My experience was amazing only problem I had was AC and TV was not cooperating,I finally call the staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to change rooms with no questions! That was customer service 💯

Very large and clean rooms in a nice location. Wasn’t crazy about the fold out bed, but the staff changed our room to a two bed suite with no issues. They were great to understand and work with us on a resolution

The suite came complete with kitchen essentials (dishes, towels, dish washing liquid, a pod for the dish washer, a roll of paper towels, etc.) I have not had a hotel room so clean in a good while. The breakfast was not necessarily what I prefer to eat (I only had a taste for something light - the oatmeal was just not it) but the fruit was SO fresh! It was an overall great breakfast experience judging by the patrons in the dining area. The staff was friendly and welcoming on every shift. The playlist is a vibe. We were only 15 mins from downtown. N/A

Convenient location, breakfast was good, rooms had good space and working area They didn’t clean the rooms daily… too many sounds around. Shower had a constantly water drop that didn’t let me sleep

the gym was very disappointing, it was only 3 treadmills, 1 bench and a few dumbbells. booked the place specifically for the gym and it was a big let down

The man at the front desk was so sweet and always helpful with anything I needed ! The location is great the basketball court pool and sports stuff that was available was a huge plus for the kiddos room was huge and comfortable!! Breakfast was amazing plenty of options eggs a meat, waffles cereals breads oatmeal with all the fixings definitely will stay here again

Easy to find offf the interstate. Friendly staff, usual breakfast of waffles and fruit and cereal. Nice with the toppings. Hot was scrambled egg and sausage and and egg muffin so not a lot of variety but tasty. Breakfast was early too and was over by 9:00 weekdays which was later for us as a holiday maker. Pool was nice Rooms were large enough with seating for the 4 of us to watch tv which can be lacking in most places. No oven in kitchen but a full fridge freezer hob dishwasher and microwave.

Hotel room was clean and bed comfortable but I would not stay here again because they charge for parking. And I did not see anywhere when I booked at this hotel that I would be charged for parking and it is not on my receipt.

It was definitely nice. Everyone was very helpful and patient! Room was nice, just don't leave anything on the counters. Little ants will attack. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Decent breakfast options, very friendly front desk, clean and spacious rooms. My air conditioner was noisy and barely cooled the room but otherwise it was a great stay.

The location was good for our trip, as we were attending an event at the convention center, and it was only a ten-minute drive. However, the hotel was well outside the main downtown area with most of the hotels and restaurants.

My family and I stayed here on a business trip. Our room was very nice, clean and big with a small kitchenette and a big fridge, remote control curtains, and a nice big restroom. The free breakfast was perfect. Olive Garden, Starbucks and Buffalo Wings were located next door to the hotel. I will definitely stay at this place again. :)

The diabilty shower flooded all around the toilet where my other 3 fam members couldn't shower Sofa bed metal frame stuck out and daughter couldn't sleep on it and it's ghe reason we rented as we. Ant hsve a female almost 16 yr old share a queen bed with her 17 yr old brother Husband and I were unhappy and am staff made excuses for the shower and bed saying the sofa bed isn't considered a bed it's just extra space really bc we use it for an extra sleeping area since my teens cant share a bed and apparently was gonna talk to the manager about some sorta credit never happen. I so NOT recommend wasting your money when there's better hotels who check rooms and ensure you have a positive experience. My family will never stay at this hotel no matter what state we travel thru .

The room was clean but we just asked Alex to have it vacumned and he had them do it with no issues. The next morning I met Blessed Jefferson and she is exactly as her name implies, helpful and the epitome of service, always there to lend a hand or a voice of encouragement. She is truly someone you should meet and we hope we get a chance to see her again one day! Alex and her deserve a promotion but they should always interact with customers. All of the staff at this hotel was just helpful and courteous. From the maintenance man, cleaning staff, and the breakfast attendant. I didnt get the breakfast attendants name but I watched and she kept the food hot and the area very clean every morning. Need anything the front desk is going to try and accommodate you Our only complaint is maybe a minor one it seems the pool could be cleaner and warmer but it still wasnt bad. This isnt a luxury hotel but it is comfortable, clean and safe, no hoards of walking dead homeless walking around like everywhere in Downtown Dallas. This hotel is only about 9 minutes from downtown. The parking lot is well lit, and safe. There is a Starbucks right beside the hotel, and an Olive Garden, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Across the street is a gas station. Also just about a mile up the road there are more stores.

