had completely pried it out of the door jam. When opening the door with your electronic door key, and pushing the door in, this caused the door to not open easily because where it had been pried inward it bend the jam and the door catches. I brought this to the attention of front desk staff and they said they could have maintenance come look at it…in the middle of the frigging night…but could not move us as they were “full up”. This is in middle of Dallas…so did not feel safe rest of night and do not sleep well. Our room was also at end of hallway where “construction” was going on and end of hallways was taped of with heavy plastic and hazard tape. When we got up at 7 next morning and were getting ready we heard drilling and when leaving at 8 people were carrying out lamps and tables…check out is 11 so what about folks wanting to sleep??? So tacky.
- 2/5
Poor customer service
- 5/5
Bus. Friendly
- 5/5
Love it here

When we bought the room, we were informed that breakfast was included, however once we got to the hotel, they told us that was no longer applicable due to renovations that were occurring, however, there was no price alteration. We proceeded to the room and after setting our stuff down, we peeled back the sheets of the bed to discover they were dirty and hadn’t been changed out or washed since the last guest. We requested they be changed and they did. Later that night, we proceeded to take showers where we attempted to use the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner that were provided and attached to the wall of the shower. However, upon using them, we quickly realized that there was a foul stench coming from all three containers. Unsure if it was the brand or if the previous resident did something to them, we decided to request them to be changed from the front desk yet they never swapped them out and we had to purchase our own toiletries from Walmart. When we finally got back to the hotel after our outings, we returned well after midnight for some much needed rest. We fell asleep around 2am hoping to get a good quality sleep, but were abruptly awoken at around 8am, if not earlier, by construction from the renovations happening very close to our room. Was a miserable experience to say the least and will not be returning.
- 1/5
Staff was ok but the rooms smelled like mold. The carpets were wet and even after moving rooms, the smell was strong
- 3/5
It didn't stink.
- 2/5
This place looks nothing like the pictures or reviews. Should be illegal to allow this to keep happening
- 3/5
Having stayed in a few hotels on this scale recently, I have to say this was a great experience for the price. The rooms were well organized and clean. They had all the extras available (make-up remover, lotion, shampoo, etc.), and the bed was fine. The hotel is also very quiet and has a 10 PM-7 AM "quiet time." About the only two negatives I can say about it are that the handicap parking is not very near the door, and the pillows were the cheap, dacron, "lumpy" style (however, they did not give me a migraine so they were not that bad). This is a solid 3-star hotel to me.
- 5/5
Plenty of shopping and food nearby
- 1/5
They said breakfast online, and there’s no breakfast because of construction, but I saw a review from 4 weeks ago complaining about this construction so they could have easily updated this!!!!!!! Also the construction is LOUD! I hear it ALL. DAY. LONG. Right upstairs a hammering all day, my cat couldn’t even sleep at all because of it. No microwave either. The price for this should be $30 a night, yet I paid $97 for one night. Absolutely horrific.
- 3/5
Screen walk off balcony, view was of 75. Room was clean. Staff was kind. Lobby and amenities is where most of the properties investment is. There’s also construction on the back end of the hotel where conference center is, it was taped off but no noise on the weekend I was there.
- 5/5
Staff we engaged with were very nice. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was fantastic.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 3/5
The construction at 7:30 in the morning was loud and seems like some people living in their cars in the parking lot that was right outside of the window that we could hear late at night talking.
- 4/5
Overall, our room was fine. There was food that had been left in the refrigerator, and the provided soap and shampoo had a very unpleasant smell. Price was surprisingly good and it made up partially for the lack or breakfast or bar options. Evidently this will become a Marriott Courtyard property in another month, and they are now just waiting for the transition.
- 3/5
Had no clue they were under construction. Our room ened up being right next to the construction area. They never told us anything like pardon our dust or anything. We didn't think there would be work being done on the weekend so we didn't ask for a different room. 7 am on a Saturday the noise started. Plus the room was only kina clean. Mold in several place and to top it off our headboard had some kind of dried fluid that was not cleaned. The only reason i didn't give a lower rating was it looked they were kinda trying. Plus free breakfast
