Helpful staff, great location, the doors and outside were outdated but the inside is fine. However the shower was clogged.

It took 20 minutes to check in, There was no one in the lobby or even near the front desk. The room smelled of mold and the shower was unusable. There were no amenities in the room and only 2 small hard pillows per bed. I would not pay $20.00 a night at this hotel. Very unkempt!

It was a very comfortable experience to be honest

Our room was pretty decent although we did not get what we booked the key did not work to the door. In the room we got the floors were not swept to my standards and the tub was not cleaned so we could not shower, one pillow on the bed had makeup on it everything just wasn’t to my standards, but we slept the bedsheets were clean and we checked out next day.

Had to go to an atm and get cash for room deposit !!! 3:30 am hear noise. And check. The light fixture in the bathroom was pour out water on the floor. Room key sleeve was reused and stained. All night loud foot steps and banging and noise from upstairs where water came from Two beds but only one bath towel shower head wasn’t in secured to walll

Our room was disgusting the walls and floors were dirty the shower was dirty there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the wall by the first bed when you walk in the room was falling apart. One of the pillows that was on the bed my husband and I shared had a blood stain on it that they tried to cover up with a pillowcase protector, the beds are hard as a brick. When we asked for another roll of toilet paper it had a baby roach in it when I opened it, the room did not come with a microwave and we were told we had to walk to the lobby and use that microwave. I asked specifically for a non smoking room and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We had random people knocking on the door asking for stuff. We wouldn’t have stayed if I were able to get my money back, but booking.com refused a refund! The place is too expensive for the conditions in which it is in just because it’s a motel doesn’t mean it has to look like crap I’ve stayed in way better motels that were cheaper. 0/10 do not recommend!!!!

If you care about your health and well being, please do not stay not even 1 night here. Room was filthy. Sheets were filthy and old. There was food crumbs on the tables. Refrigerator did not work. The worst part of it all is that I found someone's used drug instrument or tool in the bed. I ended up laying on top of it but luckily I was not hurt. Staff is rude and very inconsiderate. I checked in around 4 and checked out around 6. This place needs to be shut down. My sister also got a room. Her room had blood all on the sheets, bugs and used underwear hanging on the bathroom shower curtain. She asked for new sheets. The receptionist told her she could come get sheets and make her own bed up

This was a huge bait and switch. The images were a walk-in motel, I ended up in a cigarette smelling motel room in the back. The back staircase are as crumbling. It definitely felt like guests were long term, not just passing through. There was trash outside room doors, and lots of activity around my room all night.

Don't expect much and you wont be disappointed

The location and the fact that it had a nice clean pool. The ice maker didn’t work down stairs and the only other one was on the 3rd floor.

Grody is maybe too kind a word. Only highlight: the shower pressure is phenomenal. Which is good, because you’ll want to sandblast the experience off your skin. Would not stay again unless all other options involve sleeping in a hedge.

The room and property were okay for that price.

Rooms do need a lot of maintenance (paint/repairs) but all we needed was a place to stay for night.

Saving grace was the location of the property, convenient. Unfortunately, despite the convenient location, I would not stay again.

The place was alright. It was a roof over our head. And it was clean.

I enjoyed the greeting. My room was clean and spotless. The AC actually worked.

Plus side the front desk lady was kind and the hot water is HOTTTT.

Honestly I got what I paid for. This property was disgusting!!! It smelled awful, the room was so humid and the sheets appeared clean but smelled awful! I wish I would have never booked here. Never again!

We have stayed at plenty of “motels” and this was by far the worst. Drug dealers and prostitution and pimps. We couldn’t even get out of our vehicle it was so bad.

Everything was bad there. Smelled like drugs. The people there look like criminals. The whole experience was TERRIBLE

Overall stay was not the best. We found roaches in our bathroom & mice droplet our last night there. The bed sheets, pillow cases etc (bedding furniture) was nearly a nude color with plenty stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, bed cover and even blanket. We had to tell front desk to bring new everything that were actually clean and white sheets. Dirty crumbs & Burn stays on the blanket as if someone was smoking in the bedroom with no care. Ac/heater doesn’t turn off so we had to unplug it if we didn't want to use it. Pool wasnt available during our stay but if it was I highly doubt I would have gotten in.

Parking doesn’t feel safe. I booked 3 room for non smoking! When I went into the room and inspected first before moving in my stuff, the room straight up smell like smoke and triggered my asthma. I went to the receptionist to request room change since we are unable to stay in smoking room due to our health history. The receptionist stated that they are fully booked and was unable to accommodate, but there were still people coming in to the hotel to check in.

Absolutely not! They're were vagrants hanging around the little cold asack where the lady put us, way in the back . We felt as we were being set up to be robbed by the people who were living there. We didn't feel safe at all, so we checked out 30 minutes after checking in, but when asked for a refund she said no cause we walked into the room already. Terrible I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND POSTING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TOO.

