The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Amenities were not in the best condition.

The swimming pool area and workout facilities were in poor condition. Outside the back door to the parking lot area was trashy and dirty. The shower head was awful, with little pressure, making taking a shower extra long. No English-speaking help.

The bed was very soft, the lobby was clean with nice decor Torn wall paper on the 4th floor near the ice machine, 3rd floor where I stayed smelled stale upon exiting the elevator and was warm, my room however was cool, but not as clean, Qr paper board you scan had something sticky on it, if you sit on the couch under the previous tv stand it look like it’s either food or vomit under it. The couch table had these long black clothes hanging from underneath it. I just tore it off because it was dragging when table was moved. Lastly the 4th floor hall was a decent cool temperature no smell.

Nothing! The mattress on one bed in room 409 was wet with urine!!! I have not received my $50 deposit back and the hotel did not give me a receipt upon checkout. I was told booking.com would email me a receipt, which I've not received!!

The indoor swimming pool was smelling terrible bleach bleach bleach chloride . The pool was poisoned by bleach,we couldn't swim I don't know why they did this ;on purpose or by mistake!! My daughters were very disappointed they couldn't swim the smell was terrible and as soon as you open the indoor pool door , you get headache from the smell too strong and it's too unhealthy i

Room and hotel were very clean. The cleaning products were a bit way too strong in the lobby and hallways. Definitely good for the price besides the fact that it’s right next to the ghetto and felt a bit uncomfortable being in that area but they had a security guy in the lobby which made me feel somewhat safe in the hotel.

They refused to issue a refund for the one day I did not use because I checked out early.

The are is horrible, a lot of homeless, the hotel smells really bad, the customer service was rude. I will never stay there again. Did try to get a refund but I was declined.

Common corridor on 4th floor had no AC.

Be advised, many transients walk across property. They WILL approach you.

There was a very unpleasant odor in the lobby. The hallways hadn't been vaccummed in a long time. The bathroom sink would take up to 20 minutes to drain fully. One staff member was so busy on her phone and didn't look up until I spoke to her. She was still on her phone when I was leaving and didn't even bother to say thank you for staying with us.

It was really affordable

The air freshener in the lobby was so strong it gave us headaches as soon as we walked in. Elevator fragrance was also strong but smelled different than the lobby. Room could have been cleaner. There was toilet paper fuzz all over the bathroom wall. Mirror wasn’t completely clean. Carpets in hallways and near the elevator were stained and dirty. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole at the top of our room’s window. Back door to property had a sign it was locked 24/7 but was never locked when we came and went. Large trash cans remained overflowing for days on our floor and right outside the back door.

I have no idea why this hotel is rated so well at an 8. It is very dirty and it looks like the hallways have literally never been vacuumed. Our hallway had a terrible smell. The room was clean enough, but I would never stay here again.

Me and my family was in room 407 the ac was not working at all it was hot all night we called the front desk nobody answered and we basically was in a hot room tell 3 the next morning before they switch us to smoking size room

I waited at least 25 minutes to get checked in while the lady at the desk stayed on the phone. When I was the only person there.I could not believe the room I was giving. No smoke detector & wires hanging from where the smoke detector should have been. I emailed the manager and provided pictures with no reply. I killed 2 coacroches and was unable to wash my face or brush my teeth because a cockroach would not leave the sink after trying to kill it. The room smelled old like mold and I pulled the shower curtain back and it had nothing but mold around it. When you turn the air conditioner on nothing but old musty dust. Don't waste your money here. This place has gone downhill.

The motel needs to secure the parking lots better.

Breakfast is bare bones. Most of the thins don't work. Even after leaving messages for the manager to call me, he never did. Even for free I would not stay there.

