The best thing about this place was the Bellhop gentleman when we checked out on Saturday, August 22nd. He was fantastic. The front desk personnel were far from friendly at check in and 3 other times we needed something. There was mold coming out from around the ceiling register (Room 3343). The AC was never consistent. The exterior windows of the hotel were so dusty you couldn't enjoy a view of the city. For the price of rooms plus $55.00 per day for Valet, I wish I had selected a different hotel.

The staff was nice and pleasant I paid over $200 for a room for 4 nights that did not have a walk in shower. And the room was hot

Nothing The hotel was old, and the person at the front desk was slow and unfamiliar with the procedures. One night, the room wasn't cleaned; when we complained, we were told we had to wait until the next day—meaning we had to sleep in a dirty room. I will never return to a Sheraton brand again; it was the worst experience of my life.

They add a $30 Destination fee or $30 resort fee per night onto your stay when you check in. So the price on Expedia is not the price that is advertised. When I called to complain they refused to give me a credit or return my money. Marriot has been sued before for undisclosed fees by the Texas Attorney General and Marriot continues to charge them.

Our entire stay was great. Nice location. Food was great.
- 5/5
The hotel is massive—multiple towers, tons of floors, and true to the "everything is bigger in Texas" motto. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and fully functional. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Tip: Opt for the valet parking, as the public parking options require quite a long walk. On Saturday morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at Open Palette. At $25 per person, it offered excellent quality and a great variety of options. In today's economy, it’s well worth the price, especially given the stellar service. The city was hosting FIFA events, but despite the hustle and bustle, the waitstaff was exceptionally attentive and responsive the entire hour we were there. In short, it was a fantastic experience all around!

Great!

Looking at the mob line-up (with many receptionists), I asked a hotel employee if this is usual or just this particular time slot, something I should avoid getting away for 30 min or one hour to come back to. Two different employees told me that the World Cup and some group check-ins are taking time. They were neutral, not recommending I go away, and not telling me that it would be a long line, more or less the same as later at a major airport's security line. The receptionist told me that it is the largest hotel in Northern Texas with over close to 1,900 rooms, and the situation is always like this. I did not expect this. I was lucky I did not have a business appointment lined up in the evening. I would have liked to know in advance.

This hotel was great. Wonderful location, clean property, helpful staff, great breakfast, & great parking.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!
- 3/5
Compared to surrounding venues, drinks their bar were overpriced.
- 5/5
Staff and rooms were both wonderful
- 5/5
It was a comfortable stay, it’s a great hotel with lots of amenities.
- 2/5
The hotel was not to expectation especially with such a high cost. Many amenities like the elevators seemed outdated and improperly maintained. The TV in my room had a giant crack down the middle of the screen and the bathroom was not the most clean environment.
- 5/5
Hotel was incredible
- 1/5
The sheets had brown spots on them, there was gum in the carpet (not hard), and someone’s toothbrush was left on the floor of the bathroom. I was totally disgusted by the uncleanliness of the room. I called the front desk and moved rooms around 2-3am. It was a complete inconvenience. They did not do enough to make this incident right either because I booked on Expedia (via 3rd party).
- 4/5
No ventilation in the bathroom and the light was blinking in the bathroom. Some of the staff are very fluent in serving but some are not but attitude was good.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience in the Sheraton all the staff are so pleasant and professional.
- 4/5
Everything was great other than the extra fees (resort fees + parking fees)
- 4/5
~ We asked for early check in at 11am, which was $50 extra. Not the worst. - There was also an extra $29 resort fee per day that we were charged at checkout. - We were also told we had a $20 per day credit to use at the restaurants. When I asked how it worked they told me that it will be credited on our hotel bill when we list the room #. However, this did not happen and when I asked, the same person I checked in with said he didn’t see any transactions showing we are at the restaurant. I offered to show my credit card app, but he said that will not work. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have the hotel clearly communicate how these options/fees work.

Was very happy with my stay at the Sheraton Dallas. Easy check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The hotel gym is probably the best I’ve ever seen. It’s equivalent to a private gym.
- 1/5
The staff was unhelpful and very condescending.
- 5/5
We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricey but the the room was affordable. The breakfast buffet was decent. Parking was in the garage across the street and $36 which is pretty standard for bigger city hotels. Would stay here again.

Room was clean , staffs are so kind.