- 1/5
Carpet was crunchy, all the furniture was sticky in the room. A/C was old casement style and was either on and freezing cold or off. When I made the res nothing was said about remodeling and construction…Someone started hammering at 7:10 AM below my room …… Don’t waste your money….
- 1/5
The first night one of the parents cars got broken into in the parking lot and then the 3rd night the fire alarm went off, flooded half the floors and the fire department couldn’t get the main turned off. We were displaced at 2 am in the morning and had to find a new place to stay. With no word from management. We had heard this had happened two weeks prior as well. We stayed at the Royal Sonesta in downtown Chicago and it was amazing. This was a huge disappointment. And I’ve still not heard back from management.
- 2/5
There is a roach in my room I need another room or hotel I’m autoimmune compromised I can’t be around this
- 3/5
The sink drain smelled like sewer. Every time we used the sink the entire room would smell like sewer. The air conditioning didn’t work good. The room was always stuffy and warm.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
Everything was good except breakers were thrown and I lost power to 3/4 of room and it took them hours to correct it.
- 4/5
Have stayed here multiple times. Location is very convenient and friendly staff. I call it a "no frills" hotel because it does not offer breakfast but does have coffee in the lobby. However, the outside area has nothing growing but weeds so it has no appealing value when walking up to the entrance. Seeing trash and weeds outside would probably make some people turn away from this property. Hopefully they start paying attention to the outside visual but keep offering the "no frills" approach.
- 4/5
My room was clean and I felt safe, but the hotel could update their facilities.
- 3/5
There was no indication that the property was under construction. The smell of the room was likely due to the construction. I just needed a place to lay my head and the price was reasonable for the area. Staff were very nice and location fantastic.
- 4/5
The air conditioner wasn't working very good. sweat all night. The toilet seat was coming off. Still love staying there.
- 4/5
great hotel and friendly staff, Had to pay a $100 deposit and could not check in until 4:00pm. Other hotel only have a $50 deposit and you can check in at 3:00pm.
- 3/5
I got placed in a room next to remodeling so I couldn’t get the sleep I wanted the room had stains on the floor with carpet. The front desk workers were real sweet.
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay
- 3/5
Deposit required to check in, not advised at time of booking. Second deposit requested to stay extra night. Does not accept cash. Restaurant closed, so no breakfast, no partial refund. Room service upon request, but never show up. For the price, poor value for money.
- 4/5
We reserved a king size bedroom. The room was clean. Every day, housekeeping would come in to replace our garbage bins and give us new towels. The only two things that the hotel should really invest in are better fitness equipment and coin machines for the laundry. Most of the equipment were broken or not working properly and it ended up with just one treadmill left. We didn’t get to use the laundry because the hotel is a cashless hotel and there were any machines to break change either.
- 5/5
Affordable and comfortable
- 2/5
Hotel is under construction with workers using loud machinery most of the day starting in the morning.
- 5/5
Great stay only complaint was no breakfast and says breakfast online
- 3/5
I liked the lobby area and the easy check-in. The lack of a continental breakfast really is a retraction
- 5/5
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel in the last few months. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
It's under construction
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay!
- 4/5
Construction areas
- 5/5
Nice! Clean! Comfy! My only complaint would be my room without a view. There was a huge wall 10 feet from my window, so I had absolutely no view. I guess I drew the short straw this round 😎.
- 1/5
No
- 4/5
Overall more than sufficient and a very good price considering the area and the fact that I only needed sleeping arrangements
- 5/5
Very clean organized staff friendly and helpful. Printer was down but still found a way to help print my docs using a different printer. Also housekeeping when asked and very quick. Definitely will be back
- 5/5
Desk clerk Dior was very nice and friendly. The security of the hotel was great and made me feel at ease when arriving after hours. Was fast check in process.
- 5/5
Check in fast and easy, friendly staff, beautiful and wide room, safe and spacious paảking. I’ll come back!