The atmosphere around the hotel also felt questionable. At one point, police were blocking the entrance and searching vehicles coming into the driveway, which definitely did not make the place feel safe or welcoming. Next door is a liquor store where all the crackheads and prostitutes hang out and pour into the hotel area there's three hotels in this area The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, people from the nearby Motel 6 regularly came in just to load up plates and leave with food. Oddly enough, the cleaning lady appeared more concerned about it than the actual hotel staff. One employee even admitted they didn’t bother stopping it because it would create too much conflict. The pool area was very humid, and the water temperature was strange — not warm, not cold, just kind of cool like tap water. The carpets on the 4th floor were also dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The one positive I can give this hotel is that the beds were comfortable. Other than that, this was not a stay I would repeat.

I booked here and specifically selected “pay at property” because I was not sure if we would make it. An emergency occurred, we did not make it & I completely forgot about the booking, due to the emergency at hand. They drafted my card anyways & refuse to refund me, so I’ve paid for a stay that I never had. Do not reccomend

My son got bedbugs bites from the crib they gave us he is 5 months old and when I bought the issue to management they were rude and less helpful. the health department was contacted and legal action is pending

Staff was nice. Place was clean. Bed was super comfortable. In our room, the refrigerator was making a loud noise so we unplugged it. Breakfast was good except the juice machine was not working. Overall a nice stay for the night.

Fake reviews don’t stay here. As soon as you pull up, you’re greeted by homeless people. The hallways smell terrible, and the room was nasty. The front desk did not want to provide a refund and also did not return the security deposit after leaving.

I booked a double queen room and upon entering my room, the first thing that greeted me was a wave of hot air. The AC in the room was disassembled and wires were all over the place. When I told the front desk about the issue, I was told that they didn’t have any other double queen rooms and they offered a king bed. I told them I specifically PAID for the 2 queen beds because we're a big family and requested 2 single rooms instead. I was told the OWNER said that they couldn’t “give me” a “free” room! I just wanted the 2 BEDS I PAID for! Unbelievable! I got charged more for the “extra” room than my original reservation cost. It’s not right treating a guest like this. I understand things happen, but when they do, the guest should be made whole and all efforts made to accommodate, not treat them like an inconvenience.

Breakfast was good but there was not enough Parking,and the Staff brought towels but, they never changed my bed sheet or even made it up for the 3 nights of my stay there; other than that I had a nice stay.

I checked in around 11pm on Thursday night, I went straight to sleep, around 1 am I woke up to go use the bathroom and there was unflushed feces in the toilet. I went to the front desk and the lobby assistant offered me a plunger. I wasn’t plunging someone else’s feces, she followed me to the room and took care of it. I’m literally distraught and disgusted

While staying, I saw two roaches in our room. Made me feel uneasy and dirty.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in other cities before. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a disappointing experience. Although the hotel looked clean in the photos, that wasn’t the case in reality. The room hadn’t been swept in weeks. There were medications on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. I had a terrible experience and couldn’t sleep because of the poor hygiene.

The lobby was clean and nice but the room and the hall floors were def stained and dirty. Beds were comfy. The ac in our room was meh. Felt like it was muggy and not getting down to true temp.

The rooms smelled dirty. The bedding had yellow stains all over it. There was trash bags piled up in the hallway. And the area where the hotel felt unsafe. Will not stay there.

Everything and everyone was great except pool area! It was extremely hot to be in there ac or I do t know what was not working in there but it was super humid it was honestly like a sauna!!! We lasted 30 min and my kids left crying but it was just impossible to be in there.

The property was not pleasant. Abandoned cars in the parking lots. The air fresheners were on so much that you couldn’t breath. Awful smell in the entire building.

The room was spotless and I loved the room I stayed in. The staff were nice courteous especially Chairty at the front desk.

Doors didn’t close right on every room our party had. The AC heat controls didn’t work and the room was at 54° in the morning. The location was very sketchy, and homeless people were rummaging through the trash cans and asking us for money. The hallways and pool area looked unclean with stains and rust everywhere. Parking lot was always filled, but not with hotel guests. There were three cars in the valet area parked the entire time we were there. Loud music was played all night and the halls and elevator smelled like marijuana.