I do not like the fact that I'm paying almost $100 and y'all can't trust your clients let alone AKA customers with a microwave I should not have to go to the front of the office and risk my life coming out my room in the wee hours of the night to use a microwave it does not make no sense to be done almost paid $100 a night furthermore I'm not happy with my stay all that stomping above my head all night i requested the upstairs room if she didn't have one she should have brought that to my attention so I could have booked me another place to stay once I already paid her online that is she told me there is no refund I'm not happy as a loyal member I was here on a business trip and if this the type of service that y'all are referring us to then I'm really up the creek without a pedal because this is not good at all to be downtown away from all the drama low-key hotels to try to pick a five-star hotel that does not have a microwave and they keep stomping overyour head all night I will not be coming back to this hotel I would really appreciate it if they. Try their best to meet the accommodations of their customers that pay online that is and up front what I'm saying is you should inform me that you don't have an upstairs you just gave me the key looked at it you didn't even think to even look at my recommendation of me wanting to be upstairs it was for a reason I work and it look like they was up there partying all night I'm not happy with my stay and I will not be coming back

The hotel was decent but needs to be disinfected with deodorizers and bleach. It needs to be clean and wipe down with scented sprays to give it a fresh scent. Our room smelled dingy and some smoke lingered in the air.

Every time I stay it’s always exactly on point. A good sleep and safe stay when I’m out in downtown.

First room I got had roaches and lots of dust, spiderwebs, and hairs everywhere, it looked like it hadn’t been rented in a while, and the ac had mold in the grille. Instead of transferring me they let me borrow a broom to sweep the floors, if it wasn’t because I mentioned that I was going to request a refund they wouldn’t have moved me to a different room

Room was clean, staff was nice, and friendly. There is a Dennys right across the street, so that's a great place to eat breakfast since there is no breakfast here.

The room smelled weird. The sheets were dirty. There was leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. There were bugs in the bathroom and the fridge. The hair dryer was nasty and broken, and the front desk denied replacement. No shampoo or body wash was provided. Just overall terrible experience.

The room was good for the price, the restroom was a bit of a mess. The shower head was not secure in the wall so it would shake. The ventilation would blow into the shower causing water to go everywhere and would not remove the moisture after using the shower causing the “paint” to bubble up from the humidity and was already pealing in some areas.

Well I was told that I couldn't be able to rent another room due to the effect of me leaving a bad review.. But when you have rodents and other pest spotted on top of the horrible customer service the employee Khunshi provided... It would make it unenjoyable then you have to go all the way to the front just to warm up your food because I don't have any microwaves in there The studio 6 is not even built the way most studio sixes are... I've never known of one to not have a stove... And I'm putting multiple reviews into one This is all that I've experienced the time that I've been here.. and when I had asked the employee to pull up the camera after she confirmed it had audio she didn't want to do it until after I was no longer around and claim that they looked at the video so I was wrong.. She didn't say that she didn't say it She just said I was wrong...

Unfortunately my review will be negative - The bed sheets were stained, the pillow cases were dirty, my room smelled like weed all night long and my room floor was very dirty - If you dont mind these inconveniences the rate is great.

Blood stains all over the bathtub and the tub disgusting. Wear socks in this place because they don’t clean their floors. Moved to a nonsmoking room but still reeked of smoke.

This was my 4th or 5th time to stay here but it will be my last. I spent 2 nights without sleep because if the noise above me and I reported it twice and it never stopped and they claimed to not have another room though the parking lot was half empty. The desk clerk said they’d try to give me a discounted stay but she never did anything. I was told the people above me had a 2 year old. Well a 2 year old has no business being up at 1:30 am stomping on the floor and they moved their furniture every night. My entire Thanksgiving trip was ruined with no sleep.

Room smelt weird . Lady looked at my ID for 10 minutes going back and forth writing stuff down and kept looking back at it . Real sketchy . Didn’t get in the bed because it looked dirty . Stuff was falling apart . Lighting from a horror movie . Homeless man living out of his car in the back . 5+ signs saying lock your vehicle and hide all belongings . I checked out an hour after checking in and decided to drive 4 hours home after a 4 hour drive there . Spending all day in Texas, Going to a concert exhausted and did not want to even sleep in the place I paid for . Do not go here

Friendly staff and convenient location, room was very tired and smelly.

We’ve stayed here three times because of price and location. This third time we were given a room w no door on the bathroom as we requested handicap room. The closet doors to the bathroom area however fell off right away we just shoved that door in the corner. On either side of our room was people w suspicious activity. One room played music extremely loud for about half an hour. There is no breakfast and the coffee was horrible. Also beware there’s like a back path area that looks like people are living in or at least using for something shady.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in the lady was rude and dismissive. I had to wait for my room to be ready, not a problem. My problem was my room was filthy. The tub was disgusting. It had hair in it from others. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black. The mini fridge was broken and sitting on a piece of wood. When I went to check out the guy was ignoring me and was on his cell phone. It was terrible

The room was dirty with web and cigarette butts. The sheet looked unwashed with marks left from previous customers on the bed head. When we asked for a different room, the front desk just bluntly denied. Not until I pressed harder then I got a new set of sheet. But even then, he gave us a hard time and horrible attitude.

You get what you pay for, the staff was able to answer most of my questions at any time during the day. The place is in a really good spot and there is a dennys across the street. Parking is pretty secure and there are multiplying cameras with great lighting. Ac works really well.