This place was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It was clean, smelled great, and everyone was an absolute joy!

The staff was lovely and involved. This is our second stay at this property because of the location and the friendly staff. On sunday night, we had to evacuate because of a faulty fire alarm, waited with our ambulatory 90 year old mother in the parking lot until the FD cleared us to return. The fire alarm kept going off for about an hour at intervals of 8 minutes. There was no apology or financial offset for the inconvenience and frustration. Aside from that- great stay and breakfast is stellar.

I liked the amenities, like the gym and the laundry room. The pool area looked nice, but it was too cold to swim. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was helpful, especially Loretta. She was very kind. Comfy bed. The room was dirty in some spots. Saw some hairs in corners of the bathroom and hand towels and the remote control was greasy. Beneath the couch cushions was disgusting. Everything else was clean.

The hotel was a bit out of the way. Luckily we had a car but it wasn’t in walking distance to anything other than the two restaurants next to it. It would be useful to have a bus link or something into the centre.

Location very convenient- apying for parking seems over the top though- Breakfast was very good- kitchenette gave multiple options as well as medium size fridge- Wish they had ice machines on every floor and wish water pressure was stronger in shower

The room was so spacious and it accommodated all of us super comfortable. The pool was perfect and so was the breakfast! Staff was so so so friendly and nice, made us feel so good to stay there!

Check in was a little complicated in time-consuming, but once it was done the rooms were wonderful the facilities were clean and bright, the amenities were nice and the breakfast was really good.

The request we placed when booking was provided. The rooms were perfect size and very comfortable. We had the parking view, so e could keep an wire on our vehicle. The only unexpected issues was not using the pool nexause of repairs. We were unable to use it, and Saturday when we were they drained it a little earlier than expected. Other than that perfect location next to highway.

I am a review reader, as I am picky about where I stay, and this place had so many great reviews that I had to check it out. I was not disappointed! We stayed here two nights for a fun concert weekend in Dallas. We chose this location because it was located halfway to everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect location -easy on and off access to interstate. It took us no time to get to concert venue in Grand Prairie, Ripley’s museum and Reunion tower in downtown Dallas. There is an Olive Garden restaurant and Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in the same parking lot surrounding hotel. So convenient. This hotel is so clean and the staff made us feel very welcome. Ms. Blessed at front desk is a delight. The pool was clean and refreshing, not crowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable the bed was so comfortable. I am most impressed by how quiet it was. Literally never heard any annoying noises from neighbors, staff or outside traffic. Nothing. So peaceful. We will definitely stay here again! Loved everything about this place!

The room was wonderful! Wish I had more than one night to spend. The only areas needing attention is my room door had a big chip in it & the wood shelves under my restroom sink also had chips which took away from the beautiful aesthetics of the room.

Great distance from sites in Dallas. Property in excellent condition. Felt totally taken care of by the women at the front desk. They were awesome.!

They were late checking us in, which is necer fun when traveling. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and nice. They refreshed our room every 3 days.They did not vacume the whole time. The front desk ladies were so friendly. I dont kniw whos fault it was, hotels.com or the hotel but we were to check out Saturday and they only booked us till Friday. They were able to let us stay, but that was very concerning.

One thing i was stunned over was a $4.99 self-parking fee she made me aware of checking in. On the hotel.com site i did not see that when i did look that up it was listed in a different area. Anyways, we had to check out Tuesday morning early after 5:30am but no one at front desk and lights were off in office area did see a glass jar that said keys so we dropped our room keys in that and left. recieved in an email today 3-15 a reciept for the 4.99 parking fee they charged on my cc # left for incidentals!! strange

My only issue was that I wasn’t aware until we got home that we would be charged for parking. When I reserved the room I thought the description said “free parking”.

The stay was excellent. The property is new and gorgeous. The staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff were excellent!!! My room was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I had an excellent and very relaxing stay. The only downside was the occasional traffic noise from the nearby freeway, but I'm becoming a little old man now, so I still slept like a baby.....a really really really old baby!!

The hotels condition is a good 6/7 out of 10. But what makes it a 10, is the staff. The manager was so sweet and helpful even after I checked out, she let us use the pool and treated us so well. Will definitely be staying here again.

The desk lady was very friendly and helpful, the hotel very clean but the AC very hot and in the next room was a barking dog from 5 am ,and they didn’t tell me that i have to pay for used the parking and discount from my card without ask me

The room has a lot space. Breakfast is always full with food and it’s good !
