Perfect place for a weekend getaway

My Fiancé and I went on a one night trip in Dallas and snagged a deal on the king suite with a balcony. The room was clean, well air conditioned, and inviting. We order a spicy strawberry margarita and peach old fashion from the bar, via room service, as soon as we got to our room. The drinks were top notch and the staff was very friendly and chipper. Later that evening we preordered the ribeye dinner which did not disappoint at all, I would highly recommend to anyone! We also checked out the pool that is actually one indoor and one outdoor connected, which is great for whatever weather or preference. The only downside was a few aesthetic touches; the hot tub was taped off, the light fixtures in the hall were old and worn, the outdoor patio furniture needed new cushions, and the showers had some paint or sealant peeling and need to be redone. As for the balcony it was on the small side but it definitely got the job done. Overall I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone planning a trip to Dallas. 4.8/5 stars!

Superb

Strange parking lot machine on a pole with flashing light, made me scan QR code to pay for parking, I accidentally put in wrong license plate and paid for parking to the evil ever watching machine, hotel said they had nothing to do with parking, so couldn't include it in hotel bill. Car was still there next day, evil machine didn't even notice wrong plates. Staff not very helpful, too busy chatting on phones and with each other. Room was OK, premium for balcony was a joke, the balcony isn't large enough to have a chair or a seat on it. Bar service, slow it wasn't busy.

Fantastic stay, will definitely stay again. Great location and plenty to do.

Friendly staff upon check in Could not take a shower because it didn't work, also the air conditioner sounded like a loud hammer hitting metal every time it kicked on so you wake up every 20 minutes to it. I was scammed

Clean Rooms, Great Staff, Great Bar/Restaurant. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star is the fact that it cost around $65 to park there for 2 nights.

We purchased the discounted breakfast during the reservation and that was also enjoyable. Saved us 20-30 bucks and the food and service was great Only issue was the room was just a little stuffy and we couldn't adjust the thermostat to our liking. But not really ever uncomfortable.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton. The staff was helpful. Our room was great and the location was perfect as we were very close to the location of our convention.

Older and a little beat down in general. Many broken items in room including the air conditioner which is a deal breaker for me, I would not stay here again for that reason alone. We had a "2 bedroom" but it was ridiculously small.

Exceptional

Our bathroom sink was filled every morning with at least 50 ants. The hallways from the elevators to the rooms was astonishingly hot, 100°, meaning they didn’t even try to cool these hallways down. The ac units could not cool down the rooms. They tried overcharging me for incidental coverage. The front desk told me $50 deposit. The hotel tried to take $100 and a $50 deposit. Hotels.com advertised the parking was free. It was $30 a night. Will not be staying at a Sheraton hotel anywhere ever again.

This is just like a motel, too old and no value for the cost.

There were ants in our bathroom and I got a city view but all I could really see was the highway . Had to pay like $40 to park in their parking lot .

Super nice and helpful staff. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Down side was parking is 34 a night prepaid. The ac couldn't keep up. Poor water pressure. Sink doesn't drain. Pictures make room look larger than they are. Was clean though.

Front desk was not helpful with the matter. Room is not being cleaned daily.

Hotel was great! Loved the hotel, clean and great location.

Great time would come again

La cama era muy comoda y esta bueno que tiene una pequena heladera. El gimnasio y la pileta muy bien. La atencion del staff excelente! La verdad que quede muy decepcionada de este hospedaje, las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en verdad, necesitaba una pintura la habitacion, el baño muy mal, muy antiguo. La limpieza no estaba bien cuando llegamos ni durante la estadia. Relacion precio calidad, muy disconforme para ser que es parte del sheraton.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we need for a relaxing stay. The food is also excellent, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without leaving the hotel. From the outstanding service to the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, this hotel continues to exceed our expectations. We look forward to staying here every time we’re in the Dallas area.

The staff was wonderful, gave us lots of information, very helpful. Room was clean, really like the amenities will come back again. The only problem that I did see was that the safe did not work

I was very pleased with my stay. My room was excellent. I don’t mind the highway noise. Staff was very helpful.

