Upon checking in, we were taken very good care of by the door staff. Taking care of our luggage and showing us where the check-in desk was. Our room was very nice, but the bathroom was not exceptional. The sink area was very small and difficult for two people to work around. There was a shower but no bathtub, and we really appreciate a bathtub. We also found that they offered transportation to the DFW airport, only there was nobody around to explain the service to us when we left early at 5:30 in the morning.

I arrived late evening pre booked a pick up from DFW - no sign of any hotel bus. The whole hotel pick up scene was just a confusing mess. Spent quite a long time trying to figure out how to get there . Ended up climbing mountains of concrete steps. it’s an airport hotel in an awful concrete jungle . What is there to like

The location inside DFW airport property was very convenient and cost effective. As instructed, I called for the shuttle upon arrival at the pickup area and Hector picked me up and dropped me off quickly and professionally. This hotel has been here almost as long as DFW airport has been, but it has been updated and looks wonderful. The restaurants are very nice and inviting. By all means, stay here if you have a connecting flight the next day. Easy in and back to the airport in a few minutes. Dallas traffic and weather can be exhausting. Staying within the airport relieves a great deal of stress when you travel. In addition, the exterior noise level is very low inside the hotel. I thought it would be noisy being in the middle of take offs and landings, but I was wonderfully incorrect.

Lovely and caring staff Over the top pricing for the mediocre quality. The hotel is practically falling apart and is outdated. Yet you're pushed against the wall when your flight is cancelled and have to pay the value that would normally apply to a luxury hotel.

This stay was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were all phenomenal, the food quality at the restaurant was amazing, the coffee shop was excellent and the room was a well found retreat.

The porter was so very friendly. I really appreciated the help with my golf bag. Perfect for the overnight

The toilet didn’t flush properly so I had to remove the top of the tank and jiggle the inner workings every time to get the tank to fill up. Also, the shaft that held up the shower attachment was loose and kept coming apart. Also, the ceiling above the shower was gnarly-peeling and buckled paint. I am sure they would have taken care of some of this, it but I discovered both things at 1 in the morning and just wanted to go to bed. 300 dollars a night, I expect more.

Liked how close it was to the airport I submitted all information to re refunded for airport parking and still have not been contacted.

Liked everything about the property and its staff, only complaint was that there was no 24 hr vending, and we arrived after the convenience area was closed.

Breakfast was good ( buffet ). Nice touch with the staff seating, getting drinks and checking on your needs. No room safe to be able to leave and lock up valuables. At least in room 1137.

Staff on arrival was welcoming and accommodating, they offered toothbrushes and additional toiletries knowing we had to stay the night due to a mechanical provlems on the flight we were supposed to have been on and didn’t have our luggage.

We absolutely love staying here and being “in the airport”. Watching the planes take off and land is fun. We always get a great nights rest, and are in the perfect location to walk straight to our terminal.

Great hotel for an overnight or long connection. very well located on terminal C very close to the check in area. We didn't have a chance to use any amenities but overall we had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and room service food was fast and also good!

A few more directional signs inside the airport, or even a simple map with walking directions included in the booking confirmation, would save tired travelers a lot of unnecessary cardio. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. Lack of direction

Stuck at DFW price

There was a bit of a learning curve to work the shuttle system. (Yes, the hotel is on DFW property, but the airport is SO BIG you have to drive a bit to get to the hotel. But once figured out, everything was smooth. I was only there for a one night overnight for connecting flights, but I had a very good impression. Great facility clean and modern and everything worked well. One area of improvement to suggest… The staff person who checked me was "ho-hum." No smile or "welcome" or "happy to see you!"

Check-in was quick and also easy. The restaurant was great being open until 11 pm because we didn't arrive until 9 p.m. Service was good, but I was overcharged by accident for 3 drinks instead of 2, which was rectified quickly with no issues. Most likely the button for the drink option was hit twice by accident. The only major issue was the lack of sleep for the majority of the night because a very rowdy, large group of teens or young adults on our floor kept knocking our door from 10 pm through 1 a.m. looking for friends in a different room. They they also congregated in the halls all night up to 3 a.m. yelling, speaking loudly, slamming doors going in and out of their rooms all night, and running up and down the halls. I had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for a flight, so I was only able to get an hour or so of sleep when I was finally able to do so to check out by 6:45 a.m.

There were no glasses in the room, only paper cups. The seams of the cups leak. The elevators stopped on every floor going down and no one got on the elevator.

