Hotel was nice, but area was a little sketchy. Didn’t have no problems though

2. The hair dryer didnt work at all... had to be changed. 3. A medium size roach appeared at the bathroom after shower... I have a photo. 4. I filled up my personal bottles after breakfast for the day. After that no drinking water was available. It was not refilled after breakfast. Purchasing bottled water was the only option. The water fountain was out-of-order.

The room was disgusting. The hallway looked like it had been flooded and not repaired. The hotel staff looked miserable. Probably one od the worst hotel stays I've ever had.

Rooms were dirty, there was a dead bug near the roof of the room. Room would not stay cold for the life of it. Roaches in the room, and a lizard was also in the room. Had to get changed rooms because the temperature kept on climbing instead of going down.

Nothing, we arrived and they only had one working elevator that had no lights, the hotel smell bad, our room was so hot I tried to change the room and they didn't let me until in 2 days, the room smell bad and also the pool was so dirty. I tried calling them to change room and no one would answer even i texted the property and nothing.

First, the pluses. The lobby and shared areas were nice and clean. The hotel smelled great and we checked in very easily. Now the minuses. Well, I realize that they have no control over the property. Next to theirs, there is overflowing garbage from a closed/derelict fast food place, including shattered glass, burnt objects, dumpsters full of trash, miscellaneous broken debris and garbage. But also when we got to our hotel room, there were stains all over the chair, loose broken tile, mold and mildew in the caulk in the bathroom, and we had no shower curtain. The air conditioner had not been turned on until after we got there so it was very very hot in the room. We had put groceries into the fridge and when we came back to the hotel room the next afternoon realize that the fridge was not even turned on and the groceries that we put in there were ruined. There also was no conditioner in the container in the bathroom. We had also left the do not disturb sign on our door when we left and when we came back the beds were made so it was obvious that someone had been there despite the do not disturb sign being on

Decent room. I wouldn’t stay again

It was ok overall, however the rooms need to be much cleaner. I noticed small black mold in my restroom, and there was no air vent in there, which made it feel damp. The AC in my room also wasn’t cold enough. Additionally, every time I came back from my day, there was a musty smell in the lobby.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures so please be aware. The staff is unhelpful at all with our issues. Luckily Expedia was there to save the day Becuase the staff will hang up on you and tell you to call the next day with the same response! Do not stay! Very dirty and very unhelpful!

The staff were quick and polite, the rooms and hallways clean, the elevator light was broken (I believe it’s fixed now) and the hallways feel a little dark, but my stay was very comfortable and checking in and out was very quick !!

We came in late on our first night, did not turn on the lights in the whole room and went to sleep. The next morning I woke up and saw the mold on the ceiling in the corner area of the room. We immediately packed up and asked for a refund. They did accommodate us and gave us a full refund. Would not recommend.

We didn’t like anything to be honest, location is bad and looks very ghetto, bathroom all torn up, peeling from ceiling to walls and leave all mold spots. Shower water’s pressure is very frustrated and angry while taking bath. Breakfast room has no AC dont see any ac vents at all. Phone desk dont pick up phone whenever needed. TV was annoying couldn’t change channels or dont have any channels at all. Overall experience was a worst hotel we have been to. My rating is D-, or 1 star reviews

The area is sketchy, but the hotel room itself was clean. I found it odd that the snacks they sell can only be purchased with cash.

The cleanliness of the place, the facilities, and how soft the bed was, wow The location and safety of the property. It was in a horrible location with multiple homeless people and drug addicts, and possibly prostitution in the front? There were a lot of weird transactions in the front as well as inside the lobby. It felt unsafe to be short.

Having to park around back of Hotel was not a Big deal plenty of parking! Breakfast was simple but nice especially the waffles! Would stay there again if needed.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom wasn't stocked with toiletries. The plumbing caused the toilet to backup and overflow. Maintenance did correct quickly. Staff wasn't knowledgeable about local restaurants, referring g us to Uber eats

They charged my card twice for a 100 dollars deposit so they took a extra 100 from my card, not good business...