Housekeeping is overbearing, they started knocking at 8am, tried coming into room multiple times, more knocking even after telling them I’m still there. 5 different times they either knocked or tried to enter with me telling them I’m still there. I checked out at 9 but checkout is not until 12. Front desk was brilliant. Because of the housekeeping definitely won’t be back.

Nice. & clean

My entire team (8 rooms) did not have hot water for almost 48 hours. The hotel kept telling us that it was getting fixed and after 3 cold showers they had it fixed. The team there apologized for the issues, but nothing other than "sorry" and still cold water. I expect to have hot water at any and every hotel. It is a basic need, not a luxury.

Ok so you have to pay $30 night for parking. My car got broken into. Security didn’t speak any English so that was very frustrating but hotel is not responsible for anything! Right next to medieval times so that’s nice. Bar food and drinks were amazing. Rooms cleaned daily. Balcony is little no room to sit and enjoy but nice to stand and look out.

The professionalism of the staff.

I had ants in my bathroom, my air condition in my room, would net get cold. Stayed between 74-70 degrees, when I had it set to 59. The food was good, and amenities decent.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very comfortable. Above all, the staff are very friendly and attentive, especially the bartender named Monica. She was very helpful and gave us several suggestions for places to go out and things to do in the city.

This hotel was great! The best part was that it was clean! Let's not forget to mention the front desk staff. They made me feel welcomed. I would stay here again.

The rooms were outdated and had “patchwork”. Our room AC didn’t work upon arrival. Had someone come in and adjusted something and it worked for a few hours then back to blowing warm air. The bar was the best thing about the hotel.

The room had sugar ants the next morning on the coffee counter that we didn’t use until our checkout time. No we didn’t not have any food left out.

The guest service agent from Chattanooga was wonderful. I’m sorry I forgot her name. Other than that it was a decent stay. The bathroom door didn’t lock. Older property. A complementary coffee would have been great for the price of the room.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was amazing and very quiet property.

This property was in a good location. The room was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the tubs. Not a fan of tubs or the shower curtains. Staff was great.

Great hotel, location and service

This is a nice hotel family-friendly that was conveniently located near the interstate which made traveling to our destination easier. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and freshly made and the bar was a plus. Whenever I travel to this area in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. I also want to send a special shoutout and thank you to Corey for his professionalism. He assisted us with getting checked in after having some technical difficulties upon our arrival.

have to pay for parking as a paid guest already at the hotel no complimentary breakfast room tvs need to be upgraded

room could be have been stocked with more then one wash cloth and drying towel per guest. bathroom vanity was damaged and it looked like a quick “patch” job was done not very presentable. There were cracks in the wall and bathroom tub water took 20 min to drain.

The room was neglected. Upon arrival we found a tiny yellow pill in the sofa. The light next to the bed was flashing. The water would not turn off in the tub so we could hear the water running.

The rooms are nice, the hotel is great. The one thing keeping me from returning is the parking. It was 30 dollars a night, we stayed 3 nights and had 2 vehicles. 200 bux for just parking at our hotel is bananas.

Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was nice leaving us extra towels and coffee when we weren't ready for service. Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendations for places to eat, directions to a couple places, and held our luggage till our room was ready and until we left for the airport. Girl working bar/starbucks during the day even remembered our drink order. Pool was warm and hot tub was relaxing. Fitness center looked nice. They were doing some renovations in the lobby/dining area and the workers were nice and joked with us. Would stay there again.

The towels were hard, one of the lights and plugs didn’t. My phone, iwatch and headphone didnt get charged and didn’t notice it till the morning, there was a noice every time the air went on.

The amenities of the room are a little old and the air conditioning made it kind of stuffy. I just would not go to this particular Sheraton because other Sheraton‘s have been great. The staff was really nice and one lady came from the front desk to personally clean the room for us at 11:30 pm since they didn’t clean it. They did a good job of trying to rectify the situation, but it was too much effort for going on a family trip and losing sleep and time due to all the efforts.

This room smelled like a sweaty old gym. The tub didn’t drain properly, the furniture was stained and worn out. The staff were very polite and helpful, that was the only good part about the hotel.
