The property is new, clean and well designed. The property manager must be an extraordinary leader. I had contact with the evening reception team at check in, the bar keeper, the morning reception team and check out and the driver of the shuttle to the airport (the unforgettable Kevin). Each team member showed passion for their work and a desire to deploy all their energy and attention to making their guests’ stay not only convenient, but enjoyable and personable. This is a great management team and I would love to read a case study about how this team was recruited, trained and mentored.

Loved the airport parking and transport! It was $20/day to park, but shuttle was so helpful and staff was available all night long. Our shuttle left hotel at 3:45am! Very helpful

Excellent very last minute reservation due to cancelled flight. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. All employees and shuttle drivers were friendly, quiet, excellent breakfast, and a short trip from DFW. Would stay again.

Darlene was amazing

Room is spacious and clean. Close to DFW and car rentals. I was able to return the car and walk back to the hotel. Noon check out works perfectly. Breakfast was on par. Love the coffee.

The hotel had a great shuttle to the airport and was conveniently located near the DFW Rental Car Center. The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were very helpful.

Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. Thank you Mason for everything,you're one of the best. We will be back when traveling thru Dallas.

Typical Hyatt experience……courteous staff, clean properly and rooms , excellent food and service………and very convenient to DFW Airport in Dallas Texas! Free shuttle service to your terminal. I definitely recommend this property when traveling through DFW area.

Great place to stay for DFW

Property is very well maintained and rooms were all in excellent condition with comfy beds. I was really surprised when I saw that the property was 10 years old because it looks like it’s brand new. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel partners with a recovery company and I was able to get it back. Not worth a lot of money but just takes a while to get it set up for on going travel. So i was happy to get it back for just the shipping charges

Bath/shower sprayed all over the bathroom and the tub didn’t drain, but filled up throughout shower. Sat at bar to order drink when checking in, three people working and not one asked if I wanted to order. I had to ask one of them if I could order then she said oh I didn’t realize you were there. Like what. Old, run down, not great. Nothing around but Starbucks.

Had to stay overnight because of airport/airplane issues. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Front desk was helpful. Airport shuttle was efficient. No complaints whatsoever.

the hotel is out dated for sure. The rooms don't have microwaves and the free breakfast does not provide any hot food. No gym. the room i was in was so small with no work area to set up a laptop.

Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket.

Great place to stay if you are flying from DFW. Very convenient, great rates, amenities that are useful such as room service and close to remote parking. They do offer airport parking but it was more expensive than the remote parking lot.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for the night because we had an early flight the next day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, and the shuttle service was fantastic. The food at the hotel was great as well. A special thank you to Benny! He was amazing and was so helpful. It was greatly appreciated after we had such a long flight.

We arrived from a late overnight flight to grab about six hours of sleep. The staff was friendly and informative, they served food late rooms were clean and comfortable. They made sure we were booked on the shuttle first thing in the morning and made sure to have a cup of coffee ready to go.

We loved our one night stay awaiting DFW departure. Very courteous and helpful staff that worked very well together. We will most certainly use this stay over the next time heading ot DFW.

Perfect location for an overnight transfer for the airport. The complimentary shuttle service was easy to use and a welcome bonus. Reception staff as well as shuttle staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and pleasant family room with lots of options for breakfast. A very pleasant stop over during a 27 hour journey from the UK.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Benny made great drinks and Kieth dropped us off right where we needed to go.

Great room, relatively quiet considering how close to DFW it is. Convenient if returning a rental car- located next to a gas station and down the road from the general rental return area. Will save this for future trips!

Great property, modern look in the lobby, clean in the guest rooms. Friendly staff, convenient location close to DFW, free airport shuttles which is a plus. The only suggestion we have would be better quality and more selections of complimentary breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs and omelets taste a bit artificial. There was only meat item - pork sausages. Oatmeal and yogurt sections have very few toppings. The buffet area is also a bit small so can get crowded.