Guy at front desk was rude and unhelpful at check in. I asked a question & he pointed at a sign (that didn’t even answer my question). The whole place smelled like moldy bleach. Roaches in the bathroom light fixtures. Air conditioning was a joke. Barely even blew cool air. TVs are old, outdated & only had a few channels. Only 1 of the elevators worked. Parking lot and surrounding area were SKETCHY!! Used condom on the ground as soon as I opened my car door. Trash everywhere outside. Homeless people everywhere. Abandoned, boarded up buildings surrounding the property. Terrible area/neighborhood. Then on the morning of check out, housekeeping began BANGING on the door at 9am & said “check out!” when I opened the door. Then BANGED on the door again at 925am. Check out is not until 11am. Why is housekeeping rushing people out of rooms? I understand they have a job to do, but we payed to stay here until 11am. Breakfast was terrible. Then while packing our car, our key reader on our door wouldn’t let us in. It took almost an hour for the front desk guy to figure out how to open our door. He was rude about it like it was our fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!!!!!!

There were roaches in my room and the staff wasn’t able to accommodate me with extra towels when ask. I don’t like that I’m probably will be charged full price for the room anyways but it’s so unprofessional that I had to deal with that throughout my stay. I called the front desk to complain about my stay but he only offered me a discount for the next time around. Even though I don’t recommend coming back there ever again anyways 👎

Room didn’t stay cool. Parking lot was always trashy, lots of homeless people around the property. Front desk staff helpful when you needed them.

This has been the worst hotel experience I've had! Please do not stay here, They will brake into your vehicle. Staff doesn't care about your safety. Rooms were filthy dirty, they change my room and the second one was also dirty. They refuse to give me a refund after I informed them what was happening outside with the homeless drugged women trying to fight me while I was heading to my vehicle.

The room wasn’t bad maintained but the ac temperature was not adjustable. It wasn’t unbearably hot but I’m use to sleeping in a cold room so it was not the best for me. I also witnessed someone’s car getting broken into/ damaged by a guy with what looked like a bat at 1:30 am. So definitely did not feel like my vehicle was safe after seeing that.

Hotel is in a horrible location, abandoned building behind and 3 vehicles were broken in to the first night we were there. Front desk representative didn't seem to care when we told him and glass was still in the parking lot the next day. A/C was not covered properly and was exposed. Broken Baseboard was on the floor in room hadn't been fixed. Very noisy area. I do not recommend this hotel. I wish I had read all the reviews before booking.

RUN!!!! My truck got broken into on the FIRST night!! ROACHES!!! There are crackheads walking all around the hotel. The staff is TERRIBLE!! No working AC, fridge doesn’t work, shower head has a major leak that sprayed all over the bathroom!!! The sheets were tore up. This is a terrible hotel!!!

Never clean the room

The entire building smelt of mold and fresh bleach. Missing shower curtain in one room and the queen bed was broken in the middle or ‘worn’ as we were told. Our other room was hot and missing towels, and toiletries. The workout room had a terrible mold smell that wasn’t tolerable. Lots of dead roaches in the hallways. Breakfast ran out quickly and the bagels were molded. When the attendant was told about the mold, she just pulled the first few and left the rest. We had a random person enter our room early in the AM. (Using their room card) With all those issues- the staff handled our situations well.. but I don’t feel these issues should have existed.

Hotel location and upkeep is poor. Condemned buildings in the parking lot. The hotel itself is trying to update parts but it is far from being what the pictures show. We did not stay and moved to another hotel.

There were two roaches in the bathroom. We turned the a/c on at 8 pm when we got there. Set it on 60. The room was still not cold the next morning. I spoke to the front desk attendant and all he said was ok.