- 3/5
I'm sure that the issues incurred during my stay will be resolved. Very noisy air conditioner Room had tobacco odor Sliding glass door to patio extremely difficult to open and close (no other windows) The room refrigerator was the smallest and least usable that I've ever experienced. No shelves for any product of any sort and just enough room for a few sodas or beers No microwave No room safe No initial complimentary water ($3 469 size available at local stores) No breakfast.. restaurant area has been closed probably for nearly a year but that's supposed to be resolved with the renovation STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD.. VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND MADE NOTE OF THE COMMENTS THAT I MADE

I came during a birthday trip and it was an OK stay based off price & proximity. I had fruit flies and mosquitoes flying in my room and I was on the first floor (no balcony). A lot of construction going on throughout the entire stay, the workers talked loud early in the morning. Last, it was entire car break-in on my last day of my stay on 8/4, that’s entirely unacceptable. It certainly made me question the entire brand of the Sonesta.
- 5/5
It was nice and comfy! Got to relax after attending 2 concerts and just enjoy the view
- 1/5
I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but my experience was completely different — and honestly, incredibly disappointing. The lobby looked like something out of a 5-star hotel, which gave a good first impression. But the moment I walked into the room, it was a total contrast. It smelled strongly of cigarettes, felt dirty, and although the bed was made to look clean, you could feel it wasn’t. The room just felt grimy overall, like they tried to mask the condition instead of truly cleaning it. To make matters worse, the parking lot clearly showed signs of frequent break-ins, and I did not feel safe — especially as a woman traveling alone. I had only booked the room a few hours before arriving, and I immediately wanted to cancel. I told the hotel I didn’t feel comfortable staying due to safety and cleanliness concerns, but was told it was too late to cancel. When I spoke to the manager, he was defensive and unapologetic. I calmly explained how I felt, but instead of acknowledging or addressing my concerns, he dismissed them and said I’d have to go through Expedia for help. I ended up not staying in the room at all, meaning I paid for a service I never even used. The only reason I’m giving this even one star is because of the young woman at the front desk. I don’t remember her name, but she had only been on the job about a week and was genuinely kind, understanding, and professional. She was the best.
- 3/5
Was an overall nice stay but the pictures online did deceive me. Just needs to be updated overall then it would be a 10/10 for now I give it a 7/10 just because it is older.
- 3/5
Just ok. Close to noisy freeway, no breakfast included and area surrounding is average
- 2/5
Dirty air vent; scratchy sheets; thin TP; renovations ongoing with work beginning at 9:00 am every morning, including weekends (particularly difficult for those of us from the west coast or another time zone); no A/C in the fitness room; bar closed; no breakfast as advertised( near a busy road that was loud at night
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay with great rates
- 4/5
The pool needs to be renovated. You may have to ask for better face towels. Im glad Marriott is taking the hotel back it was much better (up keep) when it was Marroitt.
- 5/5
Loved the room and the clearness. The Bed was super comfortable and the couch/ bed was also great!
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel located close to many sites of interest. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite
- 2/5
The room was full of roaches. The refrigerator had dead roaches in it and they was crawling around in the bed. Some young man that worked at the front counter was very rude and nasty towards us for no reason.
- 4/5
There is a gas station and a Tom Thumb across the street, and some dining options. So the area was great for me especially since I was familiar with it prior.
- 1/5
Room and bed sheets have smoke odor
- 4/5
Not bad
- 1/5
Was a decent place but they put us in a room right next where they’re tarped off doing construction, so we dealt with that noise which was whatever. But what really sucked was a chainsaw running at 7am right outside our room the next morning. They were cutting down all their trees.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly , very helpful . Currently under renovation , breakfast questions were confusing for staff as they were unaware of how it would work . Decided to eat out of facility as no services were available .
- 4/5
Our room was pretty decent. It was clean. The over all hotel was fairly clean. The staff were not the most friendly but they did their job. Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying again.
- 3/5
We checked in around 10pm so the check in attendant was gracious enough to have a late check out by noon. The room was fine. But we were put at the end of the hallway. Which ended by a tarp plastic piece stopping guests from walking any further. No big deal because if they are working it’s Sunday we’ll be fine. WRONG we were woke up around 7:15am by loud Hispanic music and talking from the workers right by our room. Super sucked as far as trying to sleep any later and firmly believe we could have been put in another part of the hotel to not have to deal with that.
- 1/5
Never got my deposit back
- 1/5
Not clean. Smelled bad. Things broken. No breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
A/C didn’t get too cold like I like it. Overall nice and clean. Blackout curtain rod was broken. I notified staff when I checked in.

