Safe secure comfortable location close to the freeway on site people in case there's a problem close to bus stops. Superior Internet with television and clean bug-free room with working air conditioning. Lack of vending machines.

The General Manager is the Gem of the whole establishment. She literally makes the stay worth it. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. I mopped the floors the first day of my stay and there was basically no dirt in the mop water which I was very happy about. They have provided us with excellent service. The only thing that I would suggest is to hire someone who patrols the parking lots at night.

Staff When you pick the room option you choose one kind of room but when you go to check in they tell you that if you want a room like you picked at the web you have to pay more to get it. Kind of fake service

The General Manager Barb was awesome. She is polite and well organised. She is so kind. The room which was showcased in the photos at the time of booking was completely different then the room we stay. It was 180 degree opposite. They show different room in Booking.com but in actual it is not. The luggage store door was damaged. The kitchen cabinets were not fixed. The bed were uncomfortable. I was literally shocked to see. People were smoking weeds in the surrounding. The shower was very slow. The maintenance team once a month to fix issue. You have to stay in what situation you check-in.

I purposely requested a non-smoking room with a queen bed, and was introduced to a smoking room, with a twin bed. I was very displeased that I did not even check in.

In addition to my stolen air fryer, I had some other bad experiences at this hotel too. Their mattress has big gap in the middle that makes it unable to support your back and make you feel that you are about to fell down while you are on it. At night you will meet with a lot of junkie people in the hallways and around the parking lot, smoking and drinking alcohol. A morning, while I was about to go out, I saw a police car in front of the entrance and a bunch of people talking to them. I could guess some crime happened.
