Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Northwest

This is a Motel 6 that is located in an area of Dallas near the men’s clubs and questionable part of the city. The hotel is under renovation that is messy, dusty, and noisy. The front office and lobby were piled up with crates, insulation, and other stuff. No ice machines. No coffee. Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor. Rooms were open for all to see and were in stages of destruction. That is different from construction or renovation. I mean they were trashed! Our room was in better shape but conditions were bad. Mildewed shower curtain and bugs on the bathroom floor. My wife found a used makeup brush on the floor near the sofa bed. Sheets smelled bad. We had no blanket. Just top sheet and thin bedspread. It was tough to adjust the a/c so our room was cold most of the 1 night we stayed. Avoid this place. Spend the money for a better place in a better part of town.

It was so early in the morning when we got there we were so tired and then we had to check out by 11:00 so it was okay Not getting enough sleep

The only thing I liked about the place is the room design The motel was extremely dirty. Claimed a deposit wasn’t required but still charged one on arrival. Rooms were dirty. Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Roaches all over the place. Could hear music blasting downstairs around midnight. Workers attitude was terrible and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered with us. Was bad from start to finish

Now positive, when we got in the room it was very clean and spacious, exceeded our expectations. During the night the fire alarm kept going off causing lost sleep, not sure if there was a fault, or if someone kept pulling it, there was no explanation. Ended up getting up at 4 am and going to the airport early.

I never stayed at motel 6. They dont allow ebikes. I was refunded. The property sucks and hotels.com suck

The room itself was okay for a short stay. It had the basics, but cleanliness could have been better. I noticed a few areas that needed more attention, like the floors and bathroom. Nothing completely unbearable, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The bed was decent enough to get rest, though not the most comfortable long-term. Customer service varied. Some staff members were helpful and respectful, while others seemed less attentive. If you need something, it’s best to ask clearly and follow up if necessary.

The room was so bad I did not stay here I slept in my car at a truck stop there was roaches all over the beds and walls there was a blood stain on the curtain and nasty stains all over the bed and couch with black mold

The microwave did not work in the first room and the fridge was leaking. Also the toilet had barely any water pressure to flush. Had to wait for a new room to even be offered which only happened once we told them about the roaches that were bothering us. We finally get told we can get a new room the next day mind you we have plans already set and we’re not told that we had to check into the new room at a certain time or when it would be ready m. When we got back the room was given away and we were told we had to stay in the messed up room for the night. I was lied to about someone coming to fix the microwave or even exchange it so we had to eat out eve tho we had food. Or we had to go down stairs every time we wanted to warm our food. When we finally got into another room on the last day of our stay the microwave did not work in that room either so another day and night of walking downstairs to heat up food. Tv was also sad only the very basic of cable. For what I paid and how long I was there it definitely not worth it will be addressing for a refund or partial.

The room was infested with numerous insects, and I have audio recordings as evidence. This situation severely disrupted my ability to sleep or find any comfort.

There was no TV in the room. No toilet paper. They were short staff so I had to wait a while to get toilet paper. No other rooms were available to accommodate me. This is a first. I always book here which is why these issues were unacceptable.

The room was ok, does not look like pics. The shower curtain had mold, the tub and sink did not drain. No pictures at all hanging so room was very plain. I guess you get what you pay for though- it’s just a shame because it could be a nice place

I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable! There was a lot of movement in the hallway i also got 3 unexpected people come knocking at my door. The room next to me have very loud music playing. Also the room had roaches and nats. This was a very bad experience.

After mistakingly made reservation for the wrong date. The motel quickly fixed this issue with the up most professionalism. Overall,the motel was a pleasant and wonderful place to get a good night rest.

Excellent room! Very clean and so spacious! Air-conditioned well and the room has great mini microwave and mini fridge as well a nice flat-screen television. Also has a large spacious sofa to relax on and a small table with two chairs. Very clean bathroom with plenty of towels and soap. Beautiful room. I love it! ❤️

There is several hairs in the bathtub. Dirty toilet paper when we walked in behind the toilet. Toilet wont flush. Not impressed at all

Elevator was broke had to walk up three flights of steps,had roaches wall were dirty nasty looking bad smell no back door entrance only one way in,i caught a rash from dinghy sheets and towels,that place needs to be expected the sofa was dirty looking stains on the sofa,i wouldn't let my dog stay there

The ac didn’t work and there was a leak from th roof followed with black mold!

There was mold in my room, went and ask for another room and the guy was more concerned about that I threw something in the trash can in the room and a little bar of soap was open that they can replace. I checked in at 10 something and wasn’t in the room long. No sorry no nothing and now I have to wait for my refund cause the manager wasn’t there

I had been paying 50 deposit went up to 100 and then my shower didn’t wrk had to keep calling to get it fixed after 4 hours someone came

The stay was okay however the room I booked wasn’t what o got so I was very upset..,. Big to mention the loudness tho yelling all in the halls all night and thr constant running around upstairs was driving me crazy.
