The staff was super quick to help! Really nice, they have a computer for use, it’s clean - smells clean too! The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided each day. Has soap, conditioner etc, available. Sheets on bed were clean - it was a pleasant stay!

I chose to spend extra on this hotel to stay at with my stepdaughter so we had a nice place to stay, however I was pretty disappointed by the state of the hotel carpeting, cleanliness, and wear. On the good side, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and tried going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable.

Our flight had been cancelled at DAL and we booked this room last minute for the night. The staff were so kind and helpful. They lent us a phone charger since the airport kept our checked bags and offered to call shuttle service in the morning to take us the airport. The shuttle service wasn’t available so they ended up calling us an uber and even allowed us to grab a couple breakfast items before breakfast hours. The customer service was amazing and we really enjoyed our last minute stay.

My fav was the shuttle driver, extremely helpful! Saved me money and showed me how to put my two large suitcases together in order to roll them along with my other two bags.

Clean, friendly staff Carpet in hallways are pretty old, dingy & need to be replaced. Room doors need to be replaced. Furniture in room is old & needs to be replaced. There is a moldy smell as one opens the door to the room

Nothing really

Check was smooth, nice aroma when you entered the premises. The bed was extremely comfy, and I slept good. I don't remember the last time I had a good nights rest. I was a lil disappointed with breakfast, there were no meat options. And although the initial aroma was a nice at check-in, the actual rooms were a bit stale.

The best part of my stay was the kindness of the staff. It was a genuine care Smell...it is an older hotel, so it is natural.

Great customer service

The room was great. I wish the government would go home to their family and stay there but it follows like a cloud of doom! Maybe their own family wants them gone to! The only thing I have as a negative response is about the sleep quality as always everywhere little quality sleep! I really know you cannot help that! LOOK AT THE QUESTION ABOVE!

The owner was so gracious and it is extremely obvious the pride he takes in his properties. When you first walk through the doors you are first greeted with the scent reminiscent of The Westin’s White Tea, which is very welcoming and soothing, quickly followed by greetings of genuine welcome from the owner (oh, how I wish I asked his name.) the cleanliness of the hotel was obvious from the get go.

How accessible and easy it was to locate. Very clean and amazing service.

Libby was quiet and cute. Easy access from the car to our room. Continental breakfast was decent and included in the price of the room.

The entire hotel smelled of weed. My husband was propositioned by 2 women before making it to the room. Was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot.

The place was very clean and for the reasons we were there it was in a good location. It's not the most scenic but we were just there to sleep. So for us the worst thing was the bed. The bed hurt to sleep on it was super firm. The other bad thing was the location of the air conditioner, it was a mini split right over the bed and it blows right in your face all night. The other odd thing was when we checked in the guy at the front couldn't/wouldn't help us and we had to wait for a while until a lady came back from wherever she was. It was super awkward.

The room was clean and the bedding was nice and soft. I didn't like the extra lighting from the foyer. My room did not have and outside view.

My room had an odd smell, room was “complete” with what is needed bu very disheveled and beat up, shower didn’t fully close, and toilet was leaking at the base. I was there for 2 nights and had a room with a window but it looked into the hotel - super odd. Stay at the La Quinta next door would be my advice.

The bed was very comfy and the black out curtains were nice for a solid nights rest.

Absolutely nothing. By far, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms smelled, everything is so outdated, couldn’t watch tv for awhile—so they had to change my room. Still didn’t work. A guy came in and suddenly the cable worked. I scheduled my shuttle ride, only to get up the road, and have to turn back around because the shuttle doesn’t go to Dallas/Forth Airport. Which was THE ONLY reason I booked my stay there. Such a bad experience. I’ll never booked here again.

I really liked the little notes such as ‘journal before bed’ that are on the walls in the halls.

Everything was OK, but the hotel is next to a vacant property which makes it seem unsafe. They do have surveillance for the parking area with good lighting and I had no issues with, but I definitely would not stay here again because it. It was basically like a Motel 6 type.

