But, the pool experience was not awesome. Way too many people for such a small area and some inappropriate swimwear... as in, not actually swimwear. We did not stay. It was not a 5-star experience.

Very clean and quiet rooms with a great view of the city. The only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is how crowded the pool area was but I mean it’s expected.

Service and kind staff was impeccable. Highly recommend this elevated service. Great at addressing requests but the follow up of satisfaction was incredibleand appreciated.

The room was great and the view was beautiful. Staff was very kind and welcoming. The pool was gorgeous and we celebrated some birthdays during this trip. Everyone was very kind and celebratory! Valet parking was a separate cost but it was okay since we were aware ahead of time. $100 security deposit/night paid upon arrival as well.

Hotel lobby and shop area lovely and modern, location good. Staff friendly. Room overlooked a building site. Room wasn't the cleanest and quite dated - found previous guests pubic hair and shavings on the bathroom floor, don't expect to have to clean a bathroom yourself with wipes on check-in. Corridors very noisy.

After recently staying at the Gaylord and then this past weekend at Omni Dallas, I would recommend Omni Dallas over Gaylord unless you were going to Gaylord for the waterpark. Overall, the food at Omni was better. The vibe was just better and surprisingly way less expensive than Gaylord. Our room was clean, they had a nice bar. They had live music in the lobby bar area, and my favorite part was the silent disco. It was an extra 20 bucks per person, but it was so much fun right at the hotel we didn’t have to Uber. we didn’t need to even leave. It was a great choice for our girls weekend.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet even in a busy time, rooms were excellent. The only thing that was tough was that checkout was very crowded with several people taking up luggage carts so prepare well beforehand if that is a need.

Restaurants could have better food but the pool is a dream and the staff is great. Overall great stay!

Everything Nothing

Just an amazing lil getaway everything was clean smelled wonderful all the amenities were available staff very attentive

valet service is $40 a day/night to keep your car there and you can go and come back as you please.

Room was nice on the top floor of the hotel. Beds super comfortable. Bathroom good but a little dated. Restaurants were good. Staff super friendly. Nice, central location. Pool was nice but almost entirely populated by adults drinking in the pool. Not great for my kid.

The only downside I had to check out twice due to flight cancellation and both times that check out my final Bill had extra charges from the restaurants in the hotel that were not mine People at the desk were helpful and they remove them from the final bill But I found it weird both times I had charges from restaurants in the hotel on attached to my room other than that very clean very beautiful hotel

Unfortunately I had a very unclean room, and then moved to another room. It was also not clean. Only to moved to a third room. Which was a downgrade from original room booked. The staff and management was very helpful and kind- gave me a food credit and comped one night stay- so for that I was very grateful. But the property needs better cleaning and maintenance.

View and room was good

Tuve una mala experiencia, pero apenas me di cuenta cuando me retiraba de la habitación estaba que buscaba mis cosas para ver que no me había olvidado de nada. Cuando me percaté en el baño. Había una troca interior que no era mía.

The hotel did host two events outside each night on the lawn. The room view of the city was great! The room as I expected since this was my second visit to the Omni Dallas. We were in room 1149 and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to open or close. My wife and kid got stuck inside the bathroom several times throughout the visit. The TV inside the mirror wasn't functioning the enire visit. The refrigerator didn't keep any of our beverages cool, just room temperature. The night valet crew on Friday night wasn't very attentive to the visitors including myself when pulling up for valet service. It was not worth the price we paid for luxury stay. One of the entrances remained barricaded off, even well after the lawn event were completely finished on Saturday night. Our room had a distinct odor, we had to use febreze spray to refreshing the room often during the stay.

Hotel was very clean. Great service..biggest negative was a glass of rose from the lobby bar costing $45!! I was laughing how ridiculous that was. The bartender (she was great) poured the both glasses BEFORE telling me it would be $90.. I politely declined. I get a markup, but good lord

Very beautiful property, everything was so clean. I would say Valet parking was a little bit crazy waiting time was around 10 mins each time but understandable because it was the weekend!

We loved the hotel. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had. It was beautiful. It was truly top tier from the rooms to the valet parking. We will never be able to say enough about our stay and how well we enjoyed it. Until we come again because we will be back.

Terrible stay at the OMNI

This place was amazing

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff were pleasant. Room was beautiful, I had the premier King suit with city view. I did the prenatal message which was lovely. The food was good I just had their classic breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect—close to downtown Dallas but far enough away from the busy traffic. It was only about a 5-minute drive to downtown, and Ubers were always available with very fast pickup times. I was also impressed that the hotel provided a microwave for guests to use if they needed to heat up leftovers, which was very convenient. We are a family of three, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dallas. Highly recommend

Check in process was so smooth! Valerie at the front desk is the sweetest and so helpful! All staff are friendly and drinks from the bars were perfect!

The carpet on our room was NOT CLEAN at all. Also we went to the pool and I am not going to blame the staff BUT they need to put TRASH CANS around the pool at least 1 on each corner. People just don't care they are dirty must of the time and if they don't find any trash cans around they will make a HUGE MESS. I found a floor sooooo dirty full of plastuc cups everywhere and even some food on the floor. Nobody wants to be in a diety pool place. The staff from the parkjng gates were the best so kind and attentive all the time.

Hotel was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The pool area well maintained and looked after. Staff were all friendly. We stayed over the world cup and we enjoyed watching the games in the new sports bar on the very big screens. 5 minute walk from dallas train and tram station.

the pool/deck is supposed to be open i believe until 10 pm when i went down there at 9:15 they wouldnt let me go out there and then two more groups came so they radioed someone and decided not to let anyone through with no reason. there were literally 10 people trying to go out there. i also lost 400$ because expedia messed up the whole booking. i booked my stay last minute for one night and for some reason it booked the date i booked it instead of the next day which is when i needed it. and allowed me to book that at 11 pm at night. the whole situation was a mess and it was very hard to contact expedia AND the hotel. overall the room was well kept and the whole hotel is nice good parking and in a good area and we had a nice view of the city from our room.

Paid premier executive King room. Wasn't that high up and room was in corner so downtown view wasn't great. Expected more out of a $500 a night room

Elevators were malfunctioning to the point of us having to walk down 21 flights of stairs. Totally ridiculous.
