Pool was much smaller than expected. Great check in process and great large room. Had dinner from the bar area. Portions not too big, but tasty and good price for hotel. Great breakfast included with stay!

Another issue was that whenever the guest in the neighboring room cooked, the smell would seep into my room. The odor was so strong that it made it difficult to breathe comfortably and disrupted my ability to sleep. I also asked the front desk for assistance with the Wi-Fi, but the receptionist was unable to help, explaining that they were the only staff member on duty. While I understand that staffing limitations happen, I was disappointed that no alternative solution or additional support was offered. Before checking out, I asked if it would be possible to extend my checkout time from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. since my flight did not depart until 6:00 p.m. I was informed that the only option was to book and pay for an additional night, which felt unreasonable for a two-hour extension. Overall, this was not the experience I expected. The cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, strong odors from the neighboring room, lack of assistance with Wi-Fi, and inflexible checkout policy made my stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Superb

Spacious room with a large working desk and easy accessible power connections. Ideal for business travellers. 2 min. walk from a large shopping mall. Very spacious lobby. Breakfast on Saturday morning was quite different than Friday morning ; no waffles, no mixed fruit, plastic cutlery instead of metal and carton plates.. Not that standard you would expect at this price range..

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was pretty good. Stayed with someone with a disability and due to the staff allowing a pool party by one of the families staying there we were unable to access the pool lift for those who are disabled. There were also people smoking weed and staff didn’t seem to care.

Nice hotel

The room was really nice and comfortable. The main bed was very cozy. The sofa bed wasn't. We enjoyed free breakfast and all staff members were extra kind and helpful. We didn't realize that the parking garage was for a daily cost. So, just be aware if you book through Expedia.

Rooms were clean over all and the hotel itself self is clean. The pool could use a cleaning considering that it’s outside. However they did give me a complementary cocktail at the bar, still doesn’t count towards the money spent for the stay. Overall they need to check all rooms make sure things are running smoothly and no issues. And be more considerate of the guests time and money.

Wonderful location, staff and breakfast.

We were here for a soccer tournament. The hotel has a large lounge area near the lobby. The bar is just ok. The pool and outdoor area is good. The rooms were standard and clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was good and easy to access a lot close by.

They opened the bar at 5 pm, but the barmaid wasn’t there. 5:30 pm no one is there to sell you a beer… dreadful We only attempted breakfast the first day. The quality was bad. From then on we went to Starbucks. The reception gave is a entry pass to the parking. After the second day it didn’t work anymore. With other cars trying to get out behind ours, it was a mess, with no way to talk to reception from the exit of the parking. All the other cars had to back for me to be able to go to reception and get another pass. They were not apologetic at all, and it was their mistake. We had reservations for another 2 days. The service in general was very bad. They don’t have a service attitude, and they don’t have enough staff. I use Marriot a lot, but this is one of the worst Marriot hotel i have been to, in the world, and bad period.

Nice room layout, they had internet issues so we had to be escorted to our room every time we needed in. We decided not to swim because of that issue. Things happen so we just tried to roll with it but it was inconvenient and disappointing. It was resolved about 1.5 before check out.

Most everything was nice. The parking garage entry and exit was a bit of an adventure. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Will not be returning due to the $25 a day parking fee and we had two vehicles to pay for…be up front and say this in your listing

The hotel was good we wanted to really use the pool but I noticed no one swimming in it and we went to check it out and it looked like there was dead worms in the pool

The manager was pretty rude there . And there was a miscommunication of parking pricing

The people in rooms above me were making so much noise stamping on the ground also and slamming doors. At breakfast, a lady only questioned me on the room number I was in and if I’m the only person there. The other guests heard and questioned why they weren’t asked yet I was. This was very unsafe for me and disappointing as I was solo. Especially choosing to take a trip after my dad’s passing. I won’t come here again.

Very nice property, clean , great location to eateries and shopping, highway, and Walmart. Staff was great! The breakfast was good, slight difference from weekday menu compared to weekends. We prefer weekday.. with bacon and waffles. One side is AC hotel and the other is Residence Inn, each had there on side for breakfast. Great experience. Only downside is there a 24 dollar charge per night to park in the gated garage but there is parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean room with included parking and easy access to North & South Dallas via Toll Road. Room had a full size fridge and large walk-in shower plus a comfortable bed!

The rooms are spacious and feel new. The common areas are very nice. Free parking can be found on the street or you can pay for the parking garage. Easy 5 minute walk to the Galleria or to Target. Staff would not allow me to check-in at 2pm. Told me I had to come back after 3pm. When I arrived again at 6pm, the computers were down. Once in the room, the refrigerator was so loud that it sounded like I was in a factory. I had to turn the cooling function off in order to sleep.

His presence, his jewelry, his personality — every interaction with him was a moment of joy. Mornings felt brighter because of those small conversations. Was charged $100 for parking during my stay when I didnt request parking as I never had a car. Hotel refused to remove the charge.

whether it was a late check in or late check out or early breakfast, everything was done with care and a positive attitude. entire staff full of leaders which is awesome to see. look forward to staying again!

GREAT stay, breakfast could be better

Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!

Upon checking out of the hotel. I spoke with front desk attendant ADA she was very rude and became upset because I asked for a receipt of payment.

The $19 breakfast buffet was very much worth the price because I woke up extremely hungry and love eating charcuterie & fruit in the morning. The only recommendation I can make is that they get shower doors that close completely.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you’re in town for a concert, sporting event, great dining, or just a girls weekend out, this is the perfect place to stay. There’s so much to see and do all within walking distance — you really can’t beat it!

Exemplary service, with a very relaxed environment, just a few minutes from downtown Dallas if you use the toll and within walking distance of the galleria.

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the internet/tv service in the bedroom, it would buffer every few seconds. And on the tv in the front room some of the channels weren't working. Other than that everything was great. Hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. Full size fridge, silverware and dishes. Bottle/wine opener.