I wish not to say to much but it was not a pleasant experience at all. The WiFi was terrible, I couldn’t get to YouTube for my toddler son, I only had my room cleaned once for week stay.

However, I do feel that there were some things that need to be addressed. I had to move from my first room due to finding cockroaches in the bathroom (which they rented out shortly after I had moved rooms). I had to move from the second room due to the hot water not working in the shower. Also, there is mold in the corners of the rooms and bathrooms and it was just painted over and was peeling off. The only promptness I wish was faster was when an animal (I hope) had pooped in the hallway from the elevator to the front door and hadn’t been cleaned up for hours. They have done a lot of updates but there are more still to be done. Even with the issues I would recommend staying there.

Manager likes to put hands on kids he tried to steal property that wasn't his lies and said he gave a last minute check and never did they have kids working with housekeeping staff rooms are molded and have roaches bed bugs was in the bed along with needles they don't offer anything to clean but trash bags

Room was clean but the door where I stayed had a big crack on the top left corner. Did not like the surroundings where this hotel is located. Would not book here again.

There was trash at the door when we arrived but the hotel lobby and rooms were clean. The lobby was immaculate. The rooms were small and compact. Our stay was pleasant. I was an excellent value for the price.

A housekeeping staff member knocked on our door, and we politely explained that we were taking a shower and getting dressed before coming downstairs to extend our stay. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk employee came to our room and started shouting at us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. His attitude was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. No guest should ever be treated this way. I strongly recommend that hotel management review the security camera footage from the morning shift on July 4, 2026, and take appropriate action regarding this employee's behavior. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and it has completely ruined my impression of this hotel. As a content creator, I will also be sharing my honest experience with this hotel in a detailed review and a full video so that others can make an informed decision before booking. Unfortunately, based on the way we were treated, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The inside of the hotel and rooms were emaculant. Fresh scent throughout the whole hotel. Because of the area do not be deceived. Although there was trash outside you cannot control what others do. I really enjoyed the stay there. Hot and conventional breakfast was included. I did not encounter any problems during my stay. This is a gem that will get over looked due to the area. The staff treat people with kindness. You can't always judge by looks and it was affordable.Parking was easy, check-in was easy. I would stay again.

Air conditioning really didn't blow well. The housekeeping crew knocks on the door on three different occasions once at 9:00 again at 10:00 and again at 10:50 asking when were we leaving.. check out is at 11

This hotel was probably the worst hotel that I ever stayed at by far. it’s in the middle of the low income so there was a lot of homeless people near the hotel & there’s no security. A car that was next to mine had got broken into, the window was shattered literally right next to mine, I was unable to complete my stay here due to the room next to mine, the volume of the tv was up to its max capacity from 11:30pm (this is when we came back into the hotel) up until 3:52am which is when I dialed the front desk to get assistance with the issue. The person working that shift on a Friday at 3:58am (named “KP” according to the associate working at 9am) needs to be removed from the establishment based on the way he was speaking to us & honestly all their employees have the same attitudes towards their customers which is very inconsiderate. “KP” told us after ringing the front desk that he’d call that room & let them know to turn it down at 11:30pm. I rung the front desk again at 3:52am cause it was ongoing problem & no answer so I went downstairs to the front desk & he was in the manager closet w/ the door cracked as the phone was ringing cause he knew it was us calling. I knock on the door, a black man (in regular clothing) & the person on shift “KP” comes out, once explaining the situation to him, he goes “there’s nothing I can do, just knock on the door”?? then proceeds to unlock the door to turn the tv cause no one was ever in this room & tell us no refund after leaving that day!

This place was awful we asked for extra towels and they couldn’t do that we asked the second night and they had a bad attitude about us asking but eventually delivered 45 minutes later we asked them to have our trash changed out and they didn’t help with that & the floors were filthy our feet were black the water pressure was awful as well and me and my daughter were eating breakfast and one of the cleaning ladies came and sprayed our table as we were eating which was very rude like as if she was rushing us to leave the table
