Staff was nice Rooms had bugs everywhere. Bugs in the bed. Sheets were stained. It looked like a halfway house. Surrounding area was industrial so sketchy environment.

The peace and quiet and the service are very good, and the cleanliness is too!!

Paid online and it says kids are free, they tried to charge me $50 deposit per child when we arrived even though their website says that kids are free

Location, room size and bed. The staff were often absent from the front desk and dining room. The breakfast options were carbohydrates, with no single protein options.

The breakfast was not good at all. Very limited. The location was very good. Easy to find, and security was tight. The room smelled like mildew, either the carpet or air unit. There were roaches crawling, especially in the bathroom at night. Not enough staff on duty in housing. Had to wait on towels and when we first arrived the elevator was not available. It was under repairs.

Nothing at all The pool has way to much chlorine, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff was rude and they don’t serve real breakfast unless it’s Saturday and Sunday. House keeping refused to come . The elavator is falling apart . Also if you’re not ready for your kids to see prostitutes don’t book cause they are definitely here and half naked .

Its an older hotel, but it was in a safe location and the rooms were clean. We will stay again in the future.

Need to updated

Elevator was broke, food was disgusting eggs watery and sausage burnt, toaster was broke and there was roaches in the room, with a obvious look of a landlord special with the shotty paint job and repairs. The indoor pool was a joke the tile around was so slippery I slipped and fell and the hot tub looked so gross.

And the staff/management was completely unhelpful in issuing a refund for the final night of my stay, even though the issue with my reservation was discussed more than a month out from my arrival, and I was assured before arriving that the issue would be resolved once I got here. I booked my stay through hotels.com, and even with their representatives talking to the hotel management, the refund was denied. I will never stay here again, and I strongly recommend no one else does, either.

The staff consisting of Dave; Tisha and Sunil were very attentive to my needs as I had an issue with a strange smell in Room 309, which were provided by Sunil at my arrival at the Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E-Walnut Hill on June 26th, 2026. That night and almost midnight, Miss Tisha were very helpful in attending me with the above-mentioned issue. The next day Dave promised me that he will requests Housekeeping to give an extra attention to Room 309, even though Dave gave me several options in changing Room 309 for another, but I decided not to change of room. When I came back afterwards, after spending time with my friend, that Room 309 was very, but very clean and smelling good. ?? On Monday, the day of my checking out from the Quality Inn & Suites, I went to have breakfast as usual and I to my surprise the Kitchen Staff told me that only in weekends they served eggs with sausages, but during the week Waffles; Corn Flakes; etc...

Older property, but well maintained overall. However, the two main reasons that we chose this hotel were the full breakfast and indoor hot tub. The pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay, and there were no hot breakfast options left except for waffles when we arrived at breakfast a full hour before it ended. It’s fair to say that it was just bad luck, but we shouldn’t have to get lucky to receive the amenities that we were expecting.

The second room was not much better. There was a hole in the floor, the AC unit was extremely loud so we could barely sleep, and we even found bugs on the bed. We ended up having to go buy bedbug spray ourselves. When I spoke to the front desk employee about the issues, his response was basically, “you get what you paid for,” which was very unprofessional and disappointing. The replacement room at least seemed cleaner, but it still had mold on the walls. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not stay here again.

There was no breakfast not even coffee and staff was rude not worth the price .

Terrible, customer service. No towels available. Very bad odor thru the hotel. Wall's paint bubbling and chiping off. Elevator floor title cracking and coming off. Smell of burnt marijuana above. Noise came through the windows. Terrible experience.

i travel for work usually i prefer stay close to airport and breakfast included so i can have a meal and get to wor in the morning. the world class breakfast claim fell flat once i woke up to go it was waffles and juice coffee no bread no eggs nothing just empty table though it had the hot plate and other appliances sitting with nothing in or on it. i asked the front desk, the answer was, sorry sir we didnt get the delivery”. nothing change the next day except there was cheapest white bread. front desk personnel change every 4 hours i noticed. i guess some cheap labor on part time schedules. overall i wud say the motels industry have lost their edge and american charm. long gone the days. it feels like this motel industry is taken over by some alien entity and it aint good old american charm. its something else definitely. lesson learned next time pay some extra money and or compromise on distance from airports but definitely will rent a room in HOTEL.

The room was cleaned. Didn't see much of the staff, but the ones I seen were okay not overly friendly. Weekday breakfast was okay but didn't make it to the hot tub. That's all folks!
- 5/5
It was cool, I'll go again
- 1/5
Nasty
- 2/5
The bathroom doesn’t look great and the worse part is the food. Coffee was so cold and eggs and sausage are only available on a weekend. You can’t take food out to the room and cleaning is also on a request.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good but someone opened my room door while I was inside