Good place. Close to airport. Was given a connected room and could hear the other guests on the side of the door, was the only bad part.

Nice staff! We were told that it’s in the airport on the website and then we were told we could walk to the hotel and that there were signs to lead us there! Neither turned out to be true, and we were wondering in the airport parking lot at midnight! I was very disappointed in the location and directions!

Loved the location. My stay was stressful due to the airplane conditions surrounding it but the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Shuttle was convenient and timely. Shuttle runners were also nice and helpful! There was an alarm clock in the room who's light could not be shut off for sleeping. I was able to cover it but I prefer complete darkness for sleep.

Not very friendly and nothing special about this Hotel like other Hyatt Hotels. No amenities. Food, very expensive, nothing good. I ate out.

Al llegar en nuestro vuelo desde Atlanta, no encontramos indicaciones claras y terminamos caminando aproximadamente 30 minutos con todas las maletas y nuestro hijo de 6 años bajo un calor muy fuerte, especialmente por las remodelaciones que había en el aeropuerto en ese momento. Fue bastante agotador. Recomiendo que Expedia y el hotel den instrucciones más claras y visibles en la página de reserva y en las confirmaciones: • Cómo llegar (shuttle, SkyLink, salida exacta, tiempo estimado caminando, etc.) Con esa información clara, la experiencia habría sido excelente de principio a fin. You must go to hotel transportation to catch the shuttle

Great property conveniently located on the concourse at DFW. The shuttle bus made returning the rental car return easy and catching our early morning flight since it departs every 20 minutes. The driver was amazing and efficient. The check-in was effortless and the property was clean and maintained.

Stayed because of a canceled flight at DFW. Rebooked flight was next afternoon. Gentleman who checked us in offered us a complementary late check out. Really appreciated his kindness.

Acceptable hotel. The price is extremely high due to being on Airport property, no other reason for price charged. The restaurant is acceptable, foot is high cost due to the location. Restaurant staff service is only fair.

This was a last minute booking after a flight cancellation, and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating during a stressful travel situation. The on site restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a nice dinner while catching the game. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

After a flight cancellation, we booked our stay at this hotel. They were more than accommodating and gave us toothbrushes, since ours were in our checked baggage. They have a vending machine for essentials. It was a little expensive, but helpful. I would stay here again. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful also.

My flight was cancelled when I called the front desk they didn’t have any rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked one. The front desk made it difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to the hotel but the driver found me as I was booking an Uber. After getting to the hotel my experience was wonderful! I showered, ordered room service and rested in the king bed. In the morning had the breakfast buffet and coffee and shuttled back to the terminal the driver told me exactly where I needed to go.

This hotel is old. We stayed on the 13th floor. The people staying next to us dectto stay up all night (it must have had a balcony, as it sounded like two couples opening and closing the sliding glass door all night). We left at 5:00 and we heard them all night. They were not yelling, just talking. That is how thin those walls are in that old hotel. I would fine another updated place

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with all items working properly. Nice dark blinds for better sleep. Complimentary waters were nice.

My family was stuck In Dallas for two days because we missed our connecting flight due to weather. The Hyatt Regency was the perfect spot for our layover, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you so much, friends!

It was very convenient coming into the airport from a long journey.

There was a convention being held of gamers that night and some kids next to me were creating a lot of noise, but I called down to the office and they handled it promptly and the noise stopped so great customer service

The staff was excellent. The food was awful. Very Very Very expensive. It came out cold and we had to ask to take it back. No flavor. The best part of the meal was my sweet potato.

We only spent one night between flights. Shuttle to and from airport was great. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

Our room was just ok. Beds were again just ok. Our meal at the hotel was treatable. It was on Monthers day. The food was not eatable. We ordered chicken stip basket and a noodle dish it was the worst. We still payed but not worth the price at all pass if you are ever at the DFW Hyatt

This was a last minute reservation initiated by a horrible layover. I was amazingly pleased at the ease of reserving, checking in and out, and the available shuttle. The room was clean. The staff was engaging. I would recommend this hotel.

It was what we needed when we missed our flight. Soft bed, nice people, and thankfully toothbrush, paste and deodorant because we didn’t get our checked bags.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay at DFW. Very convenient location, especially if you have an early or connecting flight. It’s also close to Grapevine, with a variety of restaurants and a mall nearby, and there is a shuttle service that takes you there. Everything was smooth and worked well during my stay.
