Bathroom had several spiders in it. Bathtub too slick and slippery. Need some strips to prevent falls. Lighting in room too dark.

Unbelievable, the worst hotel in the world. They had security pull me out and say i never paid. Embarrassing, then after showing the recipts said i was okay. Everything smelled like poo and mold. Just pathetic, all of it.

I stayed here with my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room was not as clean as it should have been, and the overall condition of the property made us uncomfortable. There were also issues with noise and the condition of the room. As a mother staying with my daughter, I expected a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. I would not recommend this motel for families based on my experience. Nothing at all Room was smelling it was not clean and felt hostage when I was there because no visitors allowed after paying for it!

Room kinda clean. We arrived at sometime after 10pm. The pillows had a suspicious yellow stain so I didn’t use that. Provided was two bars of soap.

The room had a very fowl odor as soon as I walked in.

The room really stunk and it wasn’t too clean. The guy at the reception was on his phone constantly even when serving customers. Not professional at all.

Everything else. As a smoking room renter, I have appropriately lower standards. This isn't my complaint. Room was very dirty, without toilet paper , and apparently someone's belongings. When I collected the paper from desk, I reported state. Was met with skeptical questions. I had to clarify, change strewn on floor, cheese stuck to desk, sink filthy...etc.Only offered relief was to send staff the following morning, only hrs before checking out time. When I checked out, I reported again. Was met with apology. At least day attendant seems to be sincere. Also, just keeping it real i kept the 45 cents.

Hotel wasnt bad is a place to sleep and pretty cheap stay. Bed could be more comfortable though mattress was super thin . But cheap stay if you need it

Got there and it was 12 car of law looking for a suspect they allow me to cancel my room so I didn’t have a chance to check the room for cleanness cause was only there about 35/40 mins

Older property, but clean and easy access.

I have stayed at many Motel 6s before and had a good experience. Not in this one, it’s been the worst one I’ve found. This is an older hotel and it shows. It needs major renovations. The place was clean enough. However, when I got back the first night I had no new towels and the trash had not been emptied. When I went to the desk to ask for towels, I was told they only did housekeeping every 3 days. Only if you asked for full service would they come and do what other hotels normally do. I asked for full service, but nobody ever came in to empty the trash or change towels and my stay was for 4 nights. It was in a convenient location, but I will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly however, the room smelled like mold, there were cracks in the ceiling, bath tub, and sink.

Close to where I needed to be for an event. Dirty sheets and the front desk ask seemed bothered for asking to fix the leaking toilet.

Immediately after entering the room it smelled like a swamp. The floor was extremely dirty, bed sheets has holes and stains. Bathroom was full of mold. The ac barely even worked. This place was cheap so thats the only reason I didn’t give it a 0. Unless you’re broke, find another motel/hotel.

Was a great value hotel for the World Cup was nice to be close to the airport and able to get to Fort Worth and Dallas easily and quickly

Location from the airport. The whole facility smelled of mildew and mold and swamp. The bathroom had old buggers on the wall and was disgusting. It is in a bad neighborhood and there was a drug watcher on the second story above us. Some woman begged us for money. Staff was hard to understand bit for us was really helpful. To others not so much.

Bathroom head so much mold and mildew and I told front desk but this is something that has been there for months, going to report it to the health department. Soap left in shower from previous guest. Don't think it gets swept behind the bathroom door because "stuff" was there also "unknown stuff" on the top edge of bathroom counter.Upon check-in stated 3 times I wanted no one in my room during my stay due to my work product of lots of jewelry parts and pieces. 2 days in a row they came in! Was told no one made a note of it when I checked-in. One ice machine for 100 or so units never had ice in it the 6 days I was there and I tried 3 different times of each day. Front lobby and exterior property looks good but in my opinion it's what's on the inside that counts.

They canceled my reservation on arrival without notification and offered me a smoking room which was unbreathable they even couldn't process my refund at the moment

They stole 72$ from us after the clerk told us we would be refunded. They figured out how to scam people legally. They promote cheap rates but when you pay for the room then they tell you about the 100$ deposit. If you don't pay the deposit they technically don't have to refund your 72$ for the room. Because you didn't cancel within the timeframe allowed for a cancellation.

Reserve non smoking room, 1st room gave me was very bad smell, 2nd room has had cockroaches. Towels too old, toilet water running too weak scared to use it.

I had to change rooms twice the first one someone had trashed and it was not ready for a new guest. The second one had no AC and no hot water.

We didn’t even go inside based on the look outside. Looks like a bait and switch.

There was no one at the front desk. There were new door keys staked all over the desk but no one was there. We waited 30 minutes then left. We went to another hotel and there were no rooms so we returned to the original and the attendant stated that the room was canceled and that they were full. It has been a week and my $98.52 has not been retuned to my card. I am absolutely disappointed with both the service and now the lingering charge that has not been returned.

No refrigerator, no microwave, nobody available after hours, shower curtain was just a liner (it fluttered when the water was on), no extra roll of toilet paper - i had to go to the office to get some.

Outside was sketchy. I side the room was clean and great for our one night stay! The front desk guy was the best part! We tried vending machine and it took my daughters money! He got that back and came to our room with not one but two Kit Kats!