Room was discussing and smelled.. did not stay
- 2/5
There was mold in the shower on the ceiling and wall. I was afraid to use the shower. The room was not clean and my bedding was not clean.
- 4/5
The room we were originally given, AC was broke. We let management know and they put us in a better room. Then we went to the pool area, the water smelled bad, and half of the hot tub jets were not working.
- 4/5
Was better then last time definitely a plus
- 3/5
Air didnt work
- 3/5
I literally saw a big roach in the restroom as well as the AC conditioning was not working nor the TV the TV had white dots on it and the TV was very dim There was a very bad smell I was exchanged to a better room for no extra charge so I'm very grateful for that but very inconvenience for the first night. I was told to let the AC cool down the room, but it never did and I have to wait till the next day to get a new room
- 1/5
The place was dirty and the heater didn't work. In fact, turning the heater on was like turning on the A/C, so it made the room colder.
- 1/5
mold, big holes where its was obvious some one punched through the closet door, stains on towels, and lampshades black stuff on ice tray broken ice machines hot tub was about 1 foot low on water and theat the counter said " he didn't it know how to turn the water on to fill it and wasn't going to call anybody because he didnt want to pi$$ anyone off first 2 rooms where still dirty from previous people. The entry doors on both ends of the hotel had completely broken off.Door handles was very hard to open .Kids woke up on 2nd night with bites form something .I dont know how this hotel is raited at a 7.5 plus i definitely do not recommend!
- 3/5
The clerk did not i for us of breakfast times or location. We had to figure it ourself. It was a non smoking but there was a lot of smoke smell. We only got one key for the room and when i asked where the room was at it on the third floor and that was it. Breakfast was decent. No shampoo in the restroom and the bathtub was very slippery. The hotel is old.
- 1/5
In my room the air conditioning did not work and they did not care, they did nothing to fix it, I had to leave at midnight because we could not sleep all the facilities in poor condition, I definitely did not recommend it.
- 2/5
Called before booking hotel and asked if pool and hot tub were in service. I was told pool and hot tub worked. Pool was VERY dirty and hot tub was filled half ways. Hot tub was cold and never got warm. It was basically swimming in bath water. Late check out is not an option here either. Beds we’re comfortable but I would not be back.

Worst hotel ever, especially for a family with kids. The staff at check in was really rude. I checked in around 9:55 p.m. and asked him what time the pool closed and his response was "its already closed" I said okay so what time does it close? And he said 10. I asked if there were any other entrances or if we needed to enter there through the front he said theres no other entrances. But clearly there were side doors. The hotel stunk horribly throughout. The pictures were probably taken when it first opened and nothing has been repaired or cleaned since. Our kids were so happy to finally have an indoor pool option but when we got in there it was extremely dirty that a state health department should consider closing it down. None of the handicap chairs operated and were all rusted. The doors to rooms have wide gaps in them to where they are not sealed so you hear everything. We were woken up by a female crying and screaming to get her stuff from the male and yelling back and forth. Theres a gentlemens club up the road and this is the location they come to when its closed. Dont waste your money, hot breakfast is disgusting. Definitely will not be recommending or returning to this location. It should be shut down or quality inn should remove their brand from them! Very disappointed for a traveling families first trip to dallas!

The room smelled like urane. There was no room service.
- 3/5
The stay was okay but condition of room was not acceptable for the price. Cracked bathroom door and loose door faceplates, etc. Not to mention that they don’t have enough towels for all of us registered for the room.

It was peaceful and i did get my sleep in. I didn't like the bathroom

This hotel is run down, dirty, in poor repair, and in an awful location next to a row of strip and nightclubs. Very noisy all night. The carpet was so dirty I wore flip flops in my room. Very cheap, but this is a hotel to avoid.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great. The hotel, although “non smoking” reeked of black and milds. Our room- furniture looked unclean, even after wiping them down, there was still a residue. Bathroom vanity was partial board and broken in places. The tub looked and felt as if it was going to fall through the floor. Mold was present on the ceiling and there was about an inch and a half of caulking to “hold” it to the wall. The air conditioner had obviously leaked as it looked like it was falling off the wall. Beds were hard. Our neighboring hotel guests had an entire night of “adult red light activities” which was heard loud and clear and everytime their bed moved, ours did as well. Finally about 4:30 am I banged on the wall and screamed at them to knock it off. Thankfully we only slept there, we were out and about during the day, so overall, it served its purpose but for the price- it sucked.

Easy freeway access with clean room. Professional staffing. Breakfast ok. Fitness room, AC not working and some equipment not working or missing. Pool area/room well kept. Room rate including hotel amenity is reasonable priced and easy on the budget if $$$ is a concern for the traveler/family.

The bathroom faucet had a consistent trickle, not drip a actual trickle of water. Door jambs and walls were rotted away in corners. The bathtub had mold around the edges.

We found huge cockroaches in our bathroom. We were not even offered a new room and had to fight for a refund for that night.

Checkin at front desk was ok as soon as we get to room notice a ceiling leak in yhe bathroom informed manager at front desk he can to look at it and didnt say anything just went to investigate spoke to him a few minutes later and all he wanted to do was downgrade the room and put us in a smaller room with no reimbursement will probably never visit the hotel again due to the experience and the room ac started to leak the last night of our stay
- 5/5
Definitely enjoyed the room. The hot tub was the star of the show. The bed was super comfy and I will definitely be back!