Overall great hotel just did not like the surprise charge.
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet, friendly staff and great cocktails in the sports bar.
- 5/5
Loved the standard room for a quick 1 night stay. Would recommend booking a bigger room if sharing with another guest due to limited space in the bathroom. Great restaurants and convenience store on the ground floor. Very close to nearby attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

No complaints….one of my favorite hotels! Everything is simply so great about it.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff very clean. Located downtown adjacent to many popular events and attractions. Only downside is parking.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and has several shops and place to eat. Very convenient to downtown. The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Parking was easy | Centrally located | fun bar downstairs.
- 5/5
My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the fluffed pillows and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Additionally, the convention hall was expansive and very well-maintained, making it a perfect venue for our event. The highlight, however, was the consistent outpouring of generosity and the smiling faces in every department. I truly look forward to staying here again!
- 4/5
The stay over all was great. Did have an issue with employees in the open market but the hotel did their best to make up for the issue

Big hotel. Good vibes
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, very helpful and courteous. Restaurant was excellent; The $19 burger was outstanding! Well worth the price. Banquet services for convention dinner was good, as convention banquet dinners go, and again the help and service was kind and polite. I enjoyed mu stay.

Room was very clean!!
- 4/5
조용히고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 단 건물이 많이 흔들렸어요.
- 5/5
Limited parking but not bad. Elevators need to be updated.
- 3/5
The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan.
- 1/5
Where do I even begin! Basically the hotel tried to double dip and charged me and took money from Expedia! Claiming Expedia cancelled my stay! Never ever again will I stay at this hotel
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. There was a light out in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The location and amenities are great but the reception staff are brusque and not helpful. The elevator system is confusing and the employees don’t even seem to understand it.
- 5/5
Great hotel with lots of restaurants
- 4/5
Parking was $30 a day and the elevator only work the 1st day had to take the stairs the next 2 days. Be aware they also charge $30 a day in destination fees . I could have stayed another day with all the extra fees.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Pretty clean, no issues.
- 5/5
I had read several reviews about how the hotel wasn't up to standards. We had no such experience. Everything was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Room was clean, up to date, and the cleaning ladies were great. I have no reason to give a rating other than 5 stars.
- 5/5
They were super friendly, and the hotel is beautiful.
- 3/5
Cons: The conference center rooms were absolutely FREEZING! My room had issues with the toilet flushing properly and the bath tub emptying appropriately. The pool was meh and there is A LOT of street noise (not sure how you could combat that but it led to a not so relaxing time by the pool). All of this AND add on the resort fee that is not advertised or told to anyone until it's too late at check in time, definitely would not return.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and helpful!!

The air Quality of the room was bad. I have difficulties with my sleep for the duration of my stay. It just mere wasting of my hard earned money.
- 2/5
Staff - the servers didn’t attend to the table at the restaurant. The valet didn’t pull the car and we waited 30 minutes after calling for the car, the front desk didn’t see my hat that I asked for and sent me away, even though she found it sitting under her monitor afterwards, the gift shop attendant was rude. Just not a friendly environment

All staff were excellent, especially the staff helping with luggage and parking! Too notch staff. Very helpful at all times and friendly.

Staff wasn’t nice at all. Room temps were wild - over 90 degrees even with engineering coming to fix them. I would not stay here again.

breakfast was really good
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 1/5
Room neglected. Spoke to 5 different staff about the same issue and when we said this we were told “we’re a separate team how would we know”….. you would think communication between the employees who work at the hotel would be better. No weekend buffet breakfast, which was advertised. Hotel was practically empty yet we were in the furthest “tower” on the top floor. The hallways had food and dirt on the carpet outside the gym and near the hallways for the full time we were there. I’ve stayed at Sheratons before and they are normally great. I don’t normally write reviews but want to warn anyone else considering of staying there!
- 2/5
My room was dirty when I arrived
- 5/5
We live staying here. Hotel is so nice and quiet. Staff is so friendly and hotel is very clean.
- 3/5
Limited healthy options at breakfast
- 1/5
We were gone from our room for over eight hours and specifically requested housekeeping service. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all—beds untouched, trash still present, and nothing refreshed. After a long day, coming back to a dirty room was unacceptable. To make matters worse, food we had stored in the refrigerator had completely spoiled, only for us to discover that the fridge was never plugged in. This is a basic amenity failure and resulted in wasted food and unnecessary inconvenience. After calling multiple times for housekeeping, it took over an hour for someone to finally arrive. At that point, the damage to our stay had already been done. It also took an hour and a half and multiple requests before the manager, Alan, came to our room. Only then was any attempt made to address the situation, which amounted to comping our valet parking. While appreciated, this did not come close to addressing the cumulative issues we experienced. Additionally, the experience at the Open Palette restaurant inside the hotel was unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes at our table without receiving drinks, despite being seated and acknowledged. With no communication or service, we ultimately walked out. Overall, this stay reflected a serious lack of attention to service, com