Place smelled bad; Bad vibes; will never stay here again

My only complaint was the breakfast was the same every day. The eggs were dry, the only meat was biscuits and gravy, the muffins were always blueberry. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Hotel under fairly new management. Friendly staff, remodeling. Great hotel for price and location. If flying you can park car safely, transport you to airport and pickup. I’ve stayed here 3 times now without complaint

The elevator smelled like a combination of bengay and Pepto Bismol - was not pleasant. Before booking I called the motel to ask about the airport shuttle and was told that it would pick us up at the airport. Hence an airport shuttle. We rented a car that had to be returned the night before as our flight left early the next morning. When we checked into the motel we requested airport shuttle to pick us up after we returned the car to the rental place. The motel staff stated that they would not provide shuttle service for returning the car to the rental place. We explained we would be at the airport to be picked up and they refused to pick us up. They stated we could be picked up at 10 pm as they were picking up others from the airport at that time but would not make a trip to pick us up. We wound up having to Uber after dropping off the rental car $22.00. We suggest that if you want to return your rental car while staying at this motel be sure you drop it off before you check in to the motel if you're wanting to get them to shuttle you to and from the airport. We rented this room because they provided airport shuttle. We were very disappointed in their unwillingness to provide shuttle service for us. We were shuttling from the airport to the motel - otherwise know as airport shuttle! We won't be staying here again and we visit Dallas frequently. Think twice before staying at this motel.

Easy check in with staff

We stayed overnight for a basketball game. It is not close to much. I was worried about my vehicle getting broke in to but that was fine. The gate doesn’t close. But the property is very clean and very comfortable.

Pretty decent budget option. My complaint was inflexible shuttle service that left me having to use uber if not sure when leaving. I.e. : no steady half hour departure options to pivot to

The room was fine. The queen size beds were extremely small. The elevator reeked.

Bed was tidy, however I don’t think sheets were changed but that may be normal as I stayed 3 nights. The room a/c was somewhat noisy and I had to adjust it X3 to get the proper temperature. The bathroom seemed to be well done, kudos! Overall the value of the room rate was pretty commensurate with the area of Dallas I was in. I’m probably being nit picky due to compared to other of the same ownership properties where I’ve stayed. Overall I had a good stay! Thank you..

Was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable my room was. Did not have great expectations given the neighborhood, but absolutely one of the nicest stays I’ve had anywhere recently.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice, comfy big bed. The shower had horrible water pressure, like it might have been more effective to use the bathroom sink. Also the hallways around the elevator and the elevator itself smelled horrible. Instead of removing that smell the hotel is using horribly overpowering scent diffusers that were their own problem. I think the place needs a deep clean and some maintenance but seems headed in the right direction.

The property was in good condition and well maintained. It is a cheap budget hotel so its not super fancy but for the price it was a great place for a fun weekend with friends in dallas. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was that the air conditioning didnt work great so it was a little muggy / stuffy inside the room but other than that everything else was great.

This little hotel is a real gem! A great price, good breakfast, comfortable room, and super nice staff! We liked it so well that we extended a day just to regroup (do laundry, rest up, reorganize our suitcases, etc.) We will stay here again when traveling through Dallas.

This is a great hotel for a Choice hotel in the area. I've stayed at most of them in the last few years. The elevator hasn't worked here any time I've stayed though which is concerning when you are carrying luggage. This stay the room didn't cool enough for me so I was disappointed. But again, for a budget hotel, this is the best in the area I've found.

Breakfast wasn’t great

Perfect for a quick stop! Very well priced half way between main airport and downtown. Decent breakfast. Large well equipped rooms. Use the Lyft app to get around was only $20 from airport and $10 into downtown. Perfect stay will definitely stay again at that price range

This hotel is in a very creepy neighborhood with nothing (food, convenience store, etc.) nearby. The room smelled like mold and I had severe allergic reactions in the room. The staff was really indifferent towards everything, and the window is facing an inside conference hall with no outdoors view at all.

Was charged $50 extra for the room which I didn’t expect and no that wasn’t part of the deposit because I paid that as well, then they gave me a key to room 114 when I walked in there was a couple in there already and of course they screamed which was even more embarrassing for me.

Appreciate that it was clean.

The elevator was out of service during our stay. When we would return we would ask the front desk (his name is Sam) would just laugh and say "No". We had to use the stairwell which was un-airconditioned and extremely hot. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs. They didn't offer assistance or for us to be moved to the first floor, which would have solved the problem. Don't stay here.

Comfortable beds, but the breakfast was undesirable.

It’s a cost effective hotel. Breakfast was good and on time. The inside of the hotel is kinda dark they should let some sunlight in. My room was okay, just what I need and what I don’t need especially visit for kids tournament. It’s an affordable place to jus lay down with very comfy beds

I was not expecting the hotel to be a good stay, but to my surprise it won me over. I almost canceled thinking it was of a less quality hotel. It was hidden close to medical district and close to everything and eatery establishments. I would definingly book again.

I stayed the night in order to catch an early flight the next morning. The attendant was friendly and helpful. The lobby looks great and is clean. The room was very clean. I had the biscuits (fresh!) with some jam at the morning breakfast station and the coffee was fresh. The shuttle was easy with a friendly driver. It’s less than 10 minutes, I believe, to Love Field Airport.