Everything went well

Clean. The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. Slight humid smell to room. Super kind staff. Professional. If you do not care about a pool or breakfast. Perfect for you. Also the exercise room was efficient. Nice treadmill. Some weights. I got a great workout in!

It rained and water was leaking through the elevator.

Will never stay here again. Fire alarm went off no problem but no staff communication. Uncomfortable so didn’t sleep.

I did like the easy check in and politeness of the staff. The room I had was right next to the area being renovated or had some type of water damage to carpet. The smell was so bad that I could not sleep. My room was immediately changed the next morning. The new room did not smell but the tub was dirty. The room key did not always work either. I was there for a total of 3 nights.

Definitely nothing unique that I saw. There was someone in a van in the back of the hotel with sheets up in the window. The hallways were hot, doors were broken on the maintenance room, and it seemed like they were understaffed. I called the morning of my check in like 5 times and got no answer.

Lobby smelled lovely. However, the third floor had fans running apparently due to wet carpet just past our room. Smell was very musty and electrical outtlets did not hold appliance like hairdryer in place

Good location. Nice place!

I was reassigned, but the problems continued. The key cards failed multiple times. The phone in the room didn’t work, and the hallway phone by the elevator was also dead — so every issue required walking all the way back to the front desk. The bed linens in the room were stained. When I asked for clean ones, I was handed an incomplete set and told to change them myself. The ironing board was broken. After my stay, I contacted Sonesta with a detailed summary of the issues. Despite everything, they refused even a partial refund, hiding behind a non-refundable booking policy — a clause meant for cancellations, not for total service failure. Expedia intervened but could only offer a $40 credit. This property fails on nearly every level: security, cleanliness, guest support, and accountability. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to stay elsewhere.

Don’t do it!!! The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! And the building fell apart! Ceilings fell thru from top floors because of water damage. Plumbing backed up! DONYA WAS OUR ONLY SAVING GRACE!

No food even though it says there is breakfast on website. Musty smell in room. Keys had to reprogrammed every day. Some water line break and they cleared is to go in but the alarm continued for 40 minutes making sleep unbearable. So so condition. Pool area was too gross to go in. Two thumbs up though for housekeeping. They don’t clean if you are there less than a week but they made sure we had clean towels every day.

The pool was very outdated and not very pleasant looking, cracking everywhere, dirty. The products used in the bathrooms were disgusting, the shampoo smelled so bad, i hope they change suppliers if that's the issue and hopefully not just rotting product due to being old. The breakfast was not open, luckily we did not plan on eating there. The 5am fire alarm was not a pleasant experience but nothing the hotel could have done different. Location was good, next to a grocery store and CVS. LYFT/UBER picked up with no issues. Hotel personnel were wonderful and helpful.

We went to this hotel after another was a disaster. This was everything the other one wasn't. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely wonderful. Only improvement would be an included breakfast but we were able to get some easy options from Walmart for that.

Rooms had a mold mildew smell

Our rooms were very dirty. This hotel needs a makeover. Plumbing issues, dirty walls in shower, dirty fridge which didn't work well. Holes in carpet, furniture and walls. Pool area needs all new chairs. It was gross. Had to stay there for a volleyball tournament. However, the staff was very nice and I felt bad for them.

I was charged for things I didn’t even accept and I haven’t received a refund.