I stay here once a week and always recieve great Customer Service from the staff and the guys are always accommodating and friendly. Last night the A/C did not work it was only blowing room temperature air - and it is already HOT in Texas! I called the front desk and there was nowhere to move so I took a cold shower and was glad to have a soft bed. I feel confident had another room been available he would have moved me. Check the A/C in Room 203!!

The staff at this place are so rude specially the front desk guy with glasses.

The front guy is the most annoying person ever, I make me feel like I was in the wrong place and then he changed me extra money.

Roaches were horrible. There were roaches in the microwave and icebox. My baby spotted many more in the floor as he was trying to play. This morning I seen the biggest rat on the second floor come out of a room. The workers were cool. It’s just that nasty ass property. Definitely won’t be returning.

the front door didnt close right. the bathroom door didn’t close properly. the bathroom sink had hair in it n around it. there was toothpaste stains on the mirror.

I liked the price of the room and that is all The staff never answered the phone when I had questions while traveling on the road. The towels looked dingy, the room was half cleaned and there was hairs in the bed in the tub and sink. I also saw many women of the night walking around. Plenty of opportunities for you to have a happy ending lol.

This hotel was very dirty. There was roaches in the bedroom. There was hair in the shower and the air smelled very stale and moldy and there was molds on the shower head. Would definitely not stay didn't even get a good night's sleep

Checked out after 5 minutes. Losers milling around parking lot drinking beer and smoking weed. Place should be condemned or at least removed from this booking site.

None of the rooms was ready two of the rooms had broken TVs one room they put me in was never clean. The second room was just horrible. They gave me up to five rooms and the small room had a twin not a queen size bed AC wasn’t working versus experience.

It was a good price for a nights sleep

Good price for being so close to the airport. They don’t have a shuttle service to DAL. The shower is a little sketchy. Should have handles on the walls for easier entry and departure. Bring your own towels, the ones the property provide are so thin they are worthless.

Motel is well maintained, but not located in a choice area of town, however easy access to Love field. There was loud music at night, but when I called the office they responded promptly and music stopped.

I understand that this is a budget property offering, however, I still have certain minimum standards. The floor had an oily film. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. On top of these issues, there was no way to connect devices ie: computer, DVD player etc. to the TV in the room (no way to change the input). I stay in Dallas overnight regularly. On my previous stay at this property, the shower drained so slow that I was standing in three inches of water by the end of the shower. This is the second and final time staying in this poorly maintained property.

This place was sketchy. The rooms looked as if the previous customers just finished doing narcotics on the counter top based on a powdery substance that was observed. The bathtub had long wet hairs and the bed sheet was marked with a brown substance. When we tried to get a refund the motel desk employee stated they did not offer refunds. I had to contact Expedia who were only able to give a 25.00 credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY. Prostitution was obvious as well.

Complimentary drinking water in room would be nice or in office. An electric outlet at desk for computer. I pulled desk away from wall to access power. Shower took so long to get warm I thought there was no hot water.btook five minutes to get warm. Price was very nice and lowball so I think it was a good deal.

Towels looked dirty, that's my only real complaint. They were clean, but i think it's time for new ones.

The front desk guy was supposed to bring towels as our room had two hand towels and a wash cloth, he never did. He was too busy up front ignoring people. (speaking of these towels were stained with grease, makeup and you could see through them. The floor was dirty and sticky with soda in front of the tv you could see the stain. The bed was basically a cot. We had to clean the toilet as the underside lid was full of feces. It was a smoking room but the pot smell was the worst and gave me a horrible headache. One desk chair, 1 hangers 1/2 roll of toilet paper and one tiny bar of soap. Don’t forget we had to dry off with hand towels. Take this room out of rotation, the whole hotel gave motel 6 a bad name. Others in the area were so much nice

The area itself is very ify. Homeless people walking around. The place could use some sprucing up. The room we got stunk. Had an old very musty smell. Once i turned on the a/c and sprayed fabreeze it was ok. All in all, it was ok. But I wont go here again. I wanted a good night of sleep. I couldnt, i was worried of what could happen.

Cockroach came out of toilet tank, beds sag and hard. Very uncomfortable, room musty, couldn’t even paint walls properly, mirror had black all over it which looked like mildew. This place needs a match lit to it!!!!

The place was ok for just an overnight quick stay. The area was to me not the best place and I'm glad I had my husband with me as I don't believe I would of felt safe. Could use some cleaning up on the outside like cleaning by the doors and could use some fixing up in the room we stayed in basically but some fresh paint.

The motel was a little worse for wear but had all the necessities & close to food & other attractions

Terrible. Stayed there for a couple hours and was finally falling asleep since you can most definitely hear everything and someone, somehow got a key to the room I was in and opened the door. Luckily the top lock was on. So they only partially opened it. I even yelled and they still opened the door. Had to leave after that did not feel safe or comfortable.

The hotel could improve by upgrading the bed pillows, as they were too flat and uncomfortable. It would also help to have electrical outlets closer to the nightstands so guests can easily charge their phones. When I mentioned these concerns to the front desk clerk, she did not seem interested or concerned about the feedback. Being more receptive and professional when guests share concerns would make a big difference in the overall experience.
